Beautiful, fresh, quiet, comport, cool and extremely recommended! Available two bedrooms villa with private pool as well which is ideal for small group or family!

A really beautiful stay, I must say! The only down side of this place is that it is a little away from central Ubud. But at the same time, it makes this place so peaceful and serene. Awesome service by the staff who are really friendly. They really treat their guests well. Take a morning walk around the place, watch the fields from you room, hear the birds chirp into the sunrise! Will definitely visit again if I get to.

Located at Jl. Sriwedari, Ubud, quite far from Ubud center. We can judge this hotel perfect for tight budget person who need perfect sleep in the nice cleaning room and everywhere. Entrance road is a path for one car only, so you must beware if another car come from the hotel. Entrance gate made from nice ornamented bricks, cheap but very well designed. Front office was small but nice too, the staff very friendly and helpful. The room is small but very cozy, industrial style design with unpainted wall and the lighting is very nice! The cool thing is the mattress, it's not a cheap one, it's very comfort mattress, respect their effort to satisfied your sleep. Although it's a small room but they got bathroom inside, small too, but nice and clean. The weird thing is, when you walk inside, it's a shower area, and walk in again, that's the toilet, that is very annoying, if you just shower, then some moment later you want to pee, then you must walk pass the wet shower area to reach the toilet bowl, too bad… the other thing is, there's no toilet shower, or a jet washer at the toilet area, that's not hygienic for taking a business just hope the tissue can wipe clean everything… could be better. There's no fridge, no coffee maker, no 3-5 stars amenities, keep in your mind, they give you a nice, clean room with a very affordable price, if you want complete room's feature, just stay at more expensive one… The hotel's pool area was beautiful, very tropical and so green.

Cute villa. Not the best location but it wasn't far from attractions.

The plant ca. Two kilometres north of the center of Ubud, your best days are at all events behind. The two bedroom villa is very large and relatively clean. You have your own kitchen, but with a little bit of crockery and a large fridge with nothing else, except for an ant army on the ceiling. Great is the own small pool — however, the small garden has not seen a gardener for a long time and is accordingly unkempt. Getting used to is the bathroom. The water drain works poorly and often smells musty. On our arrival we found the remains of our predecessors in the toilet, which should not happen at an alleged 4-star facility even in Bali. Breakfast is served, but it should be ordered one hour before the scheduled time, because it comes in principle much later. On vacation normally not an issue, but if you want to make a trip and get picked up at some point, this is rather bad. In addition, the quality of the breakfast is to be questioned: The toast is little to no toasted, as coffee there is Nespressopulver — the water comes from an old thermos. The staff is kind, but often unplanned and not always friendly. The breakfast utensils should not be on the table in the afternoon at four. In conclusion, do not forget the people who are sound-sensitive or Have a light sleep! The soundscape is terrific.

Great service with reasonable price. Simple and nature. The owner will welcome you. You can ask anything to the staff if you need their help. It's a good place to stay. Recomend it!

Great value for money rooms just outside of ubud. You will definitely need to hire a scooter as it is a fair walk away from the main strip in town and it is not well lit at night time. Hot shower, nice balcony on every room. Free breakfast is supplied and cooked to order at a time of your choosing, pretty basic choices but it's passable. Air-conditioning works well though we rarely needed it on. Lovely pool area and rooms are cleaned every day. Would definitely recommend.

Nice pool views, the room kinda small, must renting​ scooter if u lazy to walk to Ubud main streets, kinda noisy because of the steel stairs, the pillows smells like an old used pillows but the house keeper was nice to help to change the sheets*even tough it's still have the same smells, the toilet only have tissue *which is kinda weird, but overall I had a great time with my family for staying here.

One of the worst nights in Bali. I made the mistake booking in this hotel after reading the reviews which were weirdly positive. I think those were fake reviews to attract customers. Everything about this hotel is bad. The advertisement pictures of the rooms were misleading (I will talk about this later in the review). This should be a 2 star or even 1 star hotel and definitely not a 4 star hotel. When we arrived to the hotel our rooms were not ready. I was fine at first but then they made us wait 3 hours! After I got my room I was shocked and speechless. It was no way near the pictures advertised in the web. It was so small that the "queen" sized bed took almost the whole space. There is barely any room to move or put your stuff. I went down to speak the manager and she was so rude. I told her it is not the room in the pictures. She told me the ones in the pictures are the villas bedrooms and they have only one villa. I asked her why there is no picture of the other rooms and I requested to be moved. She said all the other rooms are the same. Then she shrugged and said "This is the reality you have to accept it". Like WTF? I requested a refund and they refused. I was too tired to argue and went back to the room to take a shower and guess what. No water. They made us wait 3 hours and there is no water? What kind of hotel that does this? I waited an hour for them to fix it. The bathroom door doesn't close completely, which allowed all the cold air to enter the bathroom.

It might be a small hotel, but it has its personality. I really enjoy my lay back time here.

Some of the people at the reception were very rude especially the lady who did our check in. I requested the remote control of the air conditioning to be replaced because the screen is defective, and nothing happened. I requested a bucket or empty bottle to use it for washing in the toilets of the six rooms I stayed in, and they brought only one bucket for one toilet after two days from our stay. The sitting room in the only two-bedroom villa that they have, has no A/C or even a cooling fan. The A/Cs in both rooms were not efficient. The breakfast is awful and substandard. We requested it to be ready at 08:00 AM sharp, and we only found tea and coffee, and had to wait for one hour exactly to receive a very cold omlet and fried eggs. The toilets are very small and the drain system get jammed easily. On top of all of this, they insisted on no-refund policy during the time we stayed within less than 30 days before check in date.

Accommodations were modern and industrial, very nice! Did not use pool but looked appealing. Not within convinient walking distance and although staff was very friendly, they did not speak good English and it was difficult to get needs met. Breakfast was almost an hour later than we scheduled with staff. TV is not in English, Wi-Fi was very good.
