It was very pleasant to stay at this hotel, lots of clean swimming pools and the food was delicious.

Only a two night stay in this amazing hotel, and lost for words to adequately describe it. It Oozes luxury everywhere you go. The room we have is so spacious and the food really outstanding as you would expect. The breakfast choice is vast and we enjoyed a great evening buffet in the Cafe, where again it was outstanding! So if you want luxury then this is the place to come!

Great hotel with fantastic facilities 👍rooms are large and comfortable, bathroom also big. The lounge offers great food and excellent food quality. The Cafe breakfast is brilliant and so is Solie restaurant. Many pool choices and good spots to relax in the shade.

For me everyrhing in mulia is nice. Especially the swimming pool and the ocean view. They are awesome but the room is too dark. They need to put some light and electric plugs over all. Great to live in and will sure come back here again

For some bizarre reason you get treated like a criminal at this resort.
They always assume you are running away without paying the bill.
This made my family and I extremely uncomfortable considering we’ve been all over the world and stayed in the most amazing places with the best service.
Save your money and time and try the Bulgari or Alila in Uluwatu.

The Cafe is the best restaurant in Bali for buffet! No other place which comes close to it!

We have been staying here for the last few years/visits and it never disappoints, always friendly staff, fantastic rooms and facilities, amazing restaurants, the pools, the beach, the list goes on… dont think I can stay anywhere else after the Mulia! By far the best in Bali!
Would definately recommend to stay here, even if you can for a night or two. Keep it up guys, hopefully see you again soon.

What an absolutely amazing 6 star hotel if you looking to relax and be pampered in style with excellent service and dining the Mulia is the place to stay from the welcoming staff like Melky the pool attendant to the lovely reception staff. All your needs are met in a fantastic luxurious setting and close to shopping too.

I'm not a typical person that like to write negative review but I think it will be good to share my honest review because personally I do think some serious warning is necessary about The Mulia. It is a 6 star hotel n villa that do not have/or keep:
1) Hotel guests confidentiality and privacy
2) Professionalism and ethics in hospitality…
3) Code of conduct of their staff On my 2nd day of stay, I had an UNPLEASANT AWKWARD incident with the housekeeper in the room. Instead of helping their hotel guest to keep it low profile, The Mulia manager told butler and their staff about my unpleasant encounter. To make the matter worst, the butler mentioned the incident in the lobby and hotel guests and staff were around. The butler even mentioned the incident in public to my friend and mistaken my friend as me! I felt offended. It was the most humiliating and embarrassing moment in my life. Spoke to Office manger Mr Claudio Togo. He wasn't sound sincere and apologetic about it. The matter couldn't be escalated to their higher management as he says he is the highest rank and one man show to handle everything. What a pathetic luxury 6 star hotel that has zero CRM skills. Don't waste your time and money in The Mulia. Not worth a penny. There are many classy and beautiful hotels in Bali that has better
Professionalism and ethics in hospitality + higher level of confidentiality and privacy to their hotel guests.

Very recommended to relax. You don’t have to be staying here to enjoy their hospitality. Go directly to the restaurant located facing the sea. And you could explore a bit more of the resort. Good hospitality.

We were blown away by an outstanding Resort.

Travelled a lot, not going name drop but if you give it less than 5 stars your a dick. Amazing staff that want to hear of better ways to accommodate you. Create what you want at a drop of a hat. Very competitive pricing with quality and the staff is what makes this place.

We loved the Mulia, beautiful people and a big shout out to Rai who was a complete gentleman, made our trip an unforgettable experience nothing was too much.

Facility is top notch. Room is very spacious and the bed is very nice. Food is incredible. However the only problem is the way the hotel handles online taxi and Blue Bird taxi. We observed several guests were offered local taxi (which sometimes don't want to use meter) while they asked for Blue Bird taxi (the hotel said it will take at least 15 minutes for BB taxi which I think does not make sense as there are some around). Our online taxi declined few times worrying about security guard scrutinize their car and ask why they intend to enter the premise. I think for such a high class hotel they should prioritize the best transportation companies instead of discouraging them.

The Hotel is lovely, great food, Nice beach. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, linen is perfect.

The hotel is in a very… Excellent Service, comfortable rooms (in the room has everything you need), beautiful, groomed territory. Breakfasts and lunches are a separate story. So rich choice of dishes that just run the eyes. Nice Beach, but the ebb is felt. Taxis to the Bali Collection can be booked at the reception. I recommend it to Everyone.

