We had a confirmed booking and arraived to the villa as per our booking details but found the main outside door open with no security gaurd or anyone at the small desck in the corner that I believe is the reception. We called a number that we found on the villa card and it was closed. We called the number on the confirmation slip and After trying 3 times one person did answer and told us he is going to check, after 20min we called him back and he told us that our booking was given to someone else even though we had the confirmation and the villa is not available! He asked us to go to another villa that is 30min away driving, after arriving to the location he described the villa he mentioned was not there! We tried calling him and after ringing he shut down his phone! Finally we gave up and we had to drive from a hotel to another in the middle of the night hopping to find a room. The next day the excuse they had was we came late even though there was no mentioning on check in time in the booking confirmation. Nobody had the decency to even apologize! This is by far the worst experience I had in any of my bookings, the most unprofecional and disrespectful team ever. I recommend you to stay away from this villa and the team managing it.

Our experience in Villa Ibu was awesome, the pool is clean, the staff is great. The staff can arrange scooters and taxis for you, the rooms were great. Was a little difficult to get there, but its worth it.
