My girlfriend and I had a very good stay here. The rooms are clean & comfy, the bathroom is well equipped and the guy at the reception speaks English very well and is very helpful/friendly. He hooked us up with a good driver (his cousin) who was very friendly and drove us around for a full day at a good price. So would definitely recommend this homestay with a few but’s.
The homestay is close to the main road to might get awake much during the night if you are not a good sleeper. We had a giro at the reception when we arrived and she really didn’t speak English well. So if you are looking for tips on how to get around and the guy is not there, you might be on your own.
But all in all, a very good place to stay!

Wonderful
25 minutes’ drive from Lovina Beach and still retaining the shape of a colonial Dutch house from 1938, Made Oka Homestay and Warung is a family-run accommodation which nestles on the mountainous areas of Munduk and provides free on-site parking.

Stayed here with a friend for a few nights. It had great Wi-Fi, a clean room, and wonderful service. We were a two minute walk from a place for renting scooters, also very close to many great Warungs. We even had a sunset view from our balcony. The downside would be the noise from the street. You are directly on the main road so it does not have that jungle feel that some of the other homesteads have.