Great hotel, worth the money. Take half board if you want to please yourself with a variety of food. On dinner looks like all cuisines of the world: Western, Asian, Indian, Japanese, etc. Separate "Places" for each type of cuisine. Desserts-2 separate halls. Fantastic. Food 5 +.
Rooms: Lived in Resort. 77 m2, view-garden/sea. 5 +: Quiet, comfortable, beautiful, always clean and cool.
Staff: Attentive, there is a Russian-speaking reception. 5 + Kids Club: Very good, lots of toys and activities with the child. The staff speaks Russian. 5 Cons:-No evening program (music or show) — the sea shallow-a lot of corals and algae.

The epitome of luxury is THE Mulia. We stayed in the Baron beachfront suite at The Mulia. The view of the ocean was fantastic! The staff is very polite and one has a 24 hrs butler. The suite is exactly as the pictures shown on the website. The rides to airport, breakfast and high tea are complimentary if u stay at the Mulia or the villas. Our 5 yr old enjoyed the Kids Club very much. The amenities in the suite were high end. The spa is great as well. On the expensive side but highly recommend for people who want to be away from town and enjoy the beach.

Incredible architecture, decor and ambience. The place is huge and one could easily get lost and not find the way back your room without assistance. The best swimming pool I've used by far. Great security. Fabulous restaurant. Expensive, but worth every penny.

What price do you put on exclusivity? Your answer will determine whether you choose to stay here or at the resort. High end experience, service impeccable. Exclusive access to the Lounge, the private pools and cabanas and of course outstanding amenities and service. I’d say this would be best Nusa Dua has to offer.

Huge resort, absolutely stunning one of the best I’ve ever seen. It’s hard to describe the sheer scale of this place but if 30 hectares means anything to you then you have some idea. It’s beautifully appointed and the grounds are truly magnificent. Check out the man made ‘Lake Mulia’, lounge at one of the many pools or enjoy what must be one of the most impressive buffet restaurants in the world!

Love this place. It’s huge and the service is excellent. A good resort to bring your love ones for a pampering getaway. The view is spectacular. The bed is great. 2 complains I have — a lot of mosquitoes so bring your patch and the room is too dark although it is romantic but putting on contact lens in such Low light is definitely a challenge — do have some bright lights in the toilet please.

Never again. CHECK IN: We used to trvel to Bali many times. This time we booked 5 nights Beach View Suite. Fotos show full beach view. Decreption told full beach view. 1.500 Euro we paid for full beach view. But there gave room without beach view at all. There told if we go to the front on balcony and turn your face to right then you see ocean. We dont accept. After 3 hour checkin we got room but if you go to the front of window you can see partially oceam. We not accept. 24h hour after checkin and after appointment with Hotel Manager Brain we got the book we booked. Also I saw 4 times the same situation with other guest. Only the want to give room with ocean view like booked if you pay at reception upgrade. From us there ask 13 MIO IDR more like we payed alredy. LOCATION: The Mulia looked like GHOST TOWN. 750 rooms but almost no guests. Seems like a death town. For all you have to go long distance and you will meet almost nobody just stuff. OCEAN: Not easy to swimm in ocean in front of The Mulia. To much algen plants and plasic in ocean. Better public beach 1km away where the locals swimming. POOL: The Pools are only 1m deep. So not usable for swimming just for splash BALCONY: Smoking on Balcony is not allowed but there tell not in front of booking or during checkin Wi-Fi: Very low. Jsut 2mbit updoad or download. Also in business center. If you go to some cafe like STURBUCKS there offer almost 20-30 mbit. There are many 5 * Resort beachfront in Nusa Dua.

The biggest, nice and clean hotel i've ever saw. The staff are very nice and helpful. The sofa in the hall is very comfortable, I dont even sut in there for 5 minute but i've fall asleep already xD. When I was about to go out, I left my watch. Then I call them to ask if there is any lost item that they recover, and like usual they ask little detail about the watch and thanks god they found my watch. Then they ask me to come over tommorrow, then I come and give them some id for them to make the report. Now I got my watch back. Big thanks to all mulia staff, security, big thanks to mulia hotel.

Beautiful resort on the beach with many amenities including multiple restaurants and multiple swimming pools. Breakfast buffet includes several serving lines, one each for European/American, Chinese, Indonesian, Indian, and Japanese foods. Service is outstanding. You're never very far from someone who can provide for your needs or answer your questions.

