Does nice clean Hotel really easy to get to really easy to move around friendly arranging Local transportation. The only downside is there's no safe box in the room or behind the counter. Is a good deal for the price.

I dont like giving bad reviews especially when the staff were great but I also wont be persuaded for a 5* review and like to be honest. While the staff were great and accommodating, we booked a garden view cottage on Expedia expecting a detached unit with a peaceful garden view and got an apartment with noisy street and parking lot view. The wording and pictures are not accurate on Expedia site are inaccurate or we got misinformed. Rooms are average, bit on the not clean side, after a night with no sleep from heavy moped traffic, barking dogs, and a toilet I was scared to use, the host was very helpful and let us pick another room which we had a much better experience. I understand that there isn't much they can do about traffic noise and barking dogs with paper thin walls however my concern was with the unsanitary conditions of the bathroom. This unit which we complained about was rented out the next 2 night to different guests without being cleaned or fixed for the next guests. While my stay complaints were looked after for myself, they were not fixed for the next persons stay. See pics.

We had a good 3 days in this very attractive property. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and beautiful gardens. Building work going on across the road so sea view slightly marred. Nearby beach club The Cliff is the nearest proper sea access for swimming just 3 minutes up the road by foot. Convenient supermarket right in front, restaurant open for meals and laundry service all good.

I came here on holiday, and it was my favorite place in Indonesia!
As a backpacker, I stayed in many places, but this one was truly special.
The staff were so kind, the food was delicious, and the room was incredibly clean!

I arrived at the resort with high expectations, as the photos looked impressive. However, the reality was disappointing. The room was not as nice as advertised, and both the room and the entire resort were not well maintained. Many other guests have pointed out similar issues in their reviews, and it seems the management doesn't prioritize addressing them.
Additionally, the service was far from exceptional. I had hired a tour guide for Rp 1, 000, 000, but my experience with him was one of the worst I’ve had. He appeared annoyed to be with us and was reluctant to show us the sites. Unlike other drivers who actively engaged with tourists and helped them take photos, he simply dropped us off at various locations.
He also failed to inform us about the timeframe of his service. At 3 PM, he came to us and stated that his contract was up, and he wouldn’t be showing us any more spots. However, after I pointed out that this was not mentioned earlier, he reluctantly agreed to show us one more site. The package promised visits to eight spots, but we only saw four.
I suggest thinking carefully before choosing to stay here.

We booked this hotel for two nights in October 2024.
We arrived there through Sanur Harbour and stopped at Sampalan, which is the closest harbour to the hotel. We then paid 100 000 for a taxi to arrive at the hotel + 25 000 per person to access the island.
The hotel has a big pool (hot water) and is next to the beach, although we cannot swim or walk there. The rooms are big and exactly like the pictures. The breakfast is good.
There is the possibility to book activities such as snorkeling, drivers, taxi and massages. There is a great beach club 1 minute walk to the hotel.

The hotel is so bad. The beach cannot swimming. Poor breakfast. Room dirty. No cleaning up during I stayed 2 nights here. There is no power at midnight until the noon time. The price is too high. The photo on the website and actual total difference.

I was here the night before leaving Nusa Penida for dinner. Had a mie goreng which tasted overly flavoured. Since next day morning having a terrible loose motion and for 2 days I couldn't eat a single thing. Leaving Indonesia with a bad stomach thanks to your food.

Good place to stay. Best chill restaurant opposite of the hotel.

I stayed at Jukung Cottages on the advice of my very good Balinese friend Rai. The driver Agus picked us up from our 10minute boat transfer from Nusa Lembongon, we went on a tour of the island on our way to the hotel, including Kelingking beach and broken beach. The villa was lovely and comfortable. The pool was a great way to relax for the afternoon, especially after morning fishing with Made from Penida Fishing on our 2nd day. What a beautiful family run business that goes the extra mile to make you feel special. The minimart and restaurant out the front of the cottages makes everything so easy. We will be back, thank you for making our stay so memorable. Love Matty and Michelle.

Wonderful place and super clean, we loved it. Nice pool and super nice staff. Restaurant with musicians in the evening. Atmosphere at the top ❤️❤️❤️
