Had a great experience at the hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful plus the food is good.

We are so sad to be back in the horrible English weather… : Swiss-belhotel made our holiday one to remember and experience of a life time. The food was delicious, the staff was even better! So friendly, attentive and the experience wouldn’t have been anything without them. At every calling need. We had one of the pool access rooms which was incredible! Such a beautiful hotel. Couldn’t fault it, and can’t recommend it enough. We will defiantly be back!

We loved the staff, they could not be more friendly or helpful. Good water pressure and hot water. Away from the main busy areas of Bali, you have to relax and stop. Rooms are kept clean.
The bath/shower is very high to get in and out of. Perhaps the safety edition of a step and rail would be safer.
The beautiful pool is kept at 100% tidy and clean by attentive staff. We can just roll out of our room and fall on the pool in the lagoon suite.

Is a great hotel. Amazing. Can't wait to come back.

Just arrived here and already am relaxed thanks to the wonderful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Even though the hotel is a little older my lagoon access room is great and the food and cocktails too.

If looking for peace and quite, relaxation and just to unwind, this hotel and spa is the place for anyone with their families. The suite with access straight to the swimming pool is the best. Can just swim out and back in wuthout having to walk to and fro to the pool.

We have been coming here every year for the past 7 years and we will continue to come here. The staff are extremely friendly, the rooms are clean and it is very relaxing. It feels like a home away from home.

Amazing experience, amazing swimming pool around the hotel.

Some staffs are nice but some are not. Services are abit slow.
If you stayed at the top floor, prepare to have a sleepless night as you will hear all the spooky noises from indoor ladder every times your adjacent rooms used it. But having nice swimming pools though.

Not bad… great staff, rooms are a bit dated. Good bang for buck and away from Kuta.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my partner. Our room had comfy beds and a nice balcony facing the ocean. We had free breakfast included in our stay… some days it was great, other days not so much. The room service menu was very basic, however the food that we ordered was pretty decent quality. The room is not sound proofed at all, as we can hear everyone talking in the hall way or outside very loudly, which became a little annoying. Each room from 3rd floor up is equipped with only a 30 litre hot water tank… so we were unable to enjoy hot showers for very long (less than 5 minutes) and would have to wait 30+ minutes between showers for there to be enough hot water again. Towels and bed sheets were pretty stained and the floor was quite dirty. We had to wear shoes if we were just walking around in our rooms or else our feet would be gross… There are 2 giant pools on either side of the hotel rooms. Both really nice. On our second last day we discovered a small hidden convinience store hidden outside the front of hotel called Raja mart. It saved us from having to take a taxi into town or use the more expensive store inside the hotel. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to Bali collection or the beach each hour, which is nice… but the hotel also shares this service with the close by Hilton. And we came to learn that guests at the Hilton take priority as it stops there first. So if the shuttle is full from Hilton guests you must wait an extra hour or take a taxi.

Hotel reception area is lovely. Staff were warm and friendly. Cleanliness is awful. Sheets on bed was a disgusting grey rather than white. Floors had grime in the corners. Bathroom stunk everyday! Dining area had food in corners on the floor all week. Staff need training on how to clean! Wouldn't stay there again or recommend.

Not a bad, quiet place with a large pool and large rooms. The beach is far away, but carries a shuttle once an hour, there are no shops nearby, the food is expensive. Cheaper to travel to Bali collection and eat there.

Very inconsistent service, didn't provide enough towels, complimentary water or toilet paper without having to be asked, not always very clean. Staff are friendly but don't always comprehend messages well. Would not recommend the hotel restaurant at all, very often out of food. Bar food and service ok, Massages were the only saving feature of our stay.

Must rent vehicle. Far from everywhere. The pool is very nice and big. Room is big and good.

Nice place for a stay. Clean rooms. 2 big pools. Nice spa. No Indian food, otherwise the food is good. Situated in a quite locality with no easy access to small stores.

