Amazing experience! Close to a lot of great shops as well as the sacred monkey forest. The food was great and the staff was very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing apart from the chanting, drumming yoga group that rocked up next door. Bit bermused why they chose a quiet place on Bali to make a ton of noise and sing native Indian chants but hey. Did I let it spoil my holiday… Yeah for a day.

Me and my family stayed at there hotel in January and had a fantastic stay. The staff was wonderful, helpful and very kind to us, especally our baby. They learned our names and called us by name and were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good, both in the restaurant and served as a Barbecue in our private villa. We highly recommand a Barbecue evening. Also, the croissants in the mornings were the best we have ever had. We still talks about the croissants at Komaneka at Bisma :) The spa treatment at facilities is the best spa we have ever experience. The relaxing massage with bath afterward is a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you to the spa terapists at the hotel. The private pool villa was very nice and are highly recommended. The gardens are wonderful and the cleaning of the room are good. The staff noticed that I asked for strawberries every breakfast. As a kind action, they placed strawberries cutted as flowers in our room after I had had a spa treatment. The staff are really looking after you. We will travel to Bali again just to visit Komaneka at Bisma, and recommend everyone to go there.

I had a very bad experience in the famous resort named Komaneka at Bisma. While I was taking massage @ the massage parlour my daughter was having IPHONE 5 in her pocket which was stolen by ur one of the staff members. So it’s my request u to please return my phone asap or give the money back. Kindly see to it. Thanku.

Awesome place. Feeling like you are safe in the middle in the jungle. Evenings on the balcony with the sounds of jungle were awesome.

Spent 4 nights in a family room within Komaneka. The reception, service and support from the staff is excellent and always friendly. The pool and surrounding invites to switch off and forget the stress around you. The hotel is a little of the grid but with a scooter in a good location (quite). The room and hotel itself could need some renovation (stairs, showers) and the restaurant a little uplift hence only 4 stars.

This is wonderful place to visit if you want to feel and experienced peaceful atmosphere in ubud area.

Relaxing place with awesome staff If you are looking for a place to stay in Ubud, you must definitely stay in Komaneka at Bisma. Staying in a villa might cost you a bit but what you are paying for is worth it. I love everything here. It's peaceful. The place is really relaxing and the staff were kind, friendly and accommodating. The food is also nice. I hope my family can visit here as well. This place is highly recommended see it for yourself you'll never regret.

We enjoyed one of the best massage I've ever had in their amazing spa. The room is open in front of a river, and you can hear all the sounds of nature while relaxing with your massage. I would recommend it to everybody and I hope to come back here soon!

Stayed here as part of our honeymoon. Staff could not be any friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. Hotel was clean, modern (but kept the Indonesian feel) and airy Room was spacious and clean and had a stunning view of the rice fields. The lap pool was outstanding and you really felt like you were part of the surroundings. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty with a number of options. The hour massage we had in the spa was brilliant with staff who clearly were well trai…ned. Hotel was a close walk the main area of Ubud but managed to feel quiet and away from the hustle and bustle — the hotel also put on a regular shuttle service to and from the centre Would highly recommend to anyone.

Very nice resort on terraced terrain in Ubud, near the centre. 33m pool, a second pool a terrace deep. Large rooms, comfortable beds, quiet air conditioning. The quality of the food and drink, which is by no means overpriced, is convincing. The staff are extremely friendly, dedicated and helpful and you can see that the houses of the Komaneka Group are run with passion.

Beautiful rooms, the grounds are incredible with rice fields and huge infinitum pool all backing onto a small river. Plus you get personalized service from the moment you arrive. A lot of the staff know your name even if you haven't met them.

This hotel is one of the best place I have ever stayed at. As part of my honeymoon from start to finish we were treated like king and queen. The room we had was spacious, clean and with a huge balcony, shower and free standing bath. Room service was particularly quick and efficient and the turn down service at night is a great touch. The staff are the best part about here and make you feel so welcome from the moment we arrive and helped us with everything we needed during our stay.

