I absolutely enjoyed our stay at this resort.
If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, that’s a good choice. We had a room with the private pool, we enjoyed every moment of the stay.
The resort is located on different levels, so prepare to walk up and down the stairs. We didn’t mind having some exercises before breakfast, but it might be a challenge for some people.
We got balinese massages at the resort, our experience was also very pleasant.
As for the food: many complain here that the western food is awful, I disagree. It indeed lacks salt and pepper, but not to the extend that you need to move to another place. The Indonesian menu in the resort tasted really — really good. If you miss the western style cooking, there is another restaurant just across the street which was good for dinner.
What we also liked is that it’s not a boring location. You can actually walk around to the waterfall or to the temple, there is a glass factory close by where they make the souvenir vases (sold all around Bali).
Also, I would like to mention the service: people are very nice and friendly, trying to help in the best way they can. Some of them don’t speak good English, but they really try to be helpful.
I would definitely come again! The staff especially Nova was the best. Very interested in the guests and tries to make everything possible. Also the prices for excursions or laundry were cheap, no regrets. The free yoga is a nice add on. Food was good and breakfast ok for the price (eggs, fruit, toast & something sweet)