Perfect holiday in a very well maintained complex.
Contra: No cold cuts, a little too big (subjective), very Asian, too far from the shot.
Pro: All affordable drinks, extremely quiet facility, every Wednesday mega pool party with the trendy DJs, 7 continents Breakfast (Asian, Indian, west, and much more. )
All drinks for the booked breakfast free of charge, 3x daily room service, free water in the room, Mega clean beach, top service forces.
In summary: An extremely great holiday with totally relaxed and courteous staff!
We love this stay.

This is rated one of the best hotels in Bali for a very good reason. The place is awesome, from the moment you drive through the entrance gate it is striking. From the huge well decorated foyer area the ocean views are great. I have nothing but praise for the place.

I stayed with my family at this property and overall, I say it is a nice hotel. There are definitely many flaws and improvements that need to be made. Staff are very friendly for the most part, and food is okay. The rooms are very new and nice. The manager was very friendly and helpful. My only complaints of the hotel are that it is very big and dark, many of the lights were off thru the property and its vibe is not lively. The pools were nice and the private beach was also very nice. The food at soleil was very good, but the buffer breakfast and dinner was not very pleasing and definitely needs improvement. For example, the eggs Benedict were overdone and hard. You can see from the pictures what I mean from the lights being off and the hotel being very empty.

Luxurious place. The breakfast is nice, eat as much as you want. The private beach is so-so but you can still enjoy swimming or simply relaxing at the beach.

Rooms are spacious, very cleaned. Breakfast is heaven, lot of variety and so yummy. Staff very helpful and friendly. Have many pools with nice view. Every corner in Mulia is instagramable Recommended hotel for relaxing holiday in Bali.

Simply wow! If you have around $300/night to burn, this is simply a must. Room is great with great bathtub, bed is super awesome, breakfast is to die for, pools are plenty and big. Even the toilet is automatic. Beach is great but has limited space for swimming, especially in low tide, and has lots of fishes and other small sea creatures.

Really good 5star resort in Bali. Property is massive and has a wide range of pools, restaurants and bars. Conference facilities are really good for a medium sized group. Wish I was here for leisure so I could enjoy the property more.

An extremely hotel! The rooms are huge and absolutely luxurious. There are many pools in the hotel itself and also the beach (Geger Beach) is on site! Prices are super expensive, but it's always worth it. Breakfast (buffet) is divine. There is also a gym in the hotel.
The staff was generally very friendly and I enjoyed swimming in the pool and destroying some drinks at the pool bar.

Loved this hotel so much we've come back again! Very luxurious with kind and VERY experienced staff! The surroundings were all around just gorgeous. And the rooms are modern and the technology is advanced! The first time I've been here, the pool was absolutely amazing, and it was so beautiful. However when we came here the second time, some pool tiles were missing, so they hurt our feet while walking in the water of the pool. Hopefully they fixed this issue. The food is delicious here, however in the morning, there will be a little wait time to line up for morning buffet. However it's just a few minutes to none if you're lucky. They also have a bakery with delicious deserts. They have variations of restaurants here such as Chinese. (The rest I've forgotten). The drinks, food and deserts are exquisite here and are a DEFINITE recommendation. However these are some things that you should check before you go: 1. If you are mostly travelling in Bali outside and only using this hotel as a place to sleep, I recommend either staying here fully for a few days or choosing another hotel as this hotel is pricey. 2. The kids club is not huge, and not the best I've seen, but the staff are amazing to children and have lots of activities. 3. Consider staying at a more expensive room. I've seen the normal rooms and they are not as eye opening as the deluxe rooms for example.

Love the resort. This beach front resort is truly an excellent hide away from the Hussle and bussle of the other resiets that are mostly together. Love the layout of property and of room. There is however, a lot of walking to get to property aminaties. Only one onsite store with very little selection. Restaurants are great with a wide variety of selections from the different lands nearby.

Too expensive and nothing is free. Hotel conditions are good but staffs are not seems to be professional. Whatever I asked, they keep telling me they will call me back. I would not recommend this hotel. There is too many better places to stay.

We were only as guests for dinner in Mulia's buffet restaurant The Café. The hotel looks huge, imposing, pompous, very modern and only the driveway is breathtaking.
The Café looks like a huge, modern canteen equipped with live cooking stations — as it is very sterile and spacious. A wide selection of different dishes (Japanese, Chinese, Indonesian, Italian, desserts, etc. ) is offered. During our visit there were hardly any guests, so we almost felt a bit lost and unfortunately the buffet was lukewarm, otherwise the food was tiptop.

