  Couples checking into the same room must present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in. Otherwise, the property may reject the booking or request that a second room be booked.

  To prevent the spread of the Mpox virus, the Indonesian Ministry of Health has resumed health screening for international travelers (both Indonesian and foreign nationals) entering Indonesia from August 27, 2024. This includes completing an electronic self-declaration form called SATUSEHAT Health Pass, which must be completed on a dedicated web platform.

  When visiting Nusa Penida, additional government fees may apply. These fees are set by local authorities and are not included in the room rate. According to current information, a Nusa Penida entry fee may apply:

  Adults — IDR 25000 per guest;

  Children — IDR 15000 per guest.

  This fee is typically paid online before arrival on the island. After payment, guests are provided with a QR code, which can be verified at the port or at security checkpoints.

  Foreign visitors arriving via Bali, a Bali Tourism Tax of IDR 150000 per person per visit may also be charged. This fee is paid separately and does not replace the Nusa Penida entry fee.
