Airbnb style accomodation with villa full of personal effects, lack of support arriving late despite multiple emails to management — we were left to fend for ourselves. Configuration not well setup for families, poor to no Wi-Fi speed and tired apartment with old bedding, aweful smell in bathroom. Breakfast only positive.
The hotel is gorgeously decorated, very quiet and private. The property is maintained nicely and rooms are spacious and clean. There is some construction going on near by so if that sort of thing bothers you, id recommend staying away until renos are complete. The staff are friendly but the only issue I have is that they were quite annoying with the check out. They called the night before to confirm check out, and then called 2 times in the morning before check out time to make sure I was checking out. It felt very rushed like they wanted me out for the next guest, which is fine but if your checkout says 12pm and youre calling twice before then its kind of annoying.
