Delicious breakfast buffet, quiet rooms, spacious bathroom including large shower and soaking tub, walk in closet, large workspace, comfortable furniture, patio opens directly to the pool, swim-up bar, meandering pool layout, attentive staff.

Fantastic staff service all around. Smiley is a marvelous guest relations/entertainment staff. Very positive energy. Fantastic guy. The front desk receptionist Ari was marvelous too. Super duper helpful. Hotel super nice, super clean, modern and convenient location. Will come back again next June.

Eventhough we had 2 upgrades, there were still miss communication regarding the connected rooms. spacious but old room (83m²), combine with "old shower equipment". Some green in the shower, a bit nasty look. pandemic realy knocks out a lot of business in Bali. Hopefully, the hotel will strong enough to get through it.

Was promised a refund for the cancellation of our accommodation due to CoVid back in March 2020… still waiting for it. I will never rebook to stay at this property again. I would rather deal with Accor properties, they have offered credits and refunds without any problems.

The 1xBedroom Lagoon Access Suite is amazing. Very private and access the pool when ever you want from the room.

My wife and I recently had our wedding at Le Meridian and it was above and beyond our expectations. Our wedding co-coordinator Bintang was extremely professional and friendly. Smiley ensured all hotel guests are comfortable by the swimming pool and has an infectious personality. It was our second stay at the hotel and it certainly won't be the last.

Great breakfast and daily food.

I recently stayed at Le Meridien Jimbaran. I stayed in one of the beautiful and spacious Oceanic View Sky Villas. Just before arriving here, I unfortunately broke my leg while in Bali. The staff her was so helpful with making me comfortable during my stay, even providing a wheel chair for my stay. In a bout of bad luck, I also had food poisoning while there (NOT from hotel food) and had to extend my stay since I could not make my flight due to being sick. The hotel was so kind in letting me stay in the villa for an additional night, despite the fact that I extended for a standard room. The room service brought up everything I asked for as I began to feel better and overall the hotel treated me like family during a difficult time. I can't say enough about the level of service provided, the luxury of the room, and the overall beauty of the hotel. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel — great Rooms, with a lot of space — great pool and very helpfull staff!

I stayed for 5 nights at spacious room, 69sqm, overview down to pool. If you stay on 1st floor, you can swim at pool right away, staffs are so friendly, especially Mr. Adrian GM was so careful for guests. I will come back here again for next trips.

— The property is well maintained, and the rooms were spacious (we had 3 rooms for our family) — The location is convenient to access the beach and rows of beachfront seafood dining places — The staff are wonderful and gracious, as typical for the locals … — The complimentary photographer was a nice surprise! — Enjoyed the green tea scrub treatment at the spa. While lower priced spas are plentiful outside the hotel, I didn’t mind paying extra for the convenience and quick “me time” — However, they need to update / replace the towels… yes, towels! Tattered and old/dingy towels don’t represent the brand well. It’s the little details that matter too PS: the “one bag” laundry service is very helpful!

We have a big ticket for each network booking, to the scene check in originally only opened a counter to deal with, and then added another.
It takes at least one hours for all the people to check in! Ask the waiter to help open the red wine, only to know that the whole size of the hotel only a red wine bottle opener!
It's an exaggeration! Unintentionally found penthouse church, very beautiful, very suitable for taking pictures, view is quite good oh!

The location is very good, from the back door of the restaurant is Jimbaran Barbecue Street, is also known as Dingding Jimbaran Beach and sunset. However, it is conceivable that the taste of barbecue will be closer to you, this is the place to choose. The whole hotel is built around the central Niigata Lake pool, swimming pool is not big, not deep, only suitable for splashing, not suitable for swimming. But whether it is the daytime blue sky white clouds, or the night in the evening, this Niigata Lake is very beautiful, lying in itself is a kind of enjoyment. There are good natural and bad, room layout is good, space is also very big, but the equipment really to maintain, really, whether it is the bathroom shower, room socket switch, towel towel too old, a lot of small places are users will directly contact, so the repair, really want to maintain the update, or really sorry SPG Meridien the sign. Oh, yes, breakfast was really bad. However, for each of these service personnel, whether it is the first floor of the door guards, counter staff, occasionally encountered by all hotel staff, they will always smile to greet you, to meet your needs, this is commendable.

