Very dark room, buat clean bed & bathroom. Affordable price.

I ordered a pool view bedroom but I got a pool access bedroom, maybe I was lucky. It is affordable, clean and has friendly staff. I love to stay in The Griya Sanur!

Although the rooms are pretty clean, detail cleaning could be done periodically. Air conditioning could also be improved.

Saya saat ini jam ini menit ini detik ini sedang menginap disini Telpon receptionist complain TV tidak bisa nyala pada jam 18.00 wita, jawabnya sebentar pak nanti kita cek Jam19.00wita kita keluar makan dan menghampiri receptionist jawabnya ga mengenakkan sama sekali, kamar sudah penuh jadi tidak bisa ganti tv Pulang dari makan, kita tanya lagi masih ga jelas Jam20.00wita kita telpon lagi masih ga jelas Sama sekali ga ada niatan untuk ke kamar ngecek apanya yg rusak Atau emang barangkali dari awal sudah tau kalo TV di kamar ini rusak? Pelayanan yg benar2 jelek Jangan nginap disini.

Darker than expected. Not much amenities. Mirror in the bathroom is already spotchy. Bead and pillows are good enough.

Had a great time! Spent 2 weeks there and the staff are all friendly and helpful! Nice clean room and great pool area! Abit away from the center of town but I enjoy that better!

The Griya Sanur isn't too bad for what you pay. Maybe it doesn't deserve a 2 star review. Was thinking about giving it 3 until I was leaving and saw that all the employees blocked my bike in with theirs. For as many tourists that come to Bali, I don't understand how so many hotel staff still don't get hospitality. The rooms were fine, very plain, but relatively clean. They are a bit worn, but the bed was comfortable and the shower very strong. I stayed 2 nights and couldn't sleep either night due to all the mosquitos in my room. Got eaten alive. For that reason alone, I wouldn't stay here again. The staff seemed nice, though I would have appreciated them asking me how my stay was when I checked out. The hotel has excellent access and is easy to find, but it's on the wrong side of the bypass to access the beach. I wouldn't cross it with a family. The Griya is not a place to hang out. It just serves as a place to sleep for the night and unfortunately, because of the bugs, I didn't get much of that.

Didn't stay here, but walked through with my girlfriend as a possible reception venue. The grounds were very nice, but old and worn, which kind of gave it a nice charm, we thought. Same with the rooms. It's right oin the beach with several pool areas so you can have a wuite nap or jump around with your kids. If I didn't already live in Sanur, I would give this hotel a try. D sanur.

Calm place, near sanur beach.

I was very disappointed nothing like link on Internet. The place is old and dingy, the food in the restaurant was awful. Thanks to quick email to my travel agent she found better hotel and I left after one night.

Absolute shambles! Dirty! old air conditioning noisy and not cooling! And not the best service… this photo dose Not show the real hotel rooms. We change room 3 times and finally after 1 night we change the hotel and went to a Swiss Bellresort which was absolutely fantastic with not only clean rooms but amazing service!

While a little outta the way, from kuta or legion … Its a fantastic place to unwind, almost like a private villa experience … Great staff, great food, & really only a $10 taxi back into party central (kuta) if you want to party …

If you get large online discount then it might be worth it. Poor location, service is minimal, and restaurant is not good.

We are trying to budget and we decided to go spend a little extra and get this room because we were so exhausted carrying our bags on our bikes from the airport area we just wanted to rest and cut out looking around too much. We got to our room and it looked great nice and clean and had big windows out to a beautiful pool area. We don't normally care about a TV but we were paying for it and it didn't even work. The Wi-Fi was out and we got the room also so we could plan our next route using the Internet. We got up early and went to desk and they appologized. Didn't do anything about TV and said by 8am — it was 6 at the time. The restaurant would have active Wi-Fi we could use. Overall the point is we have had better experience at a place half the price. We were just expecting better service for the money. Maybe just came on the wrong night. My boyfriend also started getting sick the night after we left. Not knowing forsure if it was from their food or not. Can not say.

Wonderful, it's more than average.

Nice hotel, helpful staff, nice food… However, location isn't great being on a busy main road!

We stayed 10 days and had a great time the staff are gorgeous people the food is great no complaints.