We considered ourselves lucky to have spent 5 nights at this amazing resort. Suites were amazing, staff very friendly & helpful — nothing was too much trouble. Being able to access the Spa, Resort & Villas by spied buggies was great. Highly recommended.

Nice, cozy and expensive, unfortunately if you want to go breakfast don't use tank top (for men, I don't know women also the same or not) they won't allow guest using tank top. But they had prepare a polo shirts to use for tank top users. Unlike other resort and hotel. They will accept this kind of dress code. As for food just okay. Nothing special…

Loved this resort. Went in October so it was very empty but still had great service. Beautiful place to stay, great food, drink and pools! Fitness center really well equipped. Variety of fitness classes offered daily. Italian, Japanese, Chinese and I've cream/dessert restaurants and a fantastic massive breakfast/dinner buffet with something for everyone. Many healthy choices on the buffet and it didn't feel like eating from a trough. Lots of fresh made to order items. The Italian restaurant was great! Attentive pool staff without being annoying and constantly hovering. Overall high quality & you get what you pay for!

Initially stayed at sekar nusa villas but switched over to the mulia, came across the mulia during lunch by the public beach next door, and from beginning to the end the staff were super super polite and friendly, AMAZING food, buffet style mostly, the rooms and everything was so spacious and clean and the pool, just breathtaking, but slightly pricey though, $400+ for a 2 bed suite, but we had 3 of us, we stayed for 3 nights. Would totally come back again!

Smooker dont sleep here, they dont have any smooking room. Nothing special with the food and the beach is not so beautiful because no sunset.

Just came here to have a dinner. So I didn't make a rate for any room service. The view is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the staffs are friendly.

Refused to waive off the second night stay even though I have checked out earlier and they have verbally agreed to do so. Totally poor service and just looking to extract more money from consumers in the short term without considering about long term relationships. Rooms are overpriced too.

Truly amazing experience! I spend 2 nights on honeymoon with my wife here. Everything seems so perfect. The views, the private and public pools (they had 3 amazing pools with different views), the food, and absolutely the beach.

PARADISE! What makes this hotel so special is the staff — they not only satisfy every whim but they anticipate your needs. My dad & I are gluten-free and they prepared waffles, pastries, banana bread, etc to our accommodations. Got coffee on the first day, and the sweet deli host remembered how I took my coffee (splash of milk, 1 sugar) for the rest of the week! ThE COOLEST gym ever (special shoutout to selma and her kick butt complimentary combat class). Almost teared up leaving this breathtaking place. Will miss the friends we made within the extremely kind staff.

The Mulia has a reputation for exceptional service standards. Not to be confused with Mulia Resorts and Villas, The Mulia stands alone with its private pool and beach for its residents. One only needs to take a buggy out to use facilities and amenities. Recommend to go with the Earl Suite along center stacks to get exquisite views everyday.

This place is fabulous. The physical facility is beautiful, well maintained and beautifully appointed. The staff is efficient, courteous, very friendly and eager to practice their english with you. The food is exceptional and offers a variety of ethnic choices. If you are planning a trip to Bali, I strongly recommend. Checking out the Mulia. You won't regret it. Hi, Recently stayed there, the facilities are good but the services is terrible. Had to wait 20 mins in a line for the prepaid breakfast buffet 2 mornings in a row. Then inside wait for toaster 1 per 500 people and other food to be restocked. Far from 5 star treatment. Also I was misdirected by staff on 4 occasions to where their own facilities are. We also had a minor problem with the booking/room and was treated poorly by upper management. Bottom line is your money would be better of spent else where. Service is everything and they just don't get it.

Exceptional resort to relax and get away from a busy metropolitan city.

Fortunately I have the memory of when I used to come to Ger Ger Beach to walk the pristine beach with my family and surf the wonderful waves. To chill with the locals, and eat and share drinks with them in their warungs. This was seven years ago. Imagine my shock at seeing this monstrosity of indulgence that has displaced the Balinese and dominates the entire landscape. With water features the size of which I have never before seen, on an island that struggles to supply itself year round with this precious commodity. I am saddened. Deeply saddened.

This was our second stay in The Mulia this year, as we love it so much on our first visit in June. Enjoyed again very much as Mulia only getting even better with consistent good services and excellent food.