The pool access room is nice. Breakfast not so good.

Other than you may possibly have a long walk to your room, because of the layout of the hotel, we did have a good stay here.

Average stay. Same breakfast every day. Only one swimming pool. Room has steps, so not suitable for crowling babies. No creamer or milk in the room. Everyday you have to request for it. The good part is buggy service from the hotel and jimbaran beach which is just behind the hotel. And if you will get best sea food in Bali that too very cheap. Yes if relaxation and sea food is in your mind, le meridian is not bad choice, otherwise complete no .

Lovely resort. Stayed in the villa with private pool. Relaxing and private.

Very friendly staff, and location is a walk away from really good restaurants. We ended up with a penthouse, and is very pleased with the accommodations.

Average hotell (don't look even like 4* at all). All stained, rusty and dirty. Looks very old and used. Constantly in the clouds of thick smoke for the whole day. (forget about fresh ocean breeze! ) This is due to numerous small restaurants along the beach constantly burning massive amounts of coconut shells and cooking seafood. All this smoke and smells are all over the place and hotel. 150m from the shore, and ocean is not in direct visibility except from the top floor (there are no rooms on that floor, just smoking lounge and meeting rooms) Rooftop bar is closed. Fountains are shut off. You can find a better hotel for this money. Pools are shallow (120cm only), warm, smelly… Water pumps are failing, filters are dirty, dirty water wad pooing into the pool out of filter, which was clogged with food remains. They are using enormous amounts of clorine to desinfect it, but still it smells like swamp with chlorine. And then you're all itchy and skin is dry. Restaurant have poor menu, but whatever is there they cook really good. That is all about positive side. Bad smell of old food, temperature is 28-29C, main A/C and ventilation is always off, 2 substitute consumer A/Cs are simply not enough to cool off restaurant area. Prices are high. Beds and bedsheets are clean, but towels, bathrobes, beach towels are very old and roughly used (long to be replaced). Rooms are clean, AC is working, but there are stains everywhere as if there were a big party and noone cleaned up.

For the price you can find much nicer hotels in Bali. Plus there's a restaurant next to it that smokes fish all day so the whole hotel fills with smoke. It wasn't bad, but super expensive for some reason. I stayed at a way nicer place, also right on the beach, actually closer to the water than Le Meridien and it was more than a 100 bucks cheaper for the same style room, pool front with a king sized bed.

Very friendly and helpful staff, but the property and rooms are badly maintained. Stained, wet-looking walls, bad quality fixtures and switches, dirty sofas. During our stay the rooftop bar was closed, the downstairs cafe was closed, supposedly for maintenance, but you don't see anybody repairing anything. Arrival area also does not look like a hotel, rather like a chicken farm. Not up to par for a 5-star resort, especially for the price they ask.

It might have been nice at one time, but the building looks dated now, with visible water marks and worn paint jobs. Breakfast buffet is sub-standard. Bathroom amenities aren't refreshed properly. Jimbaran is supposed to be the place where you don't go out much and just spend leisurely time at your hotel. I found myself going out most of the time instead.

We stayed in a lagoon access room, it was amazing. Rooms were very clean and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. The free breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options, and they even prepared a birthday cake for my boyfriend. The only downside is it's not directly on the beach, but it's 5 mins away so we didn't mind the walk.

Well soundproofed rooms, comfortable beds, large swimming pool with access from some rooms with feet in the water… + very good breakfast.

