Fantastic stay! The beach is so close, staff were extremely kind and helpful, plus an amazing all you can eat breakfast! We did the cooking class with Agung, fun and delicious.

Rats in the restaurant. Disgusting.
The internet exists, but dosent work at all. Minimal Sun arround the pool, and minimal sunbeds.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! My first time ever going to Bali & this was the place I stayed at and I will be going here again! I’m not sure how to spell him name but Wee-Wan was amazing. Such a beautiful person & bubbly character. Every morning he would bring coffee to our table because he knew that’s what we wanted. Sensational! 100% recommended.

We stayed for 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were lovely, the buffet breakfast was pretty awesome with plenty of variety. The rooms were very nice and clean, the bed was even big enough for my 6ft 8” husband. We had a lagoon room with our own sun lounges which was a treat.

So far so good positioned in a good spot close to beach supermarket next door. Good price and all our needs have been well looked after. Would recomend.

Stayed at Oasis Lagoon Sanur and have nothing but good things to say about this resort. We stayed in a Cabana room which has your own pool. The pool is a little cold but lovely and refreshing all the same! We had a beautiful candle lit 4 course dinner by the pool which was absolutely beautiful and a real romantic setting. The rooms are of a good size with a reasonable size bathroom. The only fault would be the size of the fridges in the rooms. They're very small so if you're planning on stocking the fridge with your own drinks, then this is probably not for you. Easy fix tho. We went to Hardy's super market next door and bought a bucket for $2 and filled with ice each day. This resort is in a fantastic location. Restaurants up and down the street right outside. 5mins walk to the beach too. This was our first time in Sanur and we'll be back.

Green and nice hotel. I spent 1 night during my transit in Sanur. I love this hotel since it offers natural living with wooden furniture, green pool, and clean water. I stayed at Lagoon Access Room and feel comfort. Very recommended to stay with your lovely person. Located closely to the beach and various culinary will make you don’t feel confused to find nice place to stop by. Room: 4/5 Food: 4/5 Staff: 4/5 Price: 3/5 Overall: 4/5

A nice, clean hotel with good service and a pool. When you're early at the hotel they give you the oppertunity to change and use the facilities of the Hotel. Breakfast gives you a few options to choose from, which all taste good. Only disadvantages are that there is little to no sun if you rest at the pool and you only get one towel per person in your room.

Great stay. Especially like the balcony, a very good place for snack and drink. Hotel possess a private beach club which is very nearby. It is free for hotel guests with towels provided. The only not so good thing for family with kids is the see through glass to the toilet from bed. The blind is installed outside the toilet which naughty kids can roll it up when adult taking shower inside. Not a very thoughtful design, but is totally not an issue for couple.

Love our stay here. We stayed for 2 weeks for our honeymoon in one of the rooms with a private pool. You cannot go wrong with this place. The staff are friendly the service is excellent and the quality of the stay is great! We also received a good price.

Comfortable hotel, fast service, a very cozy atmosphere, a favorite lagoon access room, a swimming pool that can make you fall in love, with a depth of 1.5 meters, a suitable price.

Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The hotel was beautiful, room is clean and neat, breakfast were okay and the services were great. Oasis lagoon sanur are good both for family or couple. Best rooms are the one with direct pool access.

The room was great! It resembles the pictures, however the walls are very thin! I could hear a rooster at 3am, loud guests in the pool, children, does slamming closed, ect. The front desk staff was hit or miss. 2 or the 3 I interacted with were rude. One said she'd work with me but didn't. So apparently the booking site said breakfast was included and none of the confirmation info said otherwise. But they had information that said to exclude breakfast. All of my friends had breakfast included except me. The second woman I worked with said, "well you got a cheap room so there's no breakfast" which I found to be quite rude. Upon leaving the front desk called the taxis for us and for one of us they called a larger taxis, which charges more (for one person) after quoting us a lower price. They also over charged another friend for her room, when she told them and asked them to let other guests know before booking what the actual price of the room is. The lady nonchalantly said this was simply due to the hotel being sold out that night (yet I booked my room way after this issue). Long story short, the front desk does not handle issues well. They cannot fix problems. I'm not sure if they simply will not out cannot, but I would not recommend them to anyone because of the poor quality of service.

A fantastic boutique hotel in Sanur. Great pool, strategic location and fantastic staff. Short walking distance to the beach and a number of excellent cafes, restaurants and bars.

All staff were so lovely, friendly and so helpful making our stay more enjoyable. The room was very nice and cleaned daily and stocked with plenty of coffee, water and bathroom products. The only thing I could fault was the water in the shower going hot and cold and not being consistent which is not a big issue for me as our entire stay was most enjoyable and I would recommend your beautiful hotel to family and friends.

Lovely hotel in aovely area of Bali. The staff were friendly and all stop to say hello or good morning. Bar was a little pricey but there's lots of other places to drink. Room was spotless and of good size. Private pool was amazing and will be returning soon!