Komaneka at Bisma is luxurious and beautiful. I loved my stay here. Set in the lush rainforest, our room had a spectacular view. The infinity pool in the villa was a delight. The landscaping was immaculately looked after and pretty. Inspirational. The spa, set next to the river was a treat. My husband and l had an oil massage and then soaked in the jacuzzi as the sun set. It was magicial as it slowly turned into evening. We followed this with the Moonlit Dinner. It was terrific. We were dressed in traditional Balinese costumes and Dewane, our waiter, did a lovely job looking after us all evening. The food was perfect. The staff were very friendly throughout the resort. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the restaurant has a spectacular view of the pool, rice field and forrest. So pretty. I highly recommend Komaneka at Bisma for a romantic retreat into bliss.

Peacefull surrounding… nice rooms nice ubud view nice spaces, service are great, staffs are attentive, although its $$$$ but totally worth it…

From the moment you arrive the tranquility of the location and friendliness of the staff will put you at ease. Very well appointed rooms and they have put lots of consideration into little touches. We are spending out honeymoon here and are so glad we booked it.

Very interesting design. The restaurant was very nice and clean. No music. The service was not very, I felt the staff were waiting for us to leave because we had a night, nine o'clock. Although it says it works up to 11. The waiter was Razdradennyj and didn't hide it. Although we were quite discreet and decent.

Great territory! Two big pools, nice rooms and a villa! There are large lizards in the territory! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Genuine and gracious service at every turn. You never feel the staff are being nice just because they have to be. Our massages went long, and every effort was made to make us comfortable. The rooms overlook a steep valley, jungle and padi fields which is immensely soothing. On the downside the service and food at the restaurant seemed hurried, and there are more stairs and slopes than an elderly or less mobile person may appreciate.

The best place ever, if I ever wonder how paradise should be Now I ve found out! Place, vegetation, food, staff. And most of all having breakfast at 14.00 (we woke up late becuz here wore 6hours more and for the flight we wore destroyed), having breakfast served at that time. And not payingEven if breakfast was 7-11i ve travelled a lot but never in my heart had such an experience about people. All the time smilling, optimistic and. Incredible place! I ll definetely return komaneka.

If I could give Komaneka at Bisma 6 stars I would! Everything about this hotel is wonderful — the staff, the location, the food, the atmosphere, the charm, the cleanliness, the hospitality and location. The view from our bedroom was breath-taking and we particularly enjoyed the amazing pool. The hotel provides a shuttle into central Ubud which we found very useful. The staff deserve a special mention as they are all so friendly and helpful and their service was always first class. We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay here and although we were in a hotel it felt comfortable and homely. We stayed in one of the suites which are very spacious inside as well as having large balconies. You almost didn't even want to leave your room it was so nice! Thank you to everyone for making our stay at Komaneka at Bisma so very special. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Really excellent hotel with great views, 2 pools, very large rooms and service that very few 5-star hotels anywhere can match. This is one if the best hotels I have ever stayed in (and they are many around the world)

Horrible hotel! I checked like walk — in at 14:00. The restaurant which closed for dinner because of a wedding. I what is not informed about the wedding at the check — in. At 18:00 in the garden and on the pool they played wedding music, even on my balcony I heard the wedding music. This would have gone on the whole evening, so I checked out and the hotel charged me for the night. Real cheek! You got to know that this hotel organises weddings. So, it is full of mosquitos and no. Mosquito nets! Crazy! From the air-conditioning there comes mould smell and one can open the window only half-side, no wonder that everything goes mouldy with the air humidity.
Horror hotel! I have 14:00 as a walk in checked in the restaurant was closed for dinner for a wedding, of which I was not notified but check. In the garden and poolside wedding music ran from 18:00, even on my balcony, I heard the wedding music. SO that would have gone all night, so I checked out and the hotel still charged me the night. Real nerve! You need to know that when you book that hotel organizes weddings. Also, is it filled with mosquitoes and no mosquito nets! Totally wrong! Mold smell is coming from the air conditioner and the window can be open only about half, no wonder that all reeks of humidity.

Been here twice already. Both times in a incredibly nice pool villa which is a wonderful experience.