My family of 14 (7 adults/7 children. … 2yrs-10 yrs) have just stayed 8 nights at Le Meridien, Bali Jimbaran. Everyone had a wonderful experience there… particularly the children loved the Kids Club esp Smiley, Adi and Attana. Most of the adults had relaxing treatments in the Serenity Spa, my masseuse, Putri, was very professional. I have singled out just a few, but overall the staff at Le Meridien are exceptionally friendly, helpful and polite, all with big smiles (Smiley and Yuda) They also remember your name. Rooms are quite spacious, tastefully decorated and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast provided so many choices… western, eastern, continental and more! Smoquee bar good for sunset cocktails, pizza and speciality nights, excellent service here also. The kids had much fun in the swimming pool and also the pool room (sports bar). Le Meridien is in close proximity to a patrolled swimming beach, with lots of seafood restaurants along the shore. French restaurant " la Brasserie " (just outside main gate) also excellent. Overall, a very happy family holiday had by all.

This SPG property situated near the beach front of Jimbaran is very family-friendly. Saw lots of families with kids during my stay there. The pool is nice and wide… perfect for chilling the afternoon away with some light bites complemented with a cocktail or two. The room is pretty comfortable too. The warm and friendly staff are always prepared to go the extra mile with their positive service renderings. The lacklustre breakfast spread as compared to other SPG hotels which I have visited was a slight disappointment I must say. But it was nonetheless still a pleasurable stay. :)

Beautiful Laguna inside with rooms that directly access the pool. Smokee bar is an enjoyable place with great views and strong cocktails.

Friendly and attentive staff. Great pillows, most comfortable sleep I've had in a while. Morning yoga was perfect and the buffet breakfast was amazing. The location to beach and seafood restaurants in the sand was perfect! Would definitely stay again for longer next time.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in March 2017 and had a wonderful and memorable experience. We were totally blown away by the exceptionally high standard of service and friendliness of all staff. The hotels General Manager Sabine is totally committed to the hotel and its occupants and this is borne out by the effort the staff put in by making our stay such an enjoyable and relaxing one. The staff at this hotel do the small things exceptionally well like greeting us by first our names (how they remember names within hours of our arrival is beyond me especially when the hotel appeared to be full), knowing which area's we like to lie at by the pool and guiding us to our favourite spot and always being nearby to provide service. I can highly recommend this hotel and the Jimbaran area for getaway. Thank you again to the management and staff of Le Meridien Jimbaran.

Really enjoyed my stay here… quiet location, incredibly spacious rooms with great amenities — and the lagoon pool ensured that you never felt crowded. The staff were amazing and so very helpful and welcoming — I wish I could remember all their names to personally acknowledge them all.
The other plus was the close location to the famous Jimbaran seafood restaurants on the beach — yum yum! Fantastic to sit at one of these, enjoy a cocktail or two and watch the sunset. Then there was the rooftop Smoquees bar at Le Meridien — also with a great view, great pizza (and other yummy dishes) and great staff of course!
Definitely recommend and definitely will be back.

A beautifully quiet resort at this time of year (March). The rooms are commodious and clean. The layout of the grounds, pool and swim up rooms is superb. If you have a swim up room you really have your own private pool in front of your room. The staff are attentive and a number of them remember your names — how I do not know. "Smiley" is a legend and always remembers your name. He will do anything for you amidst his continual resitation of jokes and English sayings. A real bonus to management. — I hope they look after him. The resort is across a culdesac from the beach. The beach immediately across from the resort is lined with BBQ grill seafood restaurants — a must try. If the wind is blowing off the sea the resort suffers from the smoke — not an unpleasant smell but as evening comes on and the restaurants fire up the amount of smoke can be invasive. The well named "smokeys" open roof top bar would become unusable I would think. The breakfasts are very good. There is effectively one Restaurant which we did not use apart from breakfasts as we like to try the local food. We ordered room service on our arrival after 18 hours of travel. The food was not great. Two evening meals were included in the luxury escape deal. The tastes of Bali was nice although the meat consisted of 3 different styles of chicken. A fish, beef or pork variation would have been nice.

