Review of I Hotel Baloi Batam 3*

It was the worst nightmare when I booked I hotel Baloi with a great Expectations trying the Newest Htl with a High Standard and it was my Worst nightmare drop fr taxi no one at the Door to Greet you or offer any help Secondly it was only 3guest at the Front Desk attending n Ian the third guest they are very slow in attending to guest as there's no Asian Greetings no smile staff are really Unprofessional n I believed manager are there but talking and laughing so cause the Delay, so the whole story is I check in n request for a Pool side since it's my First Time n was Rejected fine it's ok so just took the Key and I go off to my Room reach 801 straight to the phone n call the manager rgds to earlier call to request for pool side view n informing manager tat staff are treating guest like a unwelcome so manager not happy with his tone of voice saying that they are all busy so I just inform him even how busy as a staff working in a hotel line u should know that smile always brings happiness n show yr character of a person so after talking to the manager seems like manager don't know how to counter my problem n directly I ask to cancel the room as I wanted to change hotel as Ian not happy With the service fine guest wats the manager told me off (I am sorry sir ur booking is by Agoda so it's not our problem n we can do anything unless if ur booking is Direct with the Hotel n we can immediately cancel yr booking and you can change to another hotel, so if u still wanted to cancel pls call Agoda) As a Manager of iHotel Baloi rated 4star don't even know how to tackle a guest need OMG really sad to see the management of I hotel Baloi having tis kind of Manager it's really unprofessional of ur in house manager. Last but not lease to all sporean n others pls think think n think before u booked I hotel Baloi it's really a Regrets staff n manager plus management are seriously surprised me as I say our mindset n their mindset are really Zero, Sad as rated 4star hotel having this kind of standard pls have some time to read my Review as for me and all my friends has already been informed that tats the First and The last in I hotel Baloi even a free treat will Never step into this kind of LOW CLASS Hotel.
