The villa is located in a very rural area which means the road to get there is absolutely terrible for cars or bikes.
Cleanliness: 1/10
Once you arrive at the villa, you will be greeted by friendly staff that will show you around a super dusty and dirty villa. Insect poop everywhere, dust all over and a weird smell from the bedding. The kitchen is unusable — rusty, dirty and broken cutlery and crockery.
General: 3/10
Great water pressure and lots of hot water all day. The private pool is lovely however the plants around the pool are dying. The entire villa boasts privacy and peacefulness.
Equipment: 3/10
There is no hairdryer. There is a smart TV which was great for watching Netflix/YouTube. Body wash and shampoo were provided daily. Clean towels were provided but only once we insisted they be changed daily. The bedding is not changed during the stay.
Staff: 10/10
Staff are happy to help to the best of their ability. They were great!
Management: 0.5/10
This villa has been run to the ground. Poor management has destroyed the potential of this villa. Even after all the bad reviews that I found online, the management has done nothing about the complaints. This proves that the people who manage the villa are incompetent.
Recommendation: 1/10
Please think twice before booking your holiday at this villa. The photos online are very deceiving.

This villa absolutely gorgeous. The best part of our vacation in penida.

This is a terrible place! It is very dirty inside the room with hair in the shower, black crusted bath, bed bugs and everything is poorly maintained, full of rubbish outside as well. We escaped. I don't recommend it!
