A simply beautiful place, delicious sushi, but not only, the whole menu is worth a visit, and if you are in need of chocolate on Bali, let yourself be tempted by the Volcano a simple killing.
As for your host a person of extreme generosity and authenticity.
Thanks for everything Dominique, I promised you to come back if I was back in Ubud I kept my promise with two friends as a bonus who are sure to talk about you too

Bin restaurant, nice atmosphere, good value for money. The sushi is very good and fresh the only downside for me is the juices that are a bit expensive considering the quantity.

First of all let me just say that I’ve been in Bali for the last 20 days or so and this is the best place I’ve visited so far. The food was delicious, the service was one of the best I’ve ever had, not just in Bali but in general. People working there are so polite and they do their best to make you feel amazing. The guy who was serving me, Yatna, was really nice and he also gave me some advices on what should I visit while I’m here. All in all I would suggest this place to everyone and I would like to thank the staff there for a pleasant talk and superb service! Keep up the good work!

If you want to try bad quality sushi made mostly of rice and pay a lot for that this is the right place. Wasabi and ginger as well as soya sauce they bring only one portion even if you order 10 rolls. However atmosphere and staff are very nice. Beautiful space with nice music but I didn’t enjoy my food at all. There are other places to eat sushi in ubud.

Very strange when in the capital a pretentious place to serve such a kitchen… Chicken Kara-Agay of minced meat… Rolls almost entirely from rice, and for wasabi and ginger it is necessary to send separately the waiter…
Pros only in interior and music.

A beautiful place to be pampered, eat or partake in a drink. Charming and very red. Love the lobster rolls. Oh and the dirty martinis (2 is the limit) …

Incredibly good Sushi with top Condition, the Best we had in Bali. One must for all Chocolate Lovers is the Chocolate Volcano. Exposed Wines with extremely good Quality At affordable Prices.

Excellent food and the night we visited there was a live jazz band who were great. Also — good coffee and all-you-can-eat sushi on Sunday for lunch.

Our first time in Ubud, my partner and I stayed in the bamboo villa last week. Wow. The villa was so beautiful! Our original plan was to stay a week but we loved it so much we extended our stay. What we got was so much more than expected! The staff (Yanik, Dewi, Wayan, Gusti) were amazing, so friendly and informative, and we'd like to thank them for making our stay so wonderful. Also. Without our driver Nyoman, we wouldnt have seen or thought of half the amazing things we did in Ubud! All the staff pretty much made our trip! Thank you so much for all the great moments and memories! We will see you all again next year in August! :D.

Nice place, good sushis and else. Use to be chic but the boss arrived with really dirty tshirt. Strange. He change it later…

Great Japanese food in an unassuming location. Friendly staff, and the owner came over for a chat. Really good jazz band playing during our dinner — the best we've seen (/heard) in Bali.

Chic and refined establishment created by 2 interior designers from Paris. We had a drink in the beautiful garden, and then dinner in the restaurant. They serve very good Japanese fusion. There's a piano at the centre of the room with music every other day.

From the moment you arrive at Rouge Bali you're made to feel welcome. The spa, the pool, the bar and the food are all to a very high standard. The staff are all friendly but not too much, and are all very efficient and look happy. All must be congratulated on a truly magical experience. And thank you to Dom for introducing himself to us. If I was to criticise anything it would the music slightly. Would be better a bit later on in the evening if it was a bit more upbeat… that's it. Cheers Steve & Heru xxx.

Expensive but worth it! The owner personally introduced himself to every guest. Really nice! Whoever likes nice interior should have at least one drink in this bar. Would recommend to my friends.

If you want to go out in Ubud, a little fine Rouge is the place to be. The ambience is very appealing. The owner, Luis seems to have a fancy taste for interior architectures. He has welcomed us personally and approved.

Best sushi resturant in bali and the entertainment is great and the owner is a fantastic and lovely man you could ever meet, defintley 100% need to try this resturant if your visiting ubud.

Expensive and delicious. Live music, and in the yard to play chess in full growth. To Spa road leads from the stairs, underneath the water there to swim and fish. In the evening there is super romantic.

Very good and tasty sushi and take some icecream for dessert. The service is also good.

Good sushi for a great price compared to sushi in western countries. The garden and lounge areas a open and spacious. Will come back for the music.

The food are slow and the rice are over cooked. Feel like eating fastfood.

Excellent food and a stunning design throughout the whole place! Very friendly staff and a very enthusiastic boss, definitely recommend going here when coming to Ubud.

The boss is very nice，and live show everynight at the bar.
