Had a wonderful stay in umah tis, even extended one more day in another room, both were great. Super peaceful in the middle of the jungle, and a nice restaurant nearby.
We stayed one week in the family room and loved it. The villa is spacious, very comfortable, and kept quite clean and new considering that you really are in the jungle. The staff are really wonderful — so friendly, smiling, welcoming, and helpful! The location is really good — on the edge of Sebatu, within walking distance of the town and it's beautiful temples, and a few good restaurants too. And to the south you are within walking distance of the waterfall. They can also rent a motorbike if you find the walks a bit too long. We will definitely come back!

Just finished a staycation at Umah Tis Sebatu and I’m already wishing I’d stayed longer. If you’re a clean-freak, this is the place for you—the room was literally "squeaky clean" and perfectly maintained.
I stayed in the Deluxe Room which overlooks the pool. Since the room faces the sunrise, you get that lovely morning glow and warmth, which is so nice because the air around here can get quite chilly!
The Wi-Fi is lightning fast, so it’s a perfect "work from anywhere" spot. Plus, there's a waterfall nearby! Friendly staff, great AC, and a relaxing bathtub… what more do you need? 100% recommended!
