They had a hole in a wall at our room.
They didn’t had HOT WATER in the shower.

Clean, friendly staff, great price and good location. Nothing super fancy but worth the value. The breakfast choices were basic and the coffee was weak but pleasantly surprised to get any breakfast at the price. They also offer to pick you up and drop you off from the boat docks for a reasonable fee (100K per trip) and can help rent motorbikes etc.
Room had problems with AC and keylock but they were eager to try and fix it and offer to change rooms.

Communication was difficult to begin with but it improved after we got to speak with a male, presumably one of the owners. Apologies for not taking his name.
Pros :
* close to bars and shops as well as an ATM.
* room clean (to begin with)
* affordable.
We did not try the food.
Cons :
* no hot water.
* no soap/shampoo/shower gel.
* nobody cleaned the room during the 3 days we stayed there.
* found empty candy packs in drawers.
* asked about a scooter, they were very fast to ask somebody to bring us one. Tank was nearly completely empty, light was flickering and the engine was making a funny noise; I was told it's perfectly fine. Half an hour later I mustered the courage to ask them to take it back as it does not look safe to drive. They kept 75.000 (price for one full day to rent it).
