Great experience! First of all I think this hotel has the best beach in the island. White sand, turquoise sea water, the view is excellent. Other bays are usually wavy but here is more peaceful and suitable for swimming. There is also a nice pool if you prefer. Secondly the food is delicious. They both have Indonesian cusine and International food so you can decide according to your taste. Also you should try fruit coctails. It is made from fresh fruits and they have magical combinations. The room is very spacious and comfortable. We had an access to the pool inside. We even had our breakfast in that pool and it was fun. House keeping service is perfect and staff is very helpful. Finally, if you like photography, the design, beach decorations and the garden is very suitable for capturing nice photos. There was a live music on friday night during dinner time and we had fun. When it comes to sightseeing, Mangrove forest is just 20min away by walking. You don't even need to hire a scooter. Also you can have long walks along the beach side. It is really beautiful on sunset time. Overall, I would definetely suggest this hotel both for families and couples. Especially it is a great option for honeymoon couples! …

The room was excellent with direct entrance to the pool. Every day they changed the towels and put in new amenitys.
The cleanliness was excellent. The quiet at night was extraordinary.
The breakfast was varied and of very good quality.
The staff are extremely kind and very friendly and ready to help.
The direct access to the beach and the possibility of using the pipes and paddle for free are an asset to the Hotel.
The pool and surrounding area are very good.
The sunsets are extraordinary.
Near the hotel there are good quality restaurants.

Wow what can I say! Private pool villa is a must! The privacy yet ability to mingle with other guests at main pool and bar was a great option. The beachfront swing was a favourite spot of mine every evening. Breakfast is everything you hope for, variety, freshness, faultless If you're after a sit down with staff for a conversation, don't expect it at this resort. Professionalism seems the path chosen, bit different to what we're use to with the usually friendly, talkative Balinese. Also waited on sunlounges on beachfront for over an hr during the day and was not approached once for drinks etc thought this was very unusual, especially with me looking around trying to be noticed. Overall we loved the resort facilities, location and food.

Beautiful n clean The first thing I noticed about this resort is the wonderful staff. During our check in my family and I were offered a clean hand towel and a refreshing drink. Always courteous and kind they were able to fill our needs. We ate dinner watching the beach sunset on the second floor overlooking the outdoor pool, various lounge areas, and the charming swings. The food was delicious and I took advantage of the buy 1 get 1 free cocktail happy hour. I recommend the Singaporean Curry. We stayed in the superior rooms for one night and were pleasantly surprised with a clean room with a spacious bathroom. The second night we stayed in the villas. The villas were absolutely wonderful which included a private pool and an elegant interior. Very nice. Along with other reviewers, I also noticed negative reviews about the Chinese guests at the resort. I would say "overrun" by Chinese day trippers is a pretty extreme vocabulary. But the Chinese guests that were here did not bother us and were respectful and wanted to enjoy their stay just like the rest of us. Overall, I really had a wonderful stay enjoying the views and the great location of this resort. I recommend: -searching for the close-by mangroves (by driving) -ziplining (~10 min drive) -dream beach -scuba diving here -cliff bar.

Unfortunately we never got to stay here because the resort cancelled our booking 3 weeks before our 10 year wedding anniversary! They said they were full and would not honour our confirmed booking. They were clearly available when I booked and paid in full through a booking site. A month after confirming our booking they emailed us out of the blue and made us cancel our booking. I had no choice but to cancel as the receptionist said they would put us in a random different hotel if we kept our booking. Later I checked the same room's availability through another booking site (thelembongantraveller) and they're listed as available for triple the price. Clearly they're just saving their accommodation for the highest bidder, and do not care about their guests.

I stayed here for 5 nights with my girlfriend. Firstly we stayed in a superior double room. It was large, clean and modern — perfect for a couple. There are lagoon rooms and villas but the superior was comfortable enough — no complaints. The staff are great, very attentive and easy to communicate with. The grounds are also good, a swimming pool, restaurant area and grass which backs onto a beach. This is a must for the sunset (the D’nusa swing is picturesque). You can walk along the beach to several other bars for an evening drink as well. A lot of reviews complain about Chinese tourists swamping the resort during the day. Whilst this is the case, they aren’t as bad as others make out. Generally they are respectful and like yourself, are trying to have a nice time. This isn’t something I’d worry about too much. The major let down was the quality of the food. The Asian food was decent but not amazing. The western food was v poor and we ate at another resort several nights and once for breakfast. As you can see from other reviews the breakfast was v poor. I really do hope the resort improves in this regard as it was a resort I’d definitely recommend.

At the bottom of the sea they have rusty sharp metal pipes and in the evening the ocean is always milky — you don't see them and can be easily hurt your leg. Also, you can book transfer to private d'nusa pantone at 9.00 every morning.

Great friendly staff. Walk from pool to beach. Rooms clean and modern. Food beautiful. Stayed 4 nights had most things on menu and rotating breakfast menu excellent.

Cosy hotel with quite number of seat for a meetiv room set up.

All swing and no ding… 150 Chinese tourists are at the hotel from 11am to 3pm daily filling up the pool and restaurant. Pictures of things like the buffet don't exist unless the hotel is full — in place is the normal breakfast menu see "Eggs Florentine" below, they try but even the Indonesian meals are below par. Such a beautiful location, but not run well at all.

Good service and place. Best beach in the island. But the hotel feel like an industry resort without charms.

Good hotel nice spaces rooms. Close to the beach and white sand beaches. Quite during the nights.

Front desk and free shuttle service are good. Be aware that every 2 days several boats with 50+ lunch guests arrive and occupy the main pool. The automatic renewal of the main pool seems to be out of order, but visually the water looks clean. The gardens are sprayed with pesticides during the day, regardless if there are guests present. The villas with private pool look nice, but I would not stay a 2nd time in the standard superior rooms.

Everything is fantastic here — such friendly staff, cheap delicious food, outlook is beautiful. Totally recommend :)

Nice place. Nice pool and beach view. Excellent service. Everybody's so polite. Recommended place to stay in Lembongan.

Food is awesome, reasonable price, the beach is clean. The room is filled with carefully selected furniture. The staff is smiling. Its a good place for family, couple or simply someone who love good times in a nice island surrounded with lovely beach.

The villas are nice but we had groups of tourists using the amenities each day so everything was crowded, hot water was non existent and it would've helped if the staff had better knowledge of English at times. I doubt wed stay here again but the island itself was awesome.