Not too high quality room quality, room soundproofing between good enough, bathroom ventilation problems, only geographical location accounted for the advantages of convenient transportation.

Terrible place, terrible hotel.
Breakfast is very loveless and unhealthy, very greasy and the choice of fruit is laughable for a hotel in the tropics!
The other guests are loud and annoying! Have a pool suite and constantly swim past people who just stare into the room!
There are virtually no sockets and the wlan is extremely slow!
Mass handling with ballermann feeling! Never again!

Great hotel. It had just opened when we went in 2014. Everything was beautiful, clean and quality. The room with direct access to the pool that went around the hotel was magical. The city center is a bit far away, it is better to go by taxi especially in case of high heat. There are nevertheless several small shops and a supermarket very close to the hotel. The hotel's private beach is a 5 or 10 minute walk away but it is an opportunity to stroll around the streets a bit. The sea is not great for bathing and it is prone to great tidal movements. On the other hand, I rented a jet ski for a very enjoyable activity.

We enjoyed our brief stay at this hotel. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was a family type hotel but the kids were all very well-behaved. Overall, a good experience.

Great place to stay in sanur. Right on the main street but you wouldn't know it. A nice secluded hotel with good dining option. Great pool and deck.

This place doesn't even deserve 1/2 a star. I arrived late, approximate 2 pm. My room wasn't ready yet and I have been told to wait in the lobby. I immediately noticed bat excrement's all over the chairs, I mean all chairs; I told the reception about my observation and have been told that it is difficult to clean the fabric upholstery. Duhhh … DON'T use fabric upholstery! Just disgusting. I was given the keys 45 minutes after my arrival which during this time nobody updated me, again, just bad initial service and observations. I finally made it to my room. Newer interior and at first glance clean and neat; I asked for additional pillows which arrived shortly after inquiry. I noticed yellow stains on the pillow covers and noticed a horrendous smell of human sweat and probably other stuff. I checked my existing pillow sand noticed the same problem, even the mattress. Do to being tired I finally fell asleep. I woke up several times during the night and always noticed the smell of sweat on mattress and pillows. I made it through the night and was at the breakfast area at around 7 am; the breakfast area is an integrated restaurant (open to the street) that serves alcohol at any time. I asked for bacon and have been told that the hotel is 'Halal'… what kind of BS is that? Serving alcohol but not real bacon?

Prime location, amazing pool that you can access right from your room and the staff is very helpful. Plus, the beach is 5-10 minutes away and Oasis Lagoon Sanur has a beach club area with chairs, umbrellas, towels and staff. This hotel offers a buffet style breakfast. The best I have had in Bali! Great food, fresh fruit and good coffee. It is the most important way to start your day before long adventures through Bali!

I really enjoyed my stay at Oasis! It is so fun to jump into the pool right from your room. It has an amazing restaurant and bar right out front and one of the nicest staffs in Bali. I enjoyed walking the streets at night and looking at all the fun places to eat with live music. And has a beach only a five minute walk away. My boyfriend and I also did the romantic dinner and the food was AMAZING. They are so welcoming and nice here. Definitely a must stay in the Sanur area.

Nice hotel but it's in the middle of Sanur. As Bali is very crowded you got to use to it. Anyways it has good quality of service, nice breakfast and lovely rooms so no point to complain.

We found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. Anything we asked for was delivered very promptly and always with a smile. The staff are fantastic. Darma, at check — in was awesome and Wira ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay from pool towels to ashtrays. The buffet breakfast was great — a good variety and eggs cooked to order.

Positives Staff beautiful, Breakfast was great lots of variety, Hotel room very average. Close to everything. Negatives Bathroom not cleaned properly. Marks on my pillow cases. I expected the rooms to be a bit more than they were. Dark and uninspiring. There was nothing that made you go WOW or want to stay in the room as a couple. Very bland not4 star at all more like 3 if that. The window in the room that lets you watch your partner shower or go to the loo was ridiculous. Will not return.

Our room is good for the money! We have the lagoon access room which is good! The bed very large but also very hard we asked for a topper and we now have two duvets over the matress under the sheet so much better! Breakfast is very average have had to ask for tea on both mornings so far very understaffed at breakfast! Food not hot and not a lot of choice there is always eggs and toast though so can manage! Over all a three star hotel.

Very nice and friendly located well on main street and eassy access to the white sandy beach sanur. Price is perfect with the service. I will recommend it for you hotel in Sanur.

Construction next door destroys any chance of an afternoon kip or sleep in. And at back of hotel constant beeping from traffic due to blind corner intersection can drive a person insane. Lagoon room the best choice tho noise from any early morning or late night people at pool area and be an issue. staff and hotel are great, and location good for Sanur.

Is probably afraid of mosquitoes and a musty smell in the room, pool nice, generally good for this price. Here toothbrush toothpaste, shampoo, slippers, the hotel is a bit like.

Pool was very small. Family deluxe two level room was not good. The stairs are not very safe and balcony is like a cage. Loud music at close by nightclub until I 11pm. Left after 1 night.
