I loved our stay here! The villa is really big. Ours could fit 4 people, maybe more if extra beds are available. Thank you to Rizka, Agus, and our drivers (especially Oneh) for the top notch service! They made our stay extra special. Make sure to ask them for motorcycle rentals or car rentals to get around the island! Also loved the two very cute dogs who always greeted us when we came to the villa.

Villa is great value (specially now with the construction discount — working hours for noise 10-5).
We were 3 people in one of the smaller pool villas (booked trough Airbnb) and was ok. The bed was super comfy but the couch was more decor then confort. The kitchen was missing utensils, but filtered water machine was available.
The bathrooms had some humidity issues but the place is clean daily (great housekeeping team).
The road to come to the complex is not in good condition (we eventually found a better route but you still have to be very careful with bikes in the mountains area).
The Wi-Fi connection was pretty bad so, if you work remotely, is best to go to a café. Agus (complex manager) was great to deal with and helped us a lot with tips for taxi, bike rentals and laundry.

Great villa for our stay on Nusa Penida! Really clean and lovely place to stay which is close to amenities, near beach and great scenery! Hosts were all really helpful and would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The accommodation is tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and full of charming details. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. One of the highlights was the green outdoor area – perfect for relaxing. The little garden is beautifully maintained, and the pool was a real treat, especially on hot days. We truly enjoyed every moment and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

The service was amazing, the host was always available and helped with any kind of question or issue. He even brought us beer at night when we texted him. The house was very clean and we had a lot of space. I would recommend anyone to stay there!

UPD: After receiving a response from the manager, I am updating my review.
We arrived at the villa on February 14. From January 15 to 17, there was no water. We reported the issue multiple times, but it was not resolved. Despite the inconvenience, no compensation was offered. The claim that we received a 20% discount is false—we paid the exact same amount as listed on Booking. Com. The lack of professionalism and misleading information in the management’s response are disappointing.
Terrible experience – avoid this place!
We stayed at Maravilla Complex for three nights, and for two of them, we had no water. After a long day of snorkeling and hiking, it was awful to come back and not even be able to take a shower. Instead of enjoying our evenings, we had to deal with the staff, asking when the water would be fixed, but in the end, nothing was repaired.
When we requested a discount for this inconvenience, the manager simply said we had to pay the full price and then hung up on us. He sent us a payment link that didn’t even work, and we wasted 1 hour before leaving, trying to sort it out and catch our boat. It was incredibly stressful.
If anything goes wrong with your stay here, don’t expect help or compensation. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Maravilla is a very beautiful resort. Strategic location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Spacious and clean room, comfortable and quiet, They arranged everything for us, from car accommodation to health arrangements. They also made our honeymoon stay even more special. Success is always maravilla! We will definitely come again to stay here❤️❤️😍👌

Beautiful Villa, But Terrible Experience.
The villa itself is in good condition, but unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing.
First, the floor was dirty when we arrived, which made the place feel unclean from the start. Second, getting to the villa was a real challenge – the road is difficult, and it’s not easily accessible.
The worst part was the water issue. The water was turned off multiple times, and it took ages for the staff to get it back on. As a result, we were without water for most of our stay, which was incredibly frustrating.
When we asked for a discount due to these issues, the host yelled at us and refused, saying their system wouldn’t allow it. The lack of professionalism was shocking.
Overall, while the villa looks nice, the poor management and basic service failures made our experience terrible. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. There was no water in our villa, so they sent us to neighboring ones to shower, but even there, the water kept cutting off. When it was time to pay, they refused to offer even a minimal discount despite all the inconvenience. To make matters worse, their payment link didn’t work, and while they were trying to fix it, we missed our boat back to Bali. Absolutely unacceptable.

We had a wonderful experience staying in the 4-bedroom villa at Maravilla Home with my family. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The private pool and lush surroundings made it a perfect retreat. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing getaway!
