5 star luxurious stay for our family and have referred our friends who will visit in a couple of months.
Here's the good, bad and the UGLY The good 1. Great staff 2. Large space 3. Kitchen 4. FREE transport within Nusa Dua area 5. They provided mosquito repellant electric spray The bad 1. Lack of "complete" privacy as staff live on premises and have access to enter the villa from kitchen area — essentially you as the guest don't have access to close that door. 2. Lighting is poor — white lights are not elegant and don't give a sense of luxury 3. The Master bedroom's bathroom doesn't have an indoor shower, no hooks to hang clothes and there isn't a stand for placing your luggage. 4. The salt and pepper shakers were broken! 5. Juice isn't fresh (packaged) — breakfast was ok — sunny side eggs were overcooked The UGLY 1. Location is terrible! Yes there is free transport but even a local will tell you that you would rather get a private villa near the city center to get easy access to the city and services than be caught up in the middle of no where. Even if you desire that level of seclusion it is not worth it! 2. Not recommended for couples and people who want an insect free home! Yes we are in the tropics and tons of insects around but they shouldn't be lying dead on the bathroom floor or be able to get inside. Simply not the luxury that you can get from a 4 star hotel.

This villa is stunning. From the immaculately kept rooms to the high spec furniture, it makes for a fantastic base whilst in Bali. We stayed for 3 weeks, the villa was kept sparkling clean throughout the whole stay with breakfast each day at our requested time. The maids were lovely and extremely discreet. We will miss coffee by the pool and the fantastic scrambled egg! Eddy drove us around the Nusa Dua area and was always available when we needed. His super friendly attitude was infectious and he was a pleasure to be around. However, the best part of our stay was, without doubt, Donny our driver. Donny welcomed us with a warmth and friendliness like we’ve never experienced. His knowledge of Balinese culture is second to none and he was quick to pick up on what we liked. During long drives he kept us entertained and I don’t think I’ve laughed so much in a long time. We truly feel as though we’ve made a friend for life. Thank you for a perfect honeymoon.