This is a lovely resort full of friendly staff. Especially loved Smiley and he is so full of enthusiasm and has a lovely personality. Great salt water pool and choices for breakfast. Very nice roof top bar with great views of the sunset. Had some nice massages too, thanks to the ladies at Serenity. Just the place to relax and chill out.

Surprisingly large hotel and room given the location. SPG acknowledgement is good. Quirky design, tho it may not to everybodys liking. Although inside the room is the quirkiness ends. The lagoon may look not appealing though the water is nice. Location can be a nightmare at times, given the proximity to jimbaran seafood cafes and at times, standstill traffic between 4-8pm.

Wow, room was beautiful, pool was in lagoon shape. The skybar for sunset was beautiful. Staffs were all attentive and friendly. Breakfast was great. When you compare the quality with the price, this is a winner. The minus side is only they do not have their own beach, but Jimbaran beach is only in a walking distance.

The room is huge and has two double beds! And also has nice decor. We had our rooms upgraded which was good. Overall very clean and modern. The pool was huge and goes around the hotel. Easy access to BBQ seafood by the beach.

Great room and good location but all other facilities were lacking. Spent/paid for the day at the four seasons (right down the beach) to relax and experience incredible service. You get what you pay for…

Spent 3 nights at Le Meridien Jimbaran. Though hotel is located at an isolated part of the island but it's location is able to witness the spectacular sunset. Pool facing huge deluxe 64 square metres room offers maximum comfort to the client. There's a living, sleeping area, adding on will be a balcony facing the pool. Friendly helpful front desk and concierge staff with the typical balinese hospitality made everyone feels at home. The hotel has 2 dining outlets that serves meals. Also 2 lounges; tge lobby lounge and an opened air lounge named "Smokey" (for sunset viewing). Many seafront seafood restaurants lined the beach at the rear of the hotel. The restaurants offer dining by the beach to witness the daily sunset. A quiet resort to rest and recuperate from the buzzing city life. A good getaway.

Staff were very attentive and dealt with everything immediately. The room and and pool area were nice. Only downside was the smoke from the food stalls across the car park (not part of the resort).

Apart from a massive pane of glass falling out of Lobby into kids pool 1 story below, constant damp smell in room from mould in the air cons, gassing for mozzies at 6pm, daily thick smoke in the afternoon from the seafood bbqs on the beach, slippery floor by pool and in showers it was ok. I have a genuine concern that some one will get hurt or die here as this hotels construction is as unfinished and as bad as I have ever seen. The staff are amazing the pool is nice but my life is worth more that that upside. Unfortunately not worth it! Stay elsewhere and good luck to the hotel group spg as I hope this is not a reflection on your other hotels but I will not take the risk.

Excellent customer service, everyone is helpful, attentive, smiling, always greeting. Food is fantastic. Ambiance is chill. Pool is pretty and a great place to relax. The rooms are spacious and have a. Great view of the pool. Has a spa, gym, several restaurants to choose from.

Great room nice lagoon / pool but adjacent room can be heard clearly and the Wi-Fi (NOT free by the way) is unstable.

Stayed April 2014 — Highly recommended for those who want a quieter area to enjoy Bali. The Good: — The service at the restaurant and check-in were great. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive throughout our whole stay. — The Jimbaran seafood area was just behind the hotel which meant you can enjoy the sunset and dinner quite easily. — The rooms were designed around the swimming pool and it was great to have pool access right by your doorstep. — The room (Deluxe Pool Access) was large and same goes for the bathroom. I love how the tub is situated in the middle of the bathroom — très chic! — We were offered a room change after a dead-centipede-in-room saga. Read more below. — The Jimbaran area has lots of new eateries to try and this hotel is close to them. The Bad: — Unfortunately, the food at the restaurant left much to be desired. We ordered a pizza and chinese vegetables was used as topping, instead of rocket leaves. The excessively olive oil also made the pizza soggy. Recommend to order something else instead. — The location is not close to Kuta or Seminyak which meant you'll have to take a taxi everywhere and back. — We found a dead centipede in our room one morning. It was next to the sofa. I got a huge shock and called housekeeping immediately. The guy they sent got more scared than us (the guests) and he had to call someone else in for help.

