Yes I found Gigi the manager and his staff very amazing and the surrounds of the resort, the rooms and the food. Awesome.

Fantastic place with great rooms and beds, cold aircon, room service, massages on point, the wrap around pool is such a classy and fancy touch *instagram ready*, we will go back most likely although I must say we only went because it was on Groupon. It is a far drive to the rest of Bali, so either find yourself a nice cabbie you can trust and rely on or plan to just stay in the resort and go to the local mall the Bali Collective. Great street vendors with best prices are on the way to the Bali Collective. I would only give it four stars as it was so far away from the rest of Bali but it’s well worth it and that’s not their fault obviously. If you do do the Groupon deal, you can switch the drink and other vouchers to beers or sofas or coffee or whatever, just as they are very accomodating. Final word, that infinity pool is a beautiful view of straight jungle.

The best bit about this resort is the staff! Gigih and his staff are amazing, and will bend over backwards to make your stay perfect. Their smiles start the day off perfectly! Having stayed in quite a few locations in Bali, I have to say I prefer Seminyak as I find Nusa Dua a bit too far away from it all. Having said that, we had a terrific stay and Mum was treated like a Queen! Thanks to you all — you're terrific.

Absolutely stunning location, away from the hustle and bustle. This resort is breathtaking. The staff are just beautiful and always happy to assist. We love our food and the Sky Club didn’t disappoint. The villas are lovely and very private. The pools were delightful with beautiful views of the forrest. The resort was having problems with the Wi-Fi for the first 3 days of our stay but resolved the problem as quickly as they could. All in all we were very happy here and found a place to really relax and enjoy what the resort had to offer. Thank you Agata for a truly memorable stay.

Staff were fantastic. Very quiet resort set high in the hills. 5-10 minute shuttle to the town and beach.

Please don't make the same mistake we did! Agata resort is the kind of place that on arriving you would consider it has all you require. Like a very good imitation initially it seems to be the real deal. The location is isolated, peaceful, the photos of the magnificent pool and newly decorated villas are enticing but ultimately the "resort" feels desolate and deserted. The newly developed villas sit beside uncovered undeveloped villas which are empty and part way through construction. Shuttle buses run tourists into Nusa dua every day on a regular basis but otherwise there are no nearby and readily accessed attractions. The development is surrounded by rice fields and the villas are landscaped with palms and greenery close to the large single pane sliding doors of the bedrooms, none of the doors/windows are screened. The intent of the landscaping was surely to provide privacy from villa to villa which are quite close proximity to one another but instead prove to be an attractant for hornets, biting ants, mosquitos and feral cats. The villas themselves are adequate but poorly thought through in design — particularly for families. The upstairs living area is open to the elements with no glazing at all on one side and no ceiling fans. The folding French doors to the front are clunky with exposed hinges and difficult to lock.

Absolute fantastic, staff very helpful n accommodating. Bedrooms n living areas clean tidy fantastic only thing is they need english cable TV channels for kids… Large pools clean freshwater n not deep. All in all definitely 5star treatment nothing was to much…

Beautiful hotel, big rooms and spacious 3br apartment. Serviced and staff friendly. Still finding their legs and expanding the resort. No direct access to the beach but surrounded by natural beauty. Beach access 5min away by car.

Nice place but far away from city, would suggest to have a small store in resort for guests.

Lovely place and beautiful staff but just miles from any action. If all you want to do is laze by a pool then this place is for you. $20 each way into shopping places in Bali just added up.

Me and my family have just gotten back from Bali, and the resort was honestly AMAZING! The staff were so kind and caring and I couldn't recommend it more!

The staff were excellent. However, staying in our first villa we didn't have any hot water the first day then no water at all the second. After asking to be moved, in the second villa, one of the bedrooms smelled like an underground cave and was moldy and the other room smelled like sewage. In this villa we had either boiling hot water or freezing cold then by day 5 only cold water. Two nights in a row we found plastic in our soup. By mid week they had run out of some foods and alcohol. Kitchen couldn't cope with a group of 12 even though there wasn't anyone else at the resort. Then when more people arrived it got worse and we were asked to order our dinner at breakfast. It's a shame as this resort has so much potential if it was managed properly.

What an amazing experience. Staying here for 7 nights and 8 days was probably the best choice we've made while in Nusa Dua. The staff was beyond excellent and they need to be commended for their attitude and passion. The resort is breathtakingly beautiful, quiet and it makes you fall in love with Bali, that much more. Delicious food, great atmosphere and the hospitality was endless. My siblings and I will definitely go back and we reccomend Agata Resort to anyone traveling over there.

Staff here are very polite. Communication can be a challenge. Food quality consistentcy needs to be addressed. Variations in quality and portion size. Evening restaurant wait times need improving a lot when the numbers at the resort increase. The staff and the swimming are it's main strengths. They would err on the side of the guest in any disagreement. The site is well away from the hustle and bustle and is very lay back.

Great resort. Stayed for 7 nights. Package included return airport transfers. Reception open 247. Staff are very accommodating. Rooms were comfortable. Bathroom layout was weird as it was very open so difficult to get dressed in private after showering. Not enough towel hooks. Rooms had hair dryers, shower gel, shampoo, flimsy toilet paper, bar fridge, stove, cutlery, toothbrushes and toothpaste. Daily housekeeping but at times they were a bit slow in making up rooms. They also had turn down service. They need bars of soap for washing hands. Pool was fantastic. They have beach towels as well. Bring insect repellent but they fumigate which helps. Sky Club food was excellent. They have air conditioning for the rooms. Our power kept going out the first couple of days which was annoying. Try not to overload the power outlets. Bring adaptors for charging devices. There is a universal point in the bathroom. I don't think they changed the bedsheets for the week we were there. They serve meals in the room upon request. Their breakfast menu was very heavy and needed a healthy cereal option. The Gado Gado and Nasi Goreng were my favourite dishes. The soups were excellent and my favourite was the Soto Ayam.
