Wonderful place to stay, Peaceful & Beautiful environment.

We had an amazing experience! The staff was fantastic, friendly and welcoming. Manager Made runs a top rate resort! The Villas are first class for your comfort, while maintaining close connection with Bali culture.

Amazing indoor spaces in the villas, great shower, great service and staff. Some items in the villa didn't function (blinds, mostly) and the pool was freezing cold, didn't use it once in 4 days.

Not worthy at all of a 5 star!
Despite the lovely staff the rooms are dated and above all the smell is absolutely unbearable!
Nice view but riquiqui pool included with the room.

Hotel not up to level
Of the 4 4/5-star hotels advertised this is the only one that was not at the level
Wifi that only works on the terrace
Cold pool. Very few pools are placed in the sun in Bali!

A beautiful place, a staff with care, a good restaurant and a free shuttle very convenient.
But:
Booking a villa with pool for 4 people, for 5 nights on the Agoda website.
On arrival a duplex without a swimming pool on the road hyper noisy and a construction site adjoining the room (photos and video to support on request).
The manager gently explains that the Agoda website offers their rooms with a bad rate and that there is nothing there and that you will have to pay extra if you want the pool. After negotiations, we move to a villa with pool but with 3 beds for 4.
On the last night we have to go back to the noisy first room without a pool as the hotel is full.
Agoda does not reply to our emails but the money has been taken!
Ubud green is loaded on to Agoda but its rooms are well and truly offered on the platform.
Agoda is to be avoided.

Friendly staffs. The room is great with nice pool. Our villa look out to rice field, sit out on the patio reading and gazing all the green field is very relaxing. Btw, the food in Firefly restaurant is tasty with good price, a must try.

Beautiful tranquil place to recharge. I was there from 24 — 28 May 2018. Good food, polite staff, easy transport to town, I did some painting of ubudgreen resort senaries.

It's centrally located and clean hotel. Their hospitality and staff is too good and cooperative. But the only thing is no Indian meal is served. But still staff was ready to prepare our own style food. It was very good experience.

Ubud Green is a wonderful place to stay! The rooms were clean, the service fantastic. You could not ask for nicer people to take care of you. The front desk, the room stewards, the restaurant staff, the spa technicians and the drivers for our tours and airport transfers, were the very best! For a relaxing quiet stay it can’t be beat!

Very beautiful place to stay. Green all around, peacful place, loving charming staff and people around. Very supportive and helpful. If you go ubud must enjoy stay in ubud green :-)

Great staff, super helpful and kind people. You can get a killer 2 bedroom stay for like $120 per night. Food is solid and the staff is so kind.

Great place for a nature retreat. If possible, get the rooms with the view of the paddy field, especially during the growing season. Spacious room with minimal equipments in the kitchen. 3 star because of the un-reliability of its Wi-Fi (drops suddenly and weak in certain parts of the room) and dirty toilets. Overall, a good place worth checking out but not a place I would return to.

We booked a Pool villa which we has specious room with private pool and private jacuzzy OMG it was amazing experience. The villa is perfect not only for couple but also for family, room is clean, staff very friendly Especially Kadek Aryani from Reservation, Ibu Kasih (reception) and Pak Agung (buttler) they made our honeymoon trip memorable one. THank you once again green villa ubud we had lovely stay.

Was walking in for a meal at the restaurant and it was their 6 yr anniversary celebration. They invited us in and have is drinks and had music and singing and celebrations which were so wonderful. What a great place and beautiful space.

My second stay here and love it. Staff are so kind and friendly and always have a smile for me. The villas are great, luxurious and super comfortable with beautiful views and a real treat to watch the sun rise in the morning from the deck. Restaurant on rooftop also has beautiful views and food and juices fresh and delicious. Massage at the spa was wonderful and relaxing. Love staying here!

Nice, clean, friendly staff.

Villa within padi fields, windy and cool weather even in july. Room comes with private pool and jacuzzi. Free breakfast and afternoon tea.

Totally worth the price tag. Brought two kids and they loved the private pool. Staffs are very helpful and thoughtful too. We had to leave very early for airport and the staff prepared breakfast to go. The service is unparalled. Definitely will come again.

The second visit was a little disappointing as it is overdue for a renovation. Staff amazing and location peaceful but could do with some repair work.
