I'm a men, and rent one bed hostel for weeks (in male dorm), idk but why female staff could enter our room to checked someone in their bed or not, without feeling guilty open the curtain, that's crazy, what if that person sleep without wearing clothes?
I mean you can ask the male staff. Lot of men there. So unprofessional and unethical.
Then, you room kinda stinks, idk where it comes from. But your bed always clean, and they clean our room everyday which is good. Just be polite, respect others boundaries.
Clean room, clean bed sheet, clean bathroom, AC works very well, lockers available for each bed, they have a pool, free flow mineral water, they provide kitchen and you can cook in it, the receptionist standby 24h.
(-) : the bedroom door cant be locked, but they have lockers for each bed to keep your bags safely. But probably not recommend to leave your valuable stuffs unattended on the bed.

Found this place through travel app (tiket dot kom) with a very good deal (IDR 557, 332 or USD 32) for 7 nights.
The dorm is genuinely clean and well-managed, though there was no activity available for in-house guests (I purely stay for bed, bath, and secured luggage)
There were some dorm guys who helped to take care of entire place with such quick response to customer complain! 🏆
The area is surrounded by M mart + laundromat + cafes + rice paddy fields for just walking distance 💚✨
A very good option to consider, especially when you are traveling alone to Bali for exploration ⭐⭐⭐