I think this hotel is great, but this hotel needs to recheck each time guest gonna enter the room. I did once, I entered bathroom already, and took off clothes, wash my hair but then I didn't find any soap, shampoo, tooth brush, tooth paste and all bath equipment inside the bathroom. And I had to wait them sent it to my room with my hair wet that way. Hmm. Fix this please. It is small thing maybe, but for me it's important to us. Thankyou.

Great place to stay with kids.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. When we arrived I already was a bit disappointed as the hotel was not what I had expected. When we went to our room, I was even more disappointed. The hotel was very old, floor was sticky, rooms smelled dirty, beds where uncomfortable, the view was awful (straight above a junk yard or whatever). But this isn’t even the worst part. When we went outside to have dinner, and we came back afterwards, we turned the lights on and there were cockroaches! I was never so disgusted in my entire life! We went downstaires and explained the situation (staff handled it quite well; friendly). Just stood there for one night and got fully refunded. I will never come back here again nor would I recommend anyone to ever visit this hotel ever ever ever again.

Hot water is not always. Maybe we're out of luck. The place is great by local standards. I'd be back.

This hotel have great 2 pool. But the problem is manner on front desk they forget to put our welcome voucher and waiting for long time. And how they call us? just use their head to calling us not our name. The last day they didnt check our room before check out. What if they lost their amenities? last but not least hope this hotel give more variety on dinner lunch and breakfast. Show your unique style indonesia. Thank you.

Our room was very nice with a view of the hotel pool.
The hotel is big and clean. The restaurant is very (too) big. It's kind of the Spirit Club Buffet holiday at breakfast.
The beach of the hotel is beautiful, surely one of the most beautiful I have seen in my life, but it is not quite next door. You have to take a shuttle from the hotel and make about an 8 minute drive.
Be careful this part of the island is much more expensive than the others. Lots of Russian, American, Japanese tourists, etc. Who come to spend their money in large, ultra-modern shopping malls with international products of all kinds.

Quite shabby, old hotel. There is no internet in the rooms, only in the lobby, for those who are forced to work even on vacation-this is a significant minus. Pros: Good variety of breakfasts, two pools with children's area and waterfall. The staff is friendly.

It's flawless! Breakfast rich with local food and not only and lots of fruit. The staff The rooms are big, very clean. The pool is beautiful with the bar and music and you can stay up to 20.00. I didn't want to come back anymore and you could stay in the hotel without going to the beach as much as you were fine.
There is also a beautiful sea but the beach is wild at 10 min walk. (On the beach there is free Wi-Fi from Hilton) Otherwise the bus will take you to the beach with bars and deckchairs.

The hotel is decent. But first we (2 Adults 2 children) were allocated in 2 fl. The room is not that booked. They said it was a deluxe! But the old, crude, many that does not work. We arrived at night and spent a lot of time while bringing underwear, towel and I. D. In the morning moved to another-fresh and everything was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool is large, shuttle to Geger Beach and to Bali collection. Walk 15 minutes to the beach Sawangan beach. Advise.

Perfect Hotel in every sense great room and spotless.

We expected more … The pool was great and the enviroment from hotel. Staff are nice and kind. But the room was terrible and the bathroom also, with some horrible smell. The pictures on booking were very nice but in reality it was not so nice.

I am really disappointed with this hotel, I was in most expensive room with pool exit, room was dirty, smelly and full of moist. All stuff inside was not in good condition, bed had weird smell same as pillows and blankets, also it was dirty. This hotel have 4 stars only because of nice pool. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody, simply its not worth of money. Anyway pool is very nice, you can use it anytime, its good for chilling and relaxing, there is volleyball net and you can ask staff for ball and they will give you one. Reason for 1 star is super bad room condition, and if you are thinking about room with pool its probably better idea not to take it, other rooms are probably better and cheaper. On check out I spoke with hotel manager and I complained about room condition, I showed him pictures and explained everything. He was polite, I actuality got compensation from hotel, they paid all bills that I had on my room (around 100€). Manager said that they will improve condition of their pool rooms.

Spacious, clean and well-kept rooms and bathrooms. Very nice staff, not always very strong with English.

