Melali Bingin

I really loved staying in this wonderful little place. Elise, Liam and the team were very friendly and helpful. They have so many places to recommend which are really great (cafés, restaurants, massages etc. ).
The room was incredibly clean! Breakfast was great! Nice little pool and a living room for everybody to spent time. However, as the place has only three rooms I only met another girl at breakfast.
The area is great as you have a yoga place, sauna, restaurant, cafés and massage place nearby, but it is still quiet and not crowded. If you want some more going on, this is just a quick scooter ride away.
I would definitely recommend staying in Melali Bingin!

We can’t speak highly enough of this little gem in Bingin.
The attention to details and level of service was unexpected at this price point but a very pleasant surprise.
The rooms are beautifully appointed from the white crisp bed linen, subtle peppermint scented rooms, the cute batik bathrobes and the timeless design over all. We stayed in “Sana” and loved it!
The staff are super friendly and helpful too and the area quiet which is a big plus in Bingin these days.
Oh and the breakfast didn’t disappoint…. It is as good as everyone says it is!
Spoke to the owners, who are really lovely and they told us about their new boutique resort opening up next year across the street from Melali! Definitely trying out that place too on our next visit!

Everything I read was true…it’s a little paradise. The breakfast was excellent and the pool…sorry that I couldn’t bring it home with me, loved it ❤️.
We never go back twice but now I would make an exception 👍🏼. Thanks 😊

We loved this hotel so much and would highly recommend staying here. The hotel it beautiful and breakfast were delicious. The room included spa toileteries which made us feel very spoilt. The people are what makes it even more amazing. A Uluwatu bible is provided which we loved and gave us loads of ideas and tips on places we should visit whilst staying there — it was so helpful! So thankful for an amazing stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Melali Bingin and can’t say enough good things about our stay here. Elise and Liam are the most fantastic hosts and make you feel at home, which made for the most relaxing stay. Their knowledge of the area is superb, and they are super helpful, suggesting beaches, restaurants and much more.
The staff are great too and the breakfasts were delicious.
Location is good and easy to get to the beaches and restaurants from. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, charming and there is such great attention to detail, which creates the most wonderful stay.

We had a great experience staying at this boutique hotel for 3 nights. We really enjoyed the entire villa, the breakfast options and the room. The staff was very nice and everything was well maintained.
The small and important details like having a little flower next to the open shower and on the table at breakfast showcase a high degree of hospitality and going the extra mile for your guest to feel welcome and relaxed.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful oasis. Loved our 4 days staying in the garden villa. Very quiet and relaxing. Morning time was our favourite with the staff greeting us each day with beautiful smiles and friendly service. You do need either a car or bike to get around, but both Gojek and Grab were very user friendly. Hosts, Elise and Liam, both went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and for us to feel very welcome in their lovely garden property. Loved staying here.

Down a little bumpy road in Bingin is a little piece of paradise. Wondered where we were heading when we first arrived, but at the end of the bumpy road and behind the little narrow door was a little oasis. We stayed in the garden villa, which was private and very well set up. The greetings from the staff each morning over breakfast was lovely and really made our day. As an older couple in a very young and trendy area we thought we may be out of our comfort zone, but Elise and Liam made us feel very welcome and we really enjoyed our chats about life in Bali and travel in general. Lovely restaurant, Gooseberry is just down the road and we also enjoyed our visits to Cashew Tree, a 15 min walk away. Like everywhere else in this area you do need a car or bike to get around, Gojek and Grab are a must to download. Plenty of lovely restaurants within 20 mins drive including Mason and Bolato, two that we really enjoyed. Highly recommend staying here, do not hesitate to book.

Do not hesitate to book this place. It’s like staying in your own oasis. The hosts and fantastic, welcoming and extremely helpful. The staff make this place an exceptional accommodation. It’s perfectly situated within a 2-10 minute scooter drive to the best beaches, restaurants and wellness locations in the area. We’ve travelled all over the world and this was one of the most special places we’ve ever stayed. Highly recommend booking the pool villa specifically for the bathroom.

Melali is an absolute gem! We stayed in Kelana which was super private and gorgeous. The main villa is open plan and contemporary and super comfortable but, still respectful of Balinese culture. The breakfast was amazing and the lunch was delicious.
Elise and Liam are both fantastic and knowledgeable hosts and the staff are lovely. Highly recommend x.

Staying at the Melali was a 10/10 experience. From the moment you book your stay, til the minute you check out (and beyond), the hospitality at Melali is unmatched. The facilities are so beautiful— think lush, tropical greens surrounding your villa, a perfect pool, and beautiful outdoor furniture. What really sets Melali apart though is the small nature of the property & the above and beyond help from the owners. Furthermore, the breakfast made fresh for you every morning was unbeatable! We enjoyed the conversations over breakfast with Liam, the owner, as well as other guests.
We are first time visitors to Bali, and Liam really helped point us in the right direction. From day activity recs to AMAZING restaurant recs— Liam made sure our time in Bali was memorable and we couldn’t be more grateful. He even had a motorbike for us the rent! If you’re booking a trip to Bali we definitely recommend starting your stay off at Melali. It will help you get your footing in Bali and get your trip started right. We loved it so much we wanted to stay there again to end our trip in Bali!
Side note: there are also dogs on the property which made our stay that much better :)
