Alam Mimpi Bali

Lovely little resort where you really can have a great getaway. They only have 5 rooms in total which makes it very calm and also family-like. The service is extraordinary with the staff being always available and they‘ll really try to fulfill every wish you come up with. The food is very delicious!
The rooms are really spacious and the ocean view from the bed is a perfect sight to wake up to in the morning.
There’s a beautiful house reef where you can snorkel (they have snorkeling gear available)
If you want to explore the surrounding, driver Nana takes you everywhere you want to go and he definitely knows some hidden gems nearby.

A little slice of paradise is the way I describe this gorgeously situated and peaceful place. Made and her staff are just delightful. We stayed in the studio built of bamboo on the first floor, it transported me back to Asia of many years ago. Sea lapping on the stony coast, the whir of the fan and the secondary sounds of roosters and a cow. A perfect place to really unwind and recharge. Loved it.

Alam Mimpi… what can I say? It’s amazing. It’s like coming home to family. In a beautiful part of Bali.
What they managed to create here is nothing short of amazing. You turn off the ‘main road’ down a small path leading you to the shore. I guarantee you that whilst you drive down, you will wonder about where you will wind up, but you shouldn’t worry. At the end, there is a beautiful little place called Alam Mimpi, and I still don’t understand how they’ve been able to built it here.
It’s a homely ‘mini resort’ with I believe 6 or 7 rooms. It has a pool of a decent size (not a lap pool) and every lounger is facing the ocean. Your blood pressure immediately improves the moment you enter. The smiles of the staff will make it drop even further.
The rooms are basic but fit for purpose. You don’t live in your room here. The entire place becomes your room. Each room has a terrace with a table and a comfy bench/sofa and by taking 10 steps you’re in a lounger watching the waves. Bed is not like a Hyatt or Marriott bed but I slept like a baby. Airco works well. Bathroom is pretty and works ok (new shower heads would be nice), but again: jump in the pool.
I’m here with only 3 other people staying. I can imagine that a family with kids would have a big impact on the serenity but such is life. You could move to a gazebo though, which I think will more or less isolate you (while also watching the waves). The hotel is also extremely quiet (sound wise). All you will hear is waves.

It is a small resort with a few rooms, quite dense. The rooms are equipped with an air-conditioning, no fans if you want to leave your doors open. The size of a pool is small. There is no direct beach access. A nice place to spend a night but would not recommend for a longer relaxed stay.

It is one of those places where my expectations were completely exceeded. We loved everything —
Cleanliness (on a daily basis, the staff made our room and the entire territory spotless; they didn't us if we need it, they simply did it), the swimming pool (its big size, amazingly warm water, its design), massages (relaxing, great location on the sea shore), sun lounges (comfortable), their sate ayam (it was divine, we ordered ir every dinner, really super delicious), cute houses with the most amazing view at the sea; the ambience (calming sounds of the sea, zero noise from any transport), afternoon snack (so cuuuute! Like in kindergarten, every afternoon, the staff brings tea or coffee and complimentary snack, the garden (such a beautiful and perfectly designed garden with amazing trees, plants, and butterflies). It's a really much better place than the pictures show.

We stayed in few resorts in Tejakula and by far Alam Mimpi is the best! From their very well trained staffs, delicious fresh ingredients dishes, beautiful garden surrounding to super clean room, we had to keep extending our stay! Such a hidden gem. We definitely will come back soon!

We had an such a fabulous stay at Alam Mimpi. Location fabulous, snorkeling straight out the front saw a turtle and heaps of fish.
Facilities are beautiful and well cared for and very clean. The staff are so welcoming, very helpful and friendly.

We stayed here for a night while on a motorbike ride. This is a boutique hotel with 5 rooms. It was immaculate and so clean. The 2 staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, overlooking the pool and ocean. There was not really any restaurants or cafes nearby but you can get all you need here. Our meals were cooked to order. We went for a walk around the neighbourhood and had a wonderful time chatting with the locals as we walked. I don’t think they get to see a lot of tourists, so make sure you step out and have a look around. A very clean neighbourhood. We would definitely stay here again. So relaxing.

Let's start with the amazing service. They could not be nicer. Great breakfast and just incredibly helpful. This resort is off the charts. The rooms are big and roomy. The bed is very comfortable. We slept so well. Take a look at the pictures. It is so relaxing. Did I mention the great people working here.
Update: it only gets better. The snorkeling is fantastic. So many beautiful fish right off shore. This is maybe the best place we have ever stayed.

Our experience at this beautiful beach front resort was spectacular! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was with the owners and staff. The setting, the service, food, and everything about this resort is heavenly. It’s a long ways from the airport, but the experience is worth every minute of the drive. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this holiday. I think it might be the best holiday we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to return to this little slice of heaven.

Lovely quiet oasis with great staff who will take care of all your wishes. The atmosphere is so peaceful and the food always fresh and super tasty. The local owner organizes diving, sightseeing trips or even cooking classes.
