➜ Superb stay in this hotel so welcoming delicious cuisine, tastefully decorated, spacious room and perfectly clean I recommend with eyes closed.
Our stay at white palm was amazing! The resort is beautiful and well maintained, located very close to the beach. The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is delicious and we felt like we were part of a family more than anything! They went out of their way to look after my partner who felt a bit under the weather. They were very involved, fun to chat with and we are so grateful to have been taken care of by white palm!

Beautiful decor, nice layout of rooms. However, rooms are not built to insulate sound. Loud noises coming from the reception from guests drinking until past midnight will echo through the walls of the rooms. Host and hostess does not enforce noise management rules on the premises. When paying customers complain about no noise control, management of hotel is adamant and defensive that they are right. There is no middle ground. Breakfast is mediocre. Rooms are cleaned only late afternoon. No hot water from the showers. You can find much better value places in better locations with better and more professional guest management. Would not recommend and will not be back.
