Great place for holiday. Beautiful pool. Close to shopping restaurants and beach. You will not be disappointed!

This is a fantastic hotel for the price. The rooms are very clean with a lovely large spa and they have even introduced water jugs which you can refill as often as you want. The breakfast is really world class With the Bircher muesli and marinated fruit simply divine. Thoroughly recommend this hotel the location is brilliant with many many restaurants just outside all reasonably priced. Also the spa in the rooms is huge and just lovely to sit in at the end of a busy tourist day. It’s cleverly designed to be private as well :)

Love Swiss Belresprt! Especially at the price point. Nice rooms, lovely staff, breakfast and facilities are very good. I don’t have a negative thing to say about this hotel!

Loved our stay here. Bathroom set up a little weird but we quickly got used to it. Buffet breakfast was great, themed dinners were great too. Pool was fantastic! A “warm” pool so you could just hop in and be refreshed rather than inch your way in and freeze. Easy to get a lounge and your stuff gets removed by pool staff if you’re not using the pool so no hogs! Staff were delightful and nothing was too much trouble. Great location too. Surrounded by everything you need and just a small walk down a side street to beach. Would happily stay again. Used a scoopon deal for our stay and awesome value for money. Pool rooms look fantastic, will definitely book one next stay.

Paid for king bed got 2 single beds, told no room available to swap into as they were fully booked. Rooms not serviced one day until after 4pm. Cramped rooms. Why put a day bed in the bedroom! Put in a room next to a pool pump that you could hear. Bathroom fan that is wired to run all the time to help with the mould so had to hear that all the time. Pool seating taken up most of the day by people who aren’t even using the pool and staff not policing it. Being told by staff I can’t sit at the pool before 8am even though the pool opens at 7am. Did I mention mould. Hit and miss with the staff, some great and some rude. Breakfast ordinary. We don’t recommend staying here. We have stayed across the road in the past and it was excellent. Go there instead.

Beautiful infrastructure, staff very helpful, breakfast very varied, pool perfect. Price of consumption in an average for a hotel to tourists.

The buffet breakfast is outstanding, beds nice and firm and rooms are very pleasant and Airconditioning works a treat
The only thing I can fault is that the coffee with breakfast is filter type and there is an extra charge for any other style such a latte or short black
The gym is very basic but does the job you think why do I need a gym while on holidays, well with all the lovely food on offer the mid section needs to stay in shape.

Staff is very humble and ready to serve you at all time. If you love swimming and love spending time in pool, then this is the one for you. Nicely built and architecture around water.

Great hotel, staff very attentive, large and comfortable rooms, breakfast not impressed had better else where and internet hit and miss.

Very dissapointed! The room smells like mould en felt very humide. We tought maybe only this room but we went to 2 other rooms and they smells all the same. The jacuzzi outside looked dirty and old so we didn't use it. The pool area outside was terrible as wel. Kids who were jumping in the water and screaming and people who put their towels on a bed at 7am already to claim their place, leave and come back at the end of the day. That's so unsocial, I think the hotel should do something about it. If you are looking for rest and comfort, don't go here.

This is our fourth stay here always enjoy great staff very friendly and helpful fantastic swimming pool and breakfast. And location is close to restaurants and warungs massage and shops only short walk to beach.

The rooms could do with an update, getting very tired. Some more than others. The gym is terrible, small, limited equipment very few weights. … The pool is magnificent, Wi-Fi is reasonable. We would definitely stay here again.

Centrally located with exceptional staff, who always wear a genuine smile. The rooms have all the usual amenities. All surrounding a two-level pool and kiddies paddling pool. There is a swim-up bar and ample dining. Beds are comfortable and air/con is brilliant (an absolute MUST! )

I’ve stayed twice in recent months and enjoyed both stays. Great rooms, good meals, fantastic staff, good pool and bar.

In general it is good, but having looked after, the izyany are visible: it is required repair. Breakfast is caught (very very simple for 4 stars). Staff to my inquiries by email, FB and Messenger did not answer any one. The rooms are large, well staffed. The room was very clean. The staff is a misunderstanding of the former. The grounds are small. The pool is beautiful but useless. The staff is helpful. Tourists in the hotel are mostly Australians. The hotel is a maximum of 2 days.

Nice Hotel with big and clean apartments. Stuff very friendly, desk 24/7, great pool, daily breakfast with switching offers. If you rent a bike/car you can park it for free as guest in the garage. 3 times a week there's dinner with local musiciants. Free Wi-Fi available in rooms, pool, lobby, restaurant. Simply everywhere. Safe in rooms available for 14" Laptop with your numbcode of choice. Shops and restaurants en masse in front of the hotel. Highly recommended for a stay in Sanur.

Beautiful biggest Pool. Breakfast Buffet, a decent Selection.

