Great resort that feels secluded and very relaxed. Good for a snorkeling and diving base as plenty of facilities available for hire including tours to nearby islands and coral beds. The staff are very attentive; grounds are well kept and spacious; breakfast is plentiful and fresh. There is onsite bar, shop, spa, restaurant, pool, beach towels AND its own private beach.

Lovely beach resort with a range of room styles. The hotel was helpful in planning excursions. The beach front dining is beautiful. We had a wonderful time learning to cook with the chef. They only sell small bottles of water but you can get large jugs for the same price in stores just outside the resort.

Wonderful spot. The location is amazing, clean, open and spacious set up. A lot of places to sit, chill or lounge in the shade. The pool is big and clean. The beach is clean and almost private. You can snorkel or dive close by. Breakfast is really good! I will come back. It’s also amazing because it is pet friendly. Next time I will bring my dog here… Close by there are many small local restaurants where you can go by foot. Tasty and cheap.

Wonderful place with friendliest chef who teaches the cooking class. We had the best time learning to cook Balinese food on the beach with him.

We stayed here for the diving and it was amazing! The hotel was nice too. We came in mango season and we saw a mango drop from a tree in the grounds before our very eyes. Later on we ate said mango and it tasted great!

Beautiful seaside place and possibility to eat there admiring the fishermen and the sunset/sunrise.

Resort to enjoy. It Has a large chalets with garden that are one pass. Without a doubt a very recommended place.

Hotel is in a remote and quiet location. My wife and I went scuba diving in Menjangan for a few days so the hotel worked great for us. Its not worth staying in the upscale rooms, the basic ones are as good. 3 stars for the breakfast buffet and 5 stars for cleanliness and customer service. The front desk was amazing in helping us out (Mount Agung travel issues) Wi-Fi needs to get improved but the massages were great. You can rent a Moped at the front desk to get around easily.

The price for staying at this beautiful and lush resort is quite a bit less than expected. Will definitely visit again.

Excellent place! You can just jump out of bed direct to breakfast buffet and only one more step to the beach! The housing is amazing, the garden is tip top, very friendly personal at any time. They help you organize excursions, etc. There's a diving school right in the resort. Live Balinese music in the evening at dinning with view to the ocean. I can't say more!

My wife and I went here for dinner our first night in town. The staff are over the top delightful and the grilled Mahi mahi and tuna were super fresh and delicious. The banana daiquiris are a bit on the pricey side (twice the cost of the fish! ) but delicious and boozy. They have nice looking lounge chairs around the pool and on the beach. We definitely plan on going back and chilling! And the view/ambiance cannot be beat.

Very nice place. Swimming pool beach… good restaurant… friendly staff. Put a JREC pleats and you will have a private pool villa car garage large indoor outdoor rooms. Super! The only downside. The staff at the reception has a very rough English. Otherwise have to do really.

Superb location. It's nice and quiet but close enough to the village. The grounds were beautiful. Staff were lovely. Nice pool area with plenty of loungers and day beds.

Beautiful room (Junior Suite), friendly staff and immediate service on call, rich menu, beautiful park, suitable for snorkeling, calm and clean sea, black sandy beach, comfortable sun loungers.

Lovely resort with amazing view and facilities. The catch is this is 5 hours drive from airport and almost a day goes away in that. Recommended for people interested in diving, coming for a long vacation in Bali.

Me and my family have been coming to Taman Sari for more than 20 years now, and we are always delighted at how true to themselves they have stayed. The staff has largely stayed the same over these long years and are as kind and welcoming as ever. The facilities have evolved and improved but most of the resort has stayed as beautiful and relaxing as its always been. Love this place.

Very nice rooms. Staff is extremely kind. The beds are great, there are open air showers and toilets with our rooms, the breakfast is good.

Very quiet, quiet place to stay, great snorkeling right by the hotel, very friendly staff and decent breakfasts, but most importantly-here the magic dawns, which can be seen straight from the room.

The Resort has everything for all kind of travelers. We loved the Bungalow, it was decorated nicely with all amenities as in the pictures and very comfortable. All their Bathrooms are great addition to the room experience. Open air bathing under the sun is surely a different experience and rare :) Staffs were very nice with sweet smile and welcoming and helpful. The scenery of the surrounding areas form the resort is amazing. Swimming Pool, Restaurant, Spa was great also. Breakfast was good too but could have more varieties. The beach view is awesome. We really enjoyed our stay over there. Highly recommended for people who wants to have a lazy and comfortable holidays. We will come back here when we visit Bali again.

A luxurious sanctuary in the north of Bali. The resort has direct access to the beach with the view of both the mountains and the ocean! The beach front restaurant (on the sands) was a perfect place for the buffet breakfast (complimentary) and served a good selection of Indonesian and western food for lunch/dinner. We had a wonderful stay in their junior suite. The room was lovely with a king bed and an equally big day bed outside. We ordered an extra bed, which wasn't used as the day bed was pretty comfortable for our friend. The extra bed comes with breakfast tho, so it was still worthwhile. Note there was no tv, nor was there any microwaves. The outdoor shower was cute. The pools with their spacious loungers were a personal favourite. One of the pools has salt-water, which I thought was interesting. The resort also offered massages with fair rates. A friend got a traditional Balinese massage and enjoyed it.

The best resort/hotel from 3 hotels (4 Star) that I had stayed when I got holiday on early July 2016 with family. Good pool. Have many lazy chair around pool and beach. Nice place to enjoy romantic dinner. But price a little bit higher. Have large garden. On Deluxe Studio equipped with satellite channel TV. Also have small shared swimming pool. Room size: Can not accommodate extra bed. 2 story building Other rooms are villa room and villa with private pool.

Good place for holiday! Nice place with a good architecture. The place ia huge and the room is closed to the beach. They have a lot of facilities for water sport, spa, massages etc. Staffs are nice and helpful. Very recommended.

The spot is superb. We have direct access to the beach. The beach chairs are under shady trees which is good for mid-day lounging on the beach. The snorkling areas are not too far but the hotel does not rent out gears. Food at the restaurant are decent and fairly priced. The only problem is the mosquitoes at night. There are too many in the room and the extra bed is not covered by the netting. For couples the bathroom situation is fine, but with kids not too ideal as the door to the bathroom is not even frosted. I would love to come back some day and stay longer. I hope they upgrade the facilities.

We are just go eat at the restaurant in this resort which overlooks the beach. The meal was excellent and refined. The place is romantic for a romantic dinner. Interesting wine list.

Far from Denpasar and very quite place. I like it very much this hotel, Suitable for relaxing with families with beuatiful beach.

We stayed at the dolphin family suite. The hotel is beautiful, was fun Nite.

Too bad that we stayed only for a night, but definitely will come again for more days and join some trips. Room was good, service and food were great, and it was a homey place, no wonder the place has always guests.

We just love Villa Ratih, at Taman Sari. Villa Ratih is a 3 bedroom villa with private pool, set in a botanic-like garden. With housekeeping staff the villa is just perfect for the entire family or group of friends and provides much more space than villas in Legian or Sanur. Here you can enjoy snorkelling and exploring reef, only a couple of metres straight of the beach! How good is that?