For budget accommodation this is as good as it gets, staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very comfortable, as with any budget hotel it has its issues but nothing so serious it stops you from having fun. The shuttle is great and although they only have 2 regular stops… The beach and shopping centre, they are more than happy to go out of their way. I truly love this hotel and will definitely stay here again. When you are travelling in Bali please be mindful that the local people have an average wage equivalent to AU$15/Wk and tip generously. And always be courteous and polite, try to learn a few words in Balinese or Bahasa, and you will always have a very rainbowy holiday.

Very friendly hotel, with a large sun-drenched pool. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very attentive and smiling. Free shuttles are available for Geger Beach and Bali connection.

The best hotel unlike the rest quality price.

Our first impression wasn't good bathroom had no hot water, sink backed up and strong smells like raw sewage coming through the bathroom they tried fix it but no good the staff were excellent however and changed to a fabulous poolroom where we walked literally straight into one of the biggest pools I've ever seen the hotel needs a major up grade. It's basically falling to bits but quite honestly the ever smiling and obliging staff made our stay a good one. The breakfast does lack variety also. I'd give it a three star rating.

Excellent services including house keeping, free shuttle everyday to near by places (beach n bali collection), tasty breakfast but with less vegetarian options, one of d best pool facility — direct access to pool from our Laguna room, perfect ambience, punctual staff n use to greet us very well, enthusiastic decoration for xmas. This all made our honeymoon feel special. Would highly recommend to all the friends who visit bali in their holidays. Good location. Beautiful pool with waterfall. The pool is trying to clean every day, but it still dirty. The room was clean. Always forget something to put. The towel, the toothbrush, the tea. The bathroom is cleaned badly. The floors wash poorly. The towels are all old and grey already. Smells of bleach. The water in the hotel is cool. The restaurant is an amateur. Caesar salad do not take. It's just lettuce and a piece of bread. The same dish is prepared every day in different ways. You can not take breakfast. There is no sense in them. There are also no fruit shops nearby. The shuttle brings you to Geger beach. The beach is very shallow, but you can rent a sunbed. There is a beach near the hotel Nico. But there's no place for sunbeds. You will be both in Russia on polotenchike and on sand.

Good value for money in Nusa Dua. If you just want to spend the night and go out during the day, shuttle available for the beach, you can rent a motorbike has less than 9euros a day. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is not famous.

The Swiss Bel Hotel/Resort Segara Nusa Dua is a Great Hotel with very friendly personel! We get an upgrade of our room for not much more money, so we could swimming in the lagunapool straight from our hotelroom. The breakfast and dinner were very good with a good dinnercard. There is a free taxi from the hotel which bring you to the geger beach within 3 minutes. For us it was a perfect stay in a Good hotel/resort! The price-quality of the hotel is very good! One word: EXCELLENT! I will surely come back to the Swiss Bel hotel/resort Segara Nusa Dua!

Even for an extremely cheap hotel — this was just a horrible experience overall. My initial room had yellow stains on the bed, the sink was clogged, the shower ran out of hot water, my sheets had a hole in them. Staff is also not the friendliest (shocking for Bali) The food was overall pretty good, breakfast buffet had plenty of options as well as a station cooking eggs your way. Dinner and lunch options were also pretty good, and quite tastey (especially their Satay). Overall, I would not recommend this hotel — even if it is a bargain.

We are a young couple were in Bali from February 23 to March 2, 2012 last minute. Tours in this hotel are lit only due to the fact that it is the new and together with the hotel Nico Bali from the rest of the tourist area separates the building. Breakfast is quite decent. We were given: a very tasty papaya, watermelon, non-sweet melon, oranges, and rarely снейкфрут seated fruit, outside like dried Armadillo, and inside the mind is like the garlic with a taste of strawberry. I advise you to try.
Affordable Spa, peeling for body here the cheapest in the area is OK. 15$. I advise immediately after arrival to go out there and make exfoliation to exactly tan. The coolest scrub — chocolate. We did a massage with aromatic oils for two for the shares for 375000 rupees, they gave us a discount on the future of 25%.
