Cozy cottages for a 2 days stay in Nusa Penida. Breakfast in the cottage balcony. Very good one. Whenever the pool is ready is going to be tremendous add on.
Specially thankful to Wayan, that helped us tremendously, taking us to many places at our convenience for good prices, but the highlight was when our speedboat back to Bali was cancelled due to bad weather, he took us to another port where boats where already departing. Thanks to his advice we could arrive safe to Bali on time.

I have stayed in Kamasan cottage, and this place was so nice, the host was very friendly and she could help anything you need. They are on progress to make swimming pool and new rooms. I believe that this place would be very amazing place in future.
Can't wait to come back again and absolutely Will be back to this place…

Rooms are very basic, and at night some birds can make scary sounds to disturb your sleep.
Electricity runs on government supply, if the power goes down then you will end up with no water in middle of Bath and dark rooms.
During the day construction sounds can be annoying when you are on vacation.
Pool is not ready and pathway to reach rooms from road is not comfortable.
Breakfast is very minimum and limited, you may end up having breakfast again elsewhere.
Hosts are friendly and they will keep your bags after your check-out so that you can visit some places and come back to collect them.
Overall we didn’t feel its value for money.
If you are on short trip to Bali, I highly recommend Day tours to Penida and stay back in Kuta or semniyak.

Rooms were manageable. This city boy needed a TV but Wi-Fi was fast and I streamed to get my fix. About 5 mins from the Harbour. Large restroom. Pool coming soon as it was under construction in early 2025. Really good price.

I booked by mistake as I thought it was in Kamasan region which is in main Bali island. After 2-3 minutes I requested for a refund and they declined. So I had to cancel. Then I requested from them if I could still use my reservation and change my plans to go to the island. I tried politelly through agoda app as well as though whats up and they were refusing telling me it was cancelled. I repeatedly asked them if they can help but nothing. Eventually they did not want to help me. Good job taking my money guys!

They all really have great hospitality. We stayed there 2 nights. Room is clean. There is an a/c. However the light in room is a little bit too dark. There are so many mosquitoes around the area including inside the room and there is no mosquito net provided. No refrigerator. And we went there during holiday so it’s a bit noisy at night.
Can request for breakfast. They will prepare it and serve it at reception not at your room.
Anyway compared to price it is ok.

THANK YOU for EVERYTHING 🧡🧡 The hospitality here was 10/10 & this family business deserves all the success. They helped us with everything from refilling our bottles whenever we asked to arranging our taxis and scooter pick up (so we didn't have to rush for the ferry)! Breakfast was delicious each morning on our patio, at whatever time we asked for it ☺️ the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, is fine for working / streaming / calls (but there is no desk). We were impressed with the bathroom — super big and the shower pressure was great. The bed was comfy and actually had a duvet (I don't like when you just get given a sheet at most accommodations! ). When we return to Nusa Penida, we will stay here again!

Staff were so friendly and helpful, location was good and my sister and I enjoyed our stay here. Wayan was just a text away and she was so efficient, we organised a tour with her to go snorkeling at manta point and she took us on the scooters down to the harbour and picked us up again, let us keep our bags in the room until after we got back, even had time for a quick shower too even though it was well after check out time at this point. I had gotten seasick so she was very sympathetic. Can't thank her enough and the breakfast was amazing, it was almost too much for us, was nice to have it on our little balcony.

Amazing value for price and the sweetest staff ever— truly above and beyond service. I’ve travelled a lot and have never experienced service as good as this. We asked about where we could buy laundry detergent, and the owner bought some for us and left it in our room. She was always one text away to answer questions we had and to help us book taxis, snorkeling trips and island tours, and ferry tickets. The breakfast is filling especially for Indonesia and the location is amazing. Truly an amazing experience.

Liked: extremely friendly hosts who can help with all kinds of needs from scooter rental to laundry. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Disliked: noisy water boiler behind the cottage zooming at use of every faucet in the compound, and the next door rooster starting at 5am. We slept poorly.

Was a wonderful experience. The people from the hostel are incredibly charming and nice people and very helpful. The place is amazing. The rooms very nice and clean. Excellent relation price quality. We stayed in so many hotels during our trip with some issues or disgusting bathrooms but this place is just perfect. Thank you for everything. So happy ti stay in your place. Laura.

After 3 weeks of travelling, I really wanted somewhere private with a hot shower to stay. I didn’t really know where in Nusa to stay but liked what I read about this property. It’s a good location, just off the main strip of Nusa. 20 min walk downhill to restaurants or a quick scooter. I was able to rent a scooter from the hotel, get my laundry done quickly, and get help booking my ticket to Sanur (with a ride to the ferry). The bungalows are private, quiet, clean, and beautiful. Property is well maintained. I would stay here again.

Amazing experience on Nusa Penida. We loved it! The personal is very sociable and nice, they speak English very well. The room was clean and the food was good. We visited Kamasan Cottage on October 2019 and explored the Island with a scooter rented from them that really wasn’t expensive at all. I advice you to do so instead of renting a car with driver, you can see the real beauty and wildness of the island! Greetings from Romania!
