Amazing friendly hotel staff on a beautiful property close to the beach. The pool looks over the rice fields and it’s really amazing to spend a few days here to relax and and do wellness related activities! Bagus is a spiritual healer that comes from a long lineage of healer ancestors and his sessions were so spot on. I also felt that my chakras were completely cleansed after the singing bowl session with him. The restaurant cater to all food intolerances and has a gluten free menu! If you want somewhere that is relaxed, quiet, wellness/fitness (a fully equipped gym with boxing ring) related to take it easy for a few days then is the perfect place! Thank you to Lisa and team for a wonderful stay!

A peaceful resort overlooking the ocean and rice fields. Has great fitness facilities and a big pool for doing lengths in. Food also serves healthy options and accommodated to vegans. The suite was huge with a large terrace and beautiful views.

The Samata mempunyai keunikan sendiri diantara villa-villa yang lainnya. Dengan background persawahan villa ini sangatlah lapang dan nyaman. Harganyapun sangatlah reasonable. Da villa ini sangat cocok untuk melaksanakan pesta pernikahan karena ditunjang dengan fasilitas halaman yang sangat luas… Very recomended!

We finish our beautiful relaxing time here tomorrow unfortunately. Stunning views very private and quiet great facilities and the food is fresh healthy and prepared with genuine love and passionate care. The team of people that work here make your stay very personal and take time to genuinely welcome you to their resort and share their Bali culture. The massages are very good and consistent each time good value, a must do is the in Villa BBQ, the sunrise beach visit. Highly recommended.

Our son had marriage ceremony at Samata Resort in January 2018. While our family stayed about a week It was fantastic and very comfortable. All staff were very kind and good Service as well as big smile always. I satisfied of their good manner and Perfect services. I hope want to go Again someday again. Our holidays in Bali started here. Enjoyed every second of it! Beautiful relaxing place, amazing top floor suite and the staff — indescribable! The best holidays ever ❤

My Partner and I stayed at the Samata for the weekend.
We booked flights and accommodation the day before we arrived (very last minute) it was an easy booking process.
Although only 2 nights the stay was absolutely amazing! I have stayed in Bali many times and even lived there for a little while and the staff were by far the best I have come across in Bali. Each and every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay a fabulous one!
We stayed in the private pool villa, which overlooked the beautiful rice fields, the entire property is extremely peaceful, which is just what we needed.
We will be returning to Bali in December and if available we will definitely be staying at the Samata!

We loved our week at The Samata. The villas, broad range of facilities and food were excellent. The staff were exceptional — nothing was too much trouble and they were so helpful and attentive. Peaceful environment and only a short drive to Sanur. Kids loved the pools and also the sports facilities including the table tennis and I enjoyed the spa treatments. Highly recommended and a great place to stay in Bali.

Fantastic service by a truly kind and caring staff here. Large and beautiful rooms! Location is a bit far from town so come here to just relax and enjoy the sunshine. Restaurant has pretty good food!

Excellent service. All the service crew know the names of the resort guests. They are incredible in their service. Service is prompt. The room especially the restroom/bathroom is incredibly big.

Reopening of former Sanctuario Resort. Extraordinary place, beautiful villas with view over rice fields to the beach in some distance, several pools. Focused on sports activities, gym, yoga, all in combination with healthy food and beverage, offering drinks mixing courses and cooking classes.
