Star Semabu Resort

Reserve last minute on traveloka. Didn't expect much since all review are not so good. But they are worth the price. Good bed, hot water, smart TV, cold AC and great view.

Amazing Hospitality and Service.
I had a wonderful stay at the Star Semabu Hotel in Bali. The staff were incredibly hospitable and made my experience truly memorable. A special shoutout to Darma, who went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and a comfortable stay in Bali.

If you want to be an island man because mainland Bali is too mainstream, then Nusa Penida could be your choice. There's a lot to do on this island. Don't worry, during my 3-night stay here,,, I was assisted by very friendly staff who offered various activities on Nusa Penida. Value for money? I think it's very worth it!

I think the new hotel management has made some big changes, especially in terms of cleanliness, pricing, and service. I was a bit hesitant at first because of some not-so-great reviews from last year, but after checking in, this hotel is really different. It has great staff who really value their guests and are super friendly. Their knowledge about activities in Nusa Penida is impressive. Also, the views at this hotel are amazing—clean rooms with a sea view, a clean main pool, and green grounds. Every corner of this hotel looks very soothing to the eyes. Thanks, Bu Mega, for always helping us from the moment we arrived until we checked out.

Even though I've stayed in hotels with views like this before, what makes this place special is the warmth and sincerity of the staff during our stay. They were very communicative and helped us get information while in Nusa Penida. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our four days here. The pool is nice, and the grounds are green. The rooms are very clean. Value for money? I think money won't be an issue if you're getting 10/10 service. We highly recommend this place for a stay.

Staying here and being an island man for a week was an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and they arranged for information I needed. The grounds and rooms were beautiful, and the food was beautifully prepared and delicious. The pool, it just AMAZING… I can't recommend them highly enough.

Guys, sorry for the delay in giving our review about your hotel. Since the moment we arrived we were treated with courtesy. Welcoming and gracious staff, very nice swimming pool, green ground, a lot of palmas and the food is very delicious. Staff is very welcoming and always available (Mega and is colleagues are very careful, always smiling). The value for money is 5/5. This hotel is a magical gem and of course we really recommend this hotel to all family.

To be honest, a bit unsure at first because of the reviews, but our goal was to stay in a room with a sea view. And everything went smoothly. I think this hotel has upgraded their management. The rooms are clean, the facilities are outstanding, the pool has a great view at night, and the best part is the staff here are very friendly and helpful. There's nothing more satisfying than spending your money at a place with the best service like this hotel. The staff take care all of us until the day we check out from this hotel.

Recommend to visit if u guys looking for some mind purification. Room is clean, the view, swimming pool is amazing, and the staff, they suggest us to many activities during the stay, also the food was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, I really felt extremely well cared for throughout my stay in this hotel.

Very beautiful resort, very beautiful place to stay. The staff is very polite and good. Would love to come back again here in future.

Old type wooden made not good but quite place, bug everywhere, food at the resort is so bad and not hygiene as we came to know from another guest.

Restaurant is non functional, it was always closed so no in room dining, if you want to eat go out and better luck finding any taxis cause the hotel staff doesn’t provide you with any information they just say no. 3/4 times there was no one at the reception. Hot water was not available in the room, even while checking out we were late no one was picking up the call, had to go to the pool area where there is only one guy who makes the breakfast, he arranged someone for us.
Don’t stay here if you want the above mentioned services readily available.

Stayed for a couple of days, very polite staff, very beautiful view of nature, convenient location large parking lot. But there were problems in room 203, with the toilet flushing (well you get the idea :) ). Nice pool, but you can stay without a towel if they are all taken apart by other guests, it's not a big problem, but wet to go on the territory, especially in the evening is very cool, and if you are with children, then take a towel from the room. In any case, the place is beautiful and if you do not pay attention to some small things, your vacation will be successful.

Stunning hotel with magnificent views of Mount Agung and the sea. Fantastic home. All the staff were extremely kind and dedicated. Beautiful room. Very nice pool and restaurant where we ate very well. 20 min electric car to crystal bay and 5min to port. I recommend 100%.
