Ize Canggu offers excellent service in a beautifully designed building. The hotel has a modern and stylish layout, yet feels warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind after exploring Canggu. Every service touchpoint felt smooth and well organized.

I stayed here recently for about 10 days and it was wonderful and very convenient as it has a great location, close to everything you may need. Personnel are very nice and friendly, always tried to help me with anything I needed, e. G. I had an urgency back home and didn’t have my computer with me, the reception staff let me use their own laptop and I was able to solve my issue back home. Also the restaurant on the rooftop is very nice, great cocktails (I had the best cocktail there) and food (both Indonesian and western — the burger was fab). All personnel were amazing but I have to mention the trainee lady working by the pool (sorry forgot her name, not sure if it was Keysha) she was fantastic always smiling and attentive. I’m going to miss her every morning bringing me a nice coffee:) Also the night receptionist was superb, thanks for helping me booking my taxi to airport on Gojek:) There was another guy at reception during the day with great attitude and energy, always smiling and helpful. Personnel really made my stay even better, they really put a lot of effort in making customers happy, thank you very much 🙏🏼 The room was fantastic, very clean, great bed with comfy mattress and pillows and had a little terrace by the pool where I had my morning coffee, it was so relaxing! Honestly I can’t wait to be back! Thank you again IZE for making me feel like at home, GRACIAS 🙏🏼

Stayed as a large group, the option of double / twin rooms and loft rooms was perfect for our family. Rooms were clean and new.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating to all our needs.
The location was quiet and in a good part of Canggu (maybe not the best for little kids but that’s on me).
The only thing I will say was a negative was when we would order breakfast, generally there was always a mistake, the communication between ordering and the kitchen was lost however we are an easy going bunch so we just let it slide each time.

Ize Canggu is such a lovely place to stay! The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The pool area is relaxing and perfect for chilling under the sun. The staff are warm, kind, and always ready to assist with anything you need. The location is great too — close to everything but still peaceful. I had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

Absolutely loved my stay at IZE Canggu! The vibe of the hotel is so relaxing, and everything feels modern yet cozy. The rooms are spacious, super clean, and well-designed. I had the best sleep here!
The staff are amazing and always go the extra mile to make you feel at home. The pool area is beautiful, and the rooftop is a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset with a drink in hand.
Location-wise, it’s ideal close to the beach and some of the best cafés in Canggu, but still tucked away from the noise. I’ll definitely be recommending IZE Canggu to my friends and will come back on my next Bali trip.

I had an amazing stay at IZE Canggu! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially loved the balcony overlooking the greenery, which made it so peaceful.
The pool area is stunning and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Breakfast at Malibu Kitchen was delicious, with plenty of healthy and tasty options. I also really appreciated the hotel's eco-friendly approach and attention to detail.
The location is perfect just a short walk to Pererenan Beach and surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and shops, but still quiet enough to relax.
Highly recommend IZE Canggu for anyone visiting Bali! I’ll definitely be back.

I had a great 7 night stay at the IZE Hotel. The Breakfast is also good especially the coffee. I booked it spontaneously at night after not liking my original hotel in Canggu. The area is great. So many coffee shops and stores in walking distance. The staff is amazing and everything is very clean. Would also recommend to female solo travelers since the are feels very protected and has street lights at night. It’s also only a short walk to the beach and great spot for sunset.

Situated just outside the heart of Canggu, it has the perfect balance of relaxation, being only minutes away from the beach and leisure, having a selection of cafes and restaurants to choose from.
Spacious, clean and modern pool side rooms, with 24/7 service.
Polite and professional staff helped us at all times during our stay, especially Agus who works at the desk. We were greeted with a huge smile and friendly welcome which made us feel right at home. His knowledge and recommendations of the area and Bali helped make our trip very special. A huge thank you for your hospitality!
We will be recommending IZE to everyone who wants the best of both worlds when staying in Canggu.

Pererenan is a great location for people who want a more laid back and slightly upscale Bali holiday. The hotel is new and well maintained. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
We visited in late April and we really appreciated that the hotel is more geared towards adults and single travellers as it was really quiet and everyone was really respectful with their noise which we loved.
The only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars in the category 'rooms' is because all rooms seem to have a connecting door. Unfortunately, that door lets noise travel and you can hear your neighbours. Otherwise the rooms are excellent.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and had a truly wonderful experience! The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the pool — perfect for relaxing moments. The food was delicious, with a variety of options and great quality.
What really stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone was kind, polite, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Kiki, who made us feel completely at home with her warmth and attentiveness. People like her truly elevate the whole experience.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali!

A good hotel in a quieter street than some of the other tourist strips in Canggu, about 400m from Pererenan Beach.
The staff were very friendly, though the language barrier was a challenge at times. They tended to nod or say yes, even if they didn't understand what you had said. However, my Bahasa is limited, so fair enough.
The rooms are spacious, bed was firm, shower pressure great. The pool is nice, but needs to be cleaned more often — we were here a week and they only ever had skimmed the reeds out, no cleaning as such.
Doesn't matter if you are ground or first floor, the noise carries due to the thin package of land it's on, with the property walls either side keeping the sound in.
The restaurant food is good, though a limited menu. Ask if it is happy hour if you are hoping for 2 for 1 deals, it is different for pool and restaurant, and different again to what is advertised in room. We had a booking discount, which we had to ask for most times, and were told not on alcohol some days.
Overall, a nice place, better presented than a lot in Bali.

Staff here are so kind, helpful, and accommodating. Rooms are very nice and clean. Did not use pool or amenities only because was outside the two days. The air conditioning was good. Bathroom toiletries available. Hotel is clean. Recommend 👍

I highly recommend this boutique hotel in Pererenan/Canggu to any traveler — solo or family. I stayed here several times during trips to Bali, and the staff and their hospitality is excellent, the rooms are very clean and spacious with a balcony/terrace each. Because I’m a member (see program on website), they upgraded me to the courtyard room which has a little living room included. All TVs have Netflix.
I highly appreciate the kindness of everyone there, they really put in a lot of effort with their guests.
Must try is also the Malibu restaurant upstairs, the yoga classes and Balinese dance.

We had an amazing stay, the staff were super friendly, great pool, excellent location by lots of cool restaurants, the food was also really nice and super big comfy bed, good Wi-Fi for working as well! We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely return when we come back to Bali.

The hotel was amazing. The situation is quiet and there are lot of restaurant here. The room is clean and nice. The staff was friendly and always ready anytime you want. Thanks to Alvin for your help. The pool is also good. Close to the beach. I will back and stay here again.

I loved my stay here. The location is great & on the best street in Pererenan where I could walk to the beach, gym, yoga studios & tons of restaurants. Staff was so friendly. I kept extending my stay here & stayed a couple weeks. I will definitely be back & recommend to anyone.

IZE canggu my favorite place in Bali now. Vary comfortable bed, so good service, vary clean. The best location, close to the best dinner restaurants, just 1 min by walk. And quiet nice walking distance to the beach with beautiful sunsets.
I was very pleased with the polite people who work here, I want to come back here again and again.