Good hotel compared to the price. Our room was nice, but a bit old worn down. The pool area was really beautiful and nice, but it was very diffucult to lay in the sun because of the high buildings and especially all the large palm trees. The breakfast buffet was pretty large and the food was fine. The guest here laid their towels on the sunbeds and took all the good places, and would come back many later, very annoying. For me it was not an authentic Bali hotel, but just a large resort you can find everywhere in the world. Personally I would have loved to stay in something more original.

I have tried many hotels in Bali but keep coming back to Swissbel Sanur as I cannot find any that match up to it. The lay out of motel, the cleanliness of the pool, gardens and rooms is the best The staff are so friendly they will do anything to make your stay the best. I go to Bali twice a year. This is my fifth year staying there and it just gets better every time.

— bathroom stinks with urine — floor in the room (and bathroom) is very slippery when wet. My daughter slipped and hit her head due to we’re given only one floor towel for the whole room. Had to ask explicitly for more towels which got removed by the housekeeping the next day. — towels are old and grey, room wallpapers start to peel off — rooms are small, the declared room size probably includes the balcony — 10% service + 10% tax is sneaked out in the menus — to add to the holiday mood, you have to wake up at 7am and get to the reception to get one of the 13 beach vouchers if you like to get a beach access that day. — breakfast is quite basic, less variety than even some cheaper hotels provide. If you seat close to the kitchen you get a bonus of a fried pork fat smell. — the area around the pool is full with smoking people. That’s despite the sings forbidding smoking next to the kids pool. On the positive side, staff is friendly and location is quite convenient. Not staying here again though.

A super Hotel complex in Sanur. The Airport Transfer has worked unproblematic despite late Arrival. The Complex is very nice and well maintained. We particularly liked the nice Breakfast with a wide selection of local and international Dishes. Due to the central Location, you can also explore Sanur and eat in the surrounding Restaurants. We booked 2 Day trips through the Hotel and we liked them too. The Rooms were large, beautifully furnished and very clean. You can get little from the Hustle and bustle of the City in the hotel, so you can also spend a quiet Day at the Hotel pool. The hotel's beach section is also Beautiful!

We stayed 3 Nights at the Swiss-Belresort. That was a perfect thing for us.
The Pool complex is very nice, but I don't want to spend 2 Weeks there either. The Staff is very nice and helpful. The Rooms are neatly stretched. Just slightly jarring Was the missing Bathroom door! Otherwise, everything was clean and ok. The Hot Tub on the Balcony, however, was very noisy and somewhat years old.
The Breakfast Buffet was very rich and delicious. Man could have Waffles and EIer freshly prepared.
On the Beach (5-10 Minutes walk) there are on-site Loungers. However, These are only available in a small Number. But you can also take another Beach club For little Money!
There are numerous Restaurants and Shops in the immediate Vicinity.

Friendly staff but very poor management. Room was not in best condition, had some patches on the walls, and the smell was not healthy. Jakuzzy was only half functional and a light bulb needed replacement. There was a constant buzz from an electric panel inside the closet, had to call the hotel engineers several times and they didn't fixed it properly. And this is an upgraded room we paid extra. Swimming pool looks nice but not suitable for short people. It's 1.5 meters depth and the depth is not progressive. Regardless of all other problems, the breakfast is the worst we've had when comparing with all hotels we've tried in Indonesia. Indonesian food was not authentic and it looks like a chef is missing in the kitchen because the taste is very poor. But if all you want is beacon and eggs and sausages and pankakes then you should be good. If you want to go to the beach at 10am you may be out of luck because the are limited beach vouchers and they are gone very early. No beach towel was given to our son because hotel only issues 2 towels per bedroom regardless of number of guests.

Nice hotel, nice staffs, nice foods, nice pool, nice views. They have jacuzzi in balcony room but it feels uneasy to use it because my room's balcony is facing resident house. You can have pleasant holiday just by staying at this hotel: swimming or sunbathing, eat, sleep, jacuzzi, spa, gym, bar, etc. But you won't, don't you? Let's explore Bali instead!

Great little resort. Fair priced. Staff were great! Food and drinks were okay, but surrounded by a lot of restaurants. Rooms are nice and comfortable, pool is good. But I think the staff really made it special.

Good Hotel. Breakfast Buffet with good Choice and good. In the Evening you have the Possibility to order A la Carte or Every Evening there is a different Motto according to which an All you can eat Buffet is directed. Friendly Staff. Bathing Towel can be recovered from the Pool every Day. Free Wi-Fi throughout the Hotel and 2 Stand computers with Printers are available. In the Hotel itself there is a small Kiosk where you can get the most necessary thing you like to forget at Home. In addition to the Hotel, there are several Restaurants, as well as a Starbucks and a Supermarket.

While not new, everything is in good condition. Centrally located near supermarkets and the beach. Excellent value for money and nothing is too hard for the staff.

