I had my first Aerial Relaxation Yoga class here, and it was an unforgettable experience.
The hammock provided such a calming cocoon for gentle poses and deep relaxation, enhanced by elements of meditation and sound healing. The unique location near the sea, with ocean waves as the backdrop, made it even more serene. The building's stunning architecture, from its cave-like interiors to the wooden attic with an open sea view, added to the otherworldly ambiance.
Highly recommend for anyone seeking relaxation and tranquility!

Just had an amazing aerial pilates session in Udara Bali! The instructor is very welcoming for a newbie like me. Love the ambience and the view, it adds more to the experience.
I will definitely will come back for the core strength exercises!

I had an incredible experience at the water healing session today! My therapist was absolutely amazing—she made me feel so comfortable and created a truly beautiful experience.
I also brought friends with me who went for massages, and they were equally thrilled with their treatments. The entire place is stunning, peaceful, and so well-maintained.
I’ll definitely be planning a holiday with a guest stay here soon. Highly recommend this oasis of relaxation and healing! ✨️

Udara gained a special place in my heart as it offered me a lot during my stay here. I stayed 2 weeks here and it felt like a bliss to me. Everything is very well thought of. The people are very kind and sweet, willing to help you with all you need. I attended a lot of yoga classes, which are very different, from relaxing to very powerful. Also the special events are very transformative, from kirtan, to ecstatic dance, fully expressed to mandala gong puja. The sound healing sessions have a special place in my heart, the celestial sound healing taking place on Saturday is very dear to me, as it was so delicate and nurturing for my soul. Also, the water yoga and water healing was life changing to me, as they changed my personal relationship with water. This is my last day here and I am very saddened by the fact that I have to leave, but I treasure my memories here and I’ll come back to this place whenever my heart will require it. I must say that I am very grateful for each and every person which made my stay here at Udara so wonderful! 🙏🧘‍♀️🪷

I had the most amazing stay for my retreat at Udara! The staff was super nice and helpful, food was absolutely delicious and the yoga classes were amazing. The spa area could be straight out of a fantasy movie. Highly recommend staying there!

Tried aerial yoga for the first time and glad to did it here at Udara! The place is just beautiful, and doing the yoga with such beautiful ocean view is just a wonderful experience.

We went here for an aerial yoga class and it was absolutely amazing. It was our first time doing yoga, but Desi (our trainer) made our experience way more easier and unforgettable. She was so calm and patient with us and explained everything step by step. She even came to each of us to teach and correct our posture. 10/10 totally recommend!

Hands down one of the best places I’ve stayed at. This was my first yoga retreat experience and I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed it. The rooms are great, spacious and with a great AC. The staff are super friendly and helpful. You would feel like home in this place. The Spa facilities, yoga classes, sound healing sessions are all above and beyond. We originally booked for 2 nights but after the first day we extended our stay. This place is so unusually beautiful and it seems they are adding more facilities as well which look very exciting. Definitely recommend.

The resort is soooo beautiful, it's unreal. Absolutely loved it. The staff are so kind and very attentive. Everything is perfectly handled. If you feel like sth is missing you just have to ask and you will receive it. It was a wonderful experience. The place is so close to the sea that you can easily walk to the beach. The yoga places are amazing on the 2nd floor. Massage place is wonderful. You can do yoga and have massage with the view of the sea and the sound of water and a nice breeze.

I had the very first yoga session in my life in Udara Bali. Located right across Seseh Beach and surrounded by beautiful paddy fields, the location is so peaceful, really fitting for yoga/healing activities. I did the Yin/Sound Yoga on sunset hours. The instructor was so helpful! She explained every moves clearly, a newbie like me could easily follow. I was feeling great throughout the session. Thank you~