I stopped in Le Meridien for one night and as soon as I got in the hotel I felt that I made a mistake by staying there for one night only. Absolutely amazing hotel and impeccable service. After our car was checked by the security officer, we were greeted by the bellhop who unloaded the luggage and took us on a small golf car to the check-in area on the third floor. Valet parked our car free of charge. Lobby had that Le Meridian artsy feel and offered plenty of various cool-looking seating options, including chairs at the check-in desk. I was traveling with two other family members, so I booked two rooms for the three of us. Even though I was the only guest with platinum status, both room that I booked were upgraded rooms to Aqua suite with direct access to lagoon pool from the private terrace. Rooms were very large with soft comfortable bed, seating sofa, working table, and small dining table with two chairs. Bathroom was huge with separate rainforest shower and deep soaking bathtub. We ate at the Bamboo Chic restaurant for dinner, breakfast, and lunch and everything we had there was delicious. Breakfast was amazing. I have not seen such a large selection of food offered for breakfast at any other hotel restaurants. In between food consumption, we relaxed by swimming in the meandering beautifully landscaped lagoon pool with a swim-up bar. Having direct access to pool from balcony was definitely a plus. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers of all type.

A nice hotel, lovely staff, plus 4 stars… Lack of charm and luxury, restore correct but waiting, no private beach. However upgrade to soften the atmosphere.

It was a very good hotel and the staff are very dedicated towards is residents well being. In my room, the toilet and washroom are separated and the whole room was very well designed.

We booked a lagoon access room and it was worth the extra charge. The convenience of swimming at any time night and day straight from your room was brilliant. It also saved us packing a bag and searching for a chair every time we wanted a quick dip. We spent most days in and around the pool and the guys behind the bar were excellent. My wife has her beer with a dash of Grenadine and after we explained it the 1st time they made it right every time after, without being asked. Even when we migrated to the Smoqee Sky Bar for sunset drinks. Bamboo Chic (restaurant) — What impressed us here, in addition to the quality, was the consistency of the food. Every morning it was presented with same high quality; it looked the same; and tasted the same. We received a warm, friendly welcome every morning and dinner. Every person we saw throughout the day or night greeted us with a hello and smile; the chefs; the security guards; the ice-cream trolley man, and even the gardener clipping the grass edges. The rooms were well maintained and the housekeeping as excellent.

The hotel very much. Vacationing family, with 2 children. The rooms are very spacious. The view is amazing. At first we lived in a standard room, then they moved us with views of the lagoon, the room had a kettle and coffee maker. The room was clean. Towels and robes are all perfectly clean. Room cleaning 2 times. Linen and towels were changed every day. Once we clicked the button do not disturb (daughter accidentally pressed), they are unable so in the evening to clean. So the next day in the morning sent a letter that they are experiencing that are unable to get out and ask us to call at any time for housekeeping. Towels by the pool are ideal. We accidentally broke Bakala, the expense of us who are not exposed. Very pleased with that. All the staff are very friendly, all smiles and try to help in everything. Nursery is very pleased with us, were there every day. A lot of toys for children of different ages. The staff is constantly playing with children. Special thanks to the girl from the nursery Desk — she became a best friend of my children. Her children were left without problems. Very attentive and friendly the entire staff treated all children. Shuttle service to the beach at any time. Free. We managed to lose the phone. And they found and returned to us. Thank you for a wonderful time. If in Bali, only at the le meridien.
