This is paradise. Rooms and amenities are perfect. Staff are happy, helpful and friendly. Ocean view pool room recommended as the view is just divine. Meals are splendid. Altogether peaceful and romantic, perfect honeymoon destination.

Nice, not so crowded, place with excellent service personnel. We really enjoined to be there one week. Especially we were satisfied to the relaxed atmosphere there.

Wonderful retreat, serene and very relaxing! The team there are so helpful and attentive but also unobtrusive. I would highly recommend if you wish to quite literally ‘get away’ from the hustle and bustle!

We looked at the hotel complex, looked great. Located directly on the sea, we visited the restaurant… it was excellent to make it short…

Very secluded and peaceful place, but to eat every day in one restaurant is absolutely unbearable, the villa overlooking the ocean is big, but the exit to the beach is not as close as the booking showed. The grounds are clean and big!
There is a fruit plate in the room, 3 bottles of water. Not enough in the bathroom only cotton sticks, cotton pads and other small things.
I doubt we'll be back, two days of such seclusion.

My wife and me have been to Kelapa this August for our Honeymoon. Never had we thought of meeting so many nice, friendly and always caring people as staff. Starting with Gusti and Comang at the front desk, our driver for the stay Ed (d? ) y, the manager Sagita, the ladies from the Spa, Rai and Herry from the restaurant — and many many more.
Beautiful, clean and well decorated rooms — if you want to call this amazing space just a room —, a perfect, silent pool and beach area, and — of course — the marvelous balinesian-indonesian restaurant and spa.
We both had the feeling of leaving friends as we departed and always think back to our unbelievable stay at this small and quiet piece of paradies. Looking forward to our next stay!

We spent our honeymoon at Kelapa and never thought to get to know to such warm and kind people in the whole staff! The landscape with its palms and the beautiful lonely beach in front of the Hotel invites to recreat and to forget all duties and engagements of everyday life. The kitchen with its indonesian and international food is excellent! We will come back!

Beautiful setting and extremely friendly staff. The rooms were large and comfortable with views of the beach. Very quiet and peaceful throughout the retreat but also offered a good amount of trips and activities. Went the extra mile for us when we had to go into Kuta to sort out a visa extension.

We have been 7 times to Bali, and balinese people are friendly wherever you go. But the staff at the Kelapa Retreat beats them all! They do whatever they can to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and always with a friendly smile. The place is remote, peaceful and quiet, it is a piece of paradise within a lush setting of green and coconut trees. The villas are big, luxurious and have beautiful sea views. The restaurant provides excellent food and the west of Bali is still a piece of unspoiled nature with forests, fantastic sea and mountain views, rice terraces and beautiful temples. We have spent a wonderful time at the Kelapa, and we want to thank Ismayanti, Kadek, Eddy, Rai, Herry and all the rest of the staff for having made our stay unforgettable!

Kelapa Retreat is a magic place in Bali, Pekutatan. The room, restaurant, beach, the views, yoga classes, swimming pool is all 5 stars, cant be beaten by anything. I recommend it.

A wonderful holiday in Bali. The hotel is great, the food phenomenal and the people super friendly. We had a lot of rest and a very nice beach. We can only recommend the hotel to anyone.

If you want to do west Bali in style, this is your place. The units are huge, the beach is empty and wild and georgeous, the staff are always happy and friendly and the restaurant has wonderful food. It is fairly remote — no nightclubs and few other food options but that is pert of the charm.

The architecture of the resort is extraordinary and fits perfectly in the environment and surrounding. If you can afford … take the residential villa with the massive 20 meter private pool! huge private garden and spectacular view. Cheers T.

A wonderful secluded place in the west of Bali. No mass tourism. Great accommodations, magical staff, terrific food and plenty of rest and time to drift.
In the villa you can let it go well, the whole eye is well cared for, the staff really tries to satisfy every wish. We just have a wonderful time here ❤ ️