Rooms were nice and new. Service was amazing. Breakfast goes from 7 am to 11 am. Lots of selection. Several pools with lots of lounging chairs. Really liked how clean they kept the whole place.

Very slow Wi-Fi internet connection. The place was good actually…

Booked a deal through Groupon which was for 8 nights, 20% off all food & beverages, free airport transfers, Free welcome drink and a dinner/lunch. We had to provide the voucher at time of booking and confirm all details via email which was done 2 month prior to our arrival. On arrival we had to provide them with their original email confirming all the details of the booking as they didn't have it. We then had to have 3 more trips to reception to get the extras that they didn't want to provide. On check out they had charged for these, so another 2 hours later we managed to get the bill right. The problem is that there is no autonomy at reception and everything has to be cleared by a manager who is never there and has to be constantly phoned. The staff whilst delightful and very helpful, can't actually do anything. So as long as you don't need anything you won't have a problem. We had booked a car seat for our airport transfer when we booked the hotel, we then had to chase for the seat as again they had no record of it despite it being in their email confirmation alongside the crib — which was ready in our room and was great. The hotel generally suffers from poor management and ridiculous protocols which require signatures and more signatures for everything you order. So whilst the guests are tightly monitored the facilities are not. Someone put coffee in the tea machine.

Great resort, beautiful pool with a nice buffet breakfast each morning. Swim up bar is cool, drink prices are reasonable with happy hour each day 5 — 7, buy 2 cocktails get the 3rd free.

Let's start with the positives: the staff is really friendly and he don't mess with security. The restaurant is good at decent prices.
However the rooms are not worthy of a hotel of this standard. In some rooms there found roaches, in others it's an invasion of ants. Not to mention the view that getting you down (depends on the rooms) or material reduced to the strict minimum (1 bath towel and 1 bottle of water per person). No robes, hand towel, SOAP is not renewed when it ended (without your request), you not display the sign "service please" didn't matter to that your room is done on your return from trip, …

Centrally located and a few minutes from the beach! In spite of being a massive hotel with +300 rooms, the attention is very personal. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool is huge with a lovely bar. Breakfast here is a banquet. Rooms are affordable for what you get — — very affordable! The Wi-Fi works well everywhere within the hotel.

In the heart of Sanur, this venue sits amongst the many restaurants & shops as a haven to relax in. It balances security with welcome as you enter & notic the large, central pool area. This area is the central feature of the venue and has both shallow & deeper pools, along with a bar & numerous deck chairs/locations to relax. The resort restaurant is situated at the far end of the pool area & provides customers with a good variety of dishes at an affordable price. The rooms are well appointed, clean & have an outdoor spa pool on their balcony. The conference rooms are large & comfortable, with all the necessities to handle a mid-sized crowd. There is a fitness centre located adjacent to the conference rooms. It is basic but adequate for holiday fitness. Staff are professional & welcoming. Highly recommended.

Good large modern hotel in Sanur with competitive prices. We had two rooms: a twin overlooking the pool and a king on the outside with a jacuzzi tub on the balcony — can't imagine using the latter with a nice pool available in a better environment. Poolside room was slightly nicer. Buffet breakfast is extensive and included western and Asian choices. Hotel is on the main strip near good dining options and easy walking distance to beach and beach walk. They have an arrangement with the Crema beach club if you want a lounger and umbrella. Works just fine, just have to reserve ahead and bring a paper voucher. Also rented their bikes for a day at very reasonable rate.

We had a nice room. The staff was very nice and the Restaurant was good. They got a reply nice Pool area. It is possible to get free sunbeds at the beach which is a 5minute walk away. Sadly the beach and water is really littered.

Love the Swiss-Bel, we have stayed here twice and will be back again. Staff are very friendly and very helpful, rooms are nice and well cleaned. The pool is just amazing, with a swim up bar. Wifi works well throughout the hotel.

While the pool and entrance looked great. I woke up in the morning to find really the bed sheets had red stains all over them. Old towels. A few large cracks in the outdoor Jacuzzi. Breakfast was horrible. Will not return here.

Best place in Sanur, very very friendly staff, loved the food and bar. Rooms were very tidy, neat and affordable. Will definitely go back and recommend to everyone.

Great Hotel you can get in Sanur, the place for not to crowded vacation. You can have a room with a private jacuzzi. Just pour half a bottle of body gel into that, and have a relaxing snow bath. Delightful breakfast. Large warm water swimming pool in the centre of the hotel that you can swim anytime. It's near to the beach. You can see sunrise there.

Seven months ago. Great hotel, location to restaurants in area is terrific. Evening dining was never a hassle as there are so many great places to choose from. You would be hard to please if you did not like the breakfasts. Rooms great, huge bathroom and very friendly staff. Would stay here again.
