Cheap Hotels in Bali

Really peaceful and secluded villa, nice and quiet but not too far from the Ubud centre. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Very attentive, almost overbaring, but leave you wanting for nothing.

We stayed here over a year ago, but I still think about Rumah Kelinci regularly. This is one of the places which has a special place in my heart, and I really enjoyed my stay here.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel while celebrating a birthday. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, and all the staff were super helpful and friendly.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grand Sehati Ubud for two weeks, and I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud.
From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding.

Loved my stay at Villa Ole in Ubud. Staff was really helpful and was available for help anytime of the day. Location was also accessible.

We had a wonderful 7-night stay at Villa Olé. The service was truly exceptional — the caretakers are very polite, attentive, and incredibly responsive to every request.

The rooms are spacious but the ambiance is a little bit dark due to plants. No bottled waters but they have free water in the common area.

Magical place. Peace and tranquility.

Our stay at this hotel in Bali was simply wonderful. The facilities are beautiful and comfortable, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy the island.
What stood out the most was the staff.

Great service great price, but very far from Ubud center, nothing to do at night, only if you rent a scooter, only one restaurant about 700 meters away but in pitch dark road with no side walk.

Fantastic experience at Buda Cottage. Its a little out of Ubud, more rural but that's a good thing, away from the hustle & bustle.

I am currently staying here with my bf. The location is gorgeous! It is very quiet and the view from the breakfast area is gorgeous. It's a little corner of paradise!

Our stay was pleasant and the room met the expectations for the price paid. Not many amenities though, still works if you're just looking for a place to sleep.

Great location, very clean and friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommended. Late check in was also very smooth and free water refill.

Loved my stay here, peaceful yet close to the city center. My room had everything I needed, it was cleaned every day and breakfast was great. Would be back for sure!

The room was simple but very comfortable and very spacious. The owner and his staff were super friendly and took very good care of us.
10 minutes walk to the center.

I lived here before the pandemic in 2018, and now back in February 2026, when I needed to be in Ubud again, I reached out to the owner of Sambahan Inn and stayed here for a few days.

Great place to stay in Ubud with very nice and clean rooms and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Excellent location and nice pool with jungle in the background.

4.5 stars.
The guesthouse was super great. The location was so close to everything, but still very quiet and peaceful. The staff were all so helpful and did everything with a smile.

The woman that runs Sayong House, Kadek, is so lovely. She is so helpful and always a smile on her face. Her family lives on the grounds and they have a beautiful family shrine/temple in the gardens.

If you are planning to stay near Ubud palace and Art market, this place is an excellent choice.
What really stands out is their service quality.

Nice, near to Ubud market (walkable), lots of space, beautiful ambience, reasonable price, very humble staff and owner. They serves only breakfast but very nice service. I recommend 100% for the stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this villa. The room was spotless, the pool was clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere was so quiet and relaxing at night —perfect for a getaway.

I’m so glad I chose to stay here.

The guest house keepers are very kind to us. Pak Gusman is really a generous and helpful person.

Great for the price.
Pros: Great location, large beds, good air conditioning. Extremely affordable. Room is in the middle of the forest, with everything visible from your window.

The rooms are spacious, clean, well-lit, with fast internet and a smart TV. The bed is very comfortable too. The place is quiet and very affordable, and the staff are incredibly kind and friendly.

My five-day stay here was very comfortable, with clean rooms and excellent service. The staff was friendly and ready to help whenever needed.

Great little property, three rooms only. Only reason it didn't get five stars was the location and I knew about it when booking, and the Wi-Fi was intermittent.

They are a cafe and a guesthouse combined.

I'm really glad this hotel was the first one of my stay in Bali. The rooms and location are exceptional but the staff there were AMAZING.

I really loved to stay there as this hotel has a great location, the staff was so kind and helpful especially with Wayan Ziggotama.

The location is a 10 minute walk to the beach and near many stores. There are convenience stores (with fixed pricing) with almost all the basic necessities that you'll need, as well as pharmacies.

Family room.
Beds very firm but good layout 1 queen 2 singles for kids.
Water pressure good and hot water.
Hard to regulate and potential burn risk to children.
Pool on the warmer water side.

Had an amazing stay here, the room we stayed in was spotless, the lighting is warm and cozy, and the interior is vintage themed. The receptionists were really kind and smiled all the time 💗

Amazing stay! The hotel features a beautiful authentic concept, seamlessly blending traditional charm with modern comfort.

The whole stay and service is really amazing. Staying with my brother who was wondering why the hotel is so quiet. Turns out thats all we need after a full day activities.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belinn Seminyak. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

A super central location with lots of things nearby, restaurants, shops, and cafes. The place is clean and well-maintained; the room was fresh and had just what we needed. The staff was friendly.

Loving this stayy, the staff is so kind, the room is clean, everything works perfectlyy, the location so strategic, I really want to extend just for strolling around the area. Got a good price too!

Loved our stay here for 4 nights.
Located perfect with restaurants and pubs/nightclub really close but even better you can’t hear the noise.
Shop very close and easy to get transport on scooters from.

Spend about a month here last year and loved it. Room is on the small side, however perfect for me as a solo traveller. Always super clean, any problems and the guys sorted it straight away.

I stayed at Magus Homestay for 10 days and had a wonderful experience.

Very nice room, clean and spacious. Bathroom exotic so nice.
Small breakfast for 50k, and there is not room with fan, only AC but you have to pay for it (+ 30k).
However, nice place and nice owners.

I stayed here in August 2024 and was pleased with the accommodation. It was a large clean room. There is a good sized working desk, outdoor bathroom and warm shower.

Great food and service, the tuna was cooked to perfection and the appetizer (fish cakes) was full of the flavour! We all had a great time.

The location of this Place was absolutely central, which was perfect for exploring the area.

Great home stay, rooms are spacious and clean and they have also a nice outdoor area where to have breakfast.

A beautiful hotel and real value for money. The room was clean, air conditioned and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and couldn't be faulted.

Great location! Really nice room & bathroom. Air conditioning worked really well. Fantastic location too. Highly reccomend for a couple staying for a few nights.
