Due to the proximity of the highway, the round-the-clock hum of passing trucks, cars, and motorcycles can be clearly heard inside the tents. At night, rest is often disrupted by loud barking from local dogs and the continuous operation of a water pump. In the early morning, guests may be woken by loud music from neighbors or construction noise. Guests are advised to bring earplugs in advance for a comfortable night's sleep.

There is a cozy on-site cafe offering beautiful views of the mountains and lake, serving breakfast and main courses. The morning menu includes toast, eggs, fried rice, fruit, and traditional Balinese coffee. Evening BBQ meal sets with fresh meat and vegetables, as well as pizza and chicken steaks, are very popular. Guests note the pleasant taste of most items; however, there are occasional comments regarding inconsistent food quality and service delays when kitchen gas runs low. The indoor dining area is small, so available tables inside may be limited during rainy weather.

The property offers wooden cabins, villas with fireplaces, and glamping tents with varying levels of comfort. Beds are equipped with warm blankets to ward off the nighttime chill, and some rooms feature Netflix. However, reviews mention complaints about slipping fitted sheets, stained linens, and traces of mold. Guests have occasionally encountered insects, sticking door zippers, and leaking tents during heavy rain. Bathrooms are kept clean, although the overall condition of some units requires updating.

Climate conditions in this mountainous area are characterized by a sharp contrast between day and night temperatures. At night, the temperature drops noticeably, but thick, warm blankets help guests stay warm. During the day, the sun quickly heats up the tents, making them hot and stuffy by morning. Standard tents lack fans or air conditioning, which can cause discomfort around noon.

Guests can enjoy complimentary bicycles for rides around Lake Buyan. In the evenings, an atmospheric campfire is lit for stargazing. Guests staying in premium rooms have access to a hot tub/jacuzzi, although some have reported small insects floating in it and the need for more thorough cleaning.
