I expected a good quality villa for this money. But it turned out to be very old. The air conditioners are old, there are problems with sewerage. The paint on the walls is stained. The water from the shower does not leave for 2 hours. The mattress is very hard.

It is in a beautiful area and you have a little bit of the ocean view.
The staff Sue and Dewa are very kind & helpful the whole stay ♥️
Persia the cat is very content to have new visitors though you’ll find fur on your clothing so bring a lint remover 😉
You are unable to get a grab car from the villa, though grab scooter will come. This made our stay a little difficult to get down to Lovina for dinner shopping ect as we are not comfortable putting our 8yr old son on the back of one. It’s also not walkable unless you are a seasoned hiker lol!
There is no bathroom on top level that we could use, having to go downstairs to bedrooms became a chore.
Beds were so hard we went out and purchased toppers. Air conditioning sounds like it’s a plane taking off all night and no where for toilet paper to rest in second room other than the floor.
There is also no mention on the amount of stairs to get down to villa as you also need to use them to get back up. (photo only shows a third of the stairs you need to take) Not ideal for the elderly or anyone with leg or stability issues. There also is no warning or mention of the monkeys coming into kitchen and taking your snack food off the bench 😭
We also had a gas leak. The regulator on bottle was broken and the smell of gas filled the upper rooms of villa. We disconnected bottle and staff fixed in morning. Very lucky We smelt before hand and didn’t start cooking as it would have been an explosion.
