Quiet and friendly and a great way to enjoy both the hustle bustle and then retreat to your suite and just chill in the pool, catch some sun or read a book.

Private villas are a great size with a large beautiful pool and clean, minimalist bedrooms. Staff are very friendly.

Nice place. Nice location. A bit too dark at night, they need to pay attention to the lighting imo. And If only the hotel restaurant is inside the property then it'll be perfect.

Beautiful villas, clean pool, spacious throughout, lovely deco and close to all shops and main road. Staff very helpful, we told them we are on our honey moon and they got us a cake and nice bath decoration at the next day.

Disappointing. So far we have had a broken water cooler, broken oven, cold and incorrect breakfast served and they were rude to our friends who visited us at the Villa. As regular Bali travellers this is far less than what we usually get here and wouldn’t recommend this villa at all.

Very fair price compared to other villas, Very friendly staff, very welcoming, very clean villa, very safe, villas are maintained frequently. Area around the villas are full of tourists, close to many attractions & the beach. Perfect for honeymoon, and group hangouts! Definitely will visit again!

Beautiful villa & very friendly staff. However, front desk staff need to be more organised and not keep guests waiting for too long at check in.

Advertised price on website was $1500 AUD for 5 nights, states has a 10% price beat gaurentee if you find a cheaper rate. Agoda offered same room/date for $1300, meaning the reduced rate would be $1170. Contacted reservations who told me that the booking had to be made through there website first, they refund the differece. They then told me they removed that rate on Agoda making the gaurentee not valid. Did not make booking.

Awesome place with a great friendly staff. Our villa was perfect and very spacious. The private pool was exceptional. Breakfast was good and there was free transport to it. The staff is great. Very friendly and helpful and will take care of you. Lots to see and do around Seminyak within walking distance. Great place for a family. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent private villa. Pool absolutely stunning. Bath a little dangerous & ran out of hot water before it was full.

Loved our stay here very memorable and would highly recommend. The staff got to know us and talk to us quite often one day we didn't go to the breakfast and they came to make sure we were ok. Bedrooms are clean and tidy the beauty spa is very nice. Breakfast is good and I highly recommend the BBQ they offer I wish we had of got it earlier in or stay and not on the last day. The security at this villa is very good as well service is great and staff are very friendly. 10/10 I look forward to coming back.

Cozy posh place, will be perfect if the swim pool inside each villa are longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay here in our one bedroom private villa… Beautiful surroundings, staff were impeccable, housekeeping were outstanding, bed was incrediblly comfortable, loved the air-conditioning in the bathroom with the large traditional inground bath, great fridge/freezer. The pool included a super wonderful inflatable pink flamingo which was a fun touch. The only negative which was there was only one small cupboard for our clothes, which of course wasn't nearly big enough for the two of us, but thankfully our bedroom was huge with plenty of space to have our bags open. We both travel alot and stay in many hotels and private villas and these are definitely one of our favourites, just hope they do something about the lack of cupboard space.

What a beautiful villa! Love are stay here, quite and very private and its really nice to have your own private pool that always been clean everyday. The staff is so polite. Our butler our the best! I wish I can take them home… we will come back to stay here again…

A diamond in the heart of busy Lehian street.

This villa is the best place to stay in bali. Friendly staff, private pool, nice interior, quite, super fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast however only available up to 3 option, they can bring it to your room but expect a cold main dishes.

Big villa, near with shopping area but the villa was so quit. Nice. But check in time at 3pm at check out at 12pm.

I highly recommend Seminyak Suite and will definitely return, our time here has been an absolute delight. From the time we arrived the staff have been nothing short of exceptional, the service very attentive, courteous and thorough. Our rooms, linen and gardens were exceptionally clean, tidy and maintained daily. The purpose of our trip was to celebrate my wife's 50th Birthday and the staff made every effort to make her feel special, even making her a birthday cake. The food was beautiful and the staff at breakfast wonderful, especially Putu and Adhi ("Happy Chappy") for getting our mornings off to such a joyous start, great fun. Thanks to all the staff at Saminyak Suite for a wonderful Bali experience :)

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with our teens. Fabulous rooms, and plenty of space. The villa feels like a sanctuary away from the world which is just what we needed, but close enough to the shops. The staff are very welcoming and so helpful. What impressed me the most was that they cater for gluten free — so hard to find in Asia. Big thumbs up from me.

Nice place. Had issues with the a/c (complained for 3 days in row), though the Duty Manager was apologetic and offered to comp massage and some others for us. Generally good but service could be very much more professional, not just purely greeting and friendly.

Great villas tucked away from the main road and the hustle and bustle. There are a collection of 1-3 bedroom places all with their own pool. Room are huge and all have an internal lounge and bathroom areas as well as outdoor dining area and large pool. Great place for a holiday if you want to be away from the large hotels.

3 stars because while the villas were big, they look old. The towels weren't exactly clean and the breakfast was below average. The saving grace of this place were the friendly and helpful staffs. Wine opener was delivered to us in less than 10mins. And the bed was comfortably soft and huge. :)

Stayed here two weeks ago and love it! Very strategic area.

Goods very excited! Super friendly hotel staff, good food, and staff! Restaurants and shops within walking distance! Sightseeing of course only with taxis! Blue birds! Was a nice holiday! Again happy to! Recommended.
