What a nice place! really helped me recovering from the trip. Lovely pick up driver and excellent staff, especially asti, wisna and aussie. And the guys from the late shift on 27th, didn‘t remember theor names :-) highly recommendable!

Seminyak. Affordable price, good rooms, and excellent staff service. Good location. Near to everything. Good for people traveling on a budget. We stayed for 6 nights. No complaints.

Amazing, wonderful, friendly and helpful staff — the customer service is above and beyond, they will go out of their way to help you with absolutely anything you need, anything at all. The staff treat you like family, they are just beautiful down to earth people who would do anything to bend over backwards to help with a smile on their face. The staff sung happy birthday to me at my hotel door with a cake and gift and instruments, it was beautiful. The rooms are immaculate and tidy and very quiet and peaceful to get a great nights rest. The staff tidy your rooms daily and make sure they are immaculate and leave cute messages and notes on your bed and cute towel arrangements. They are constantly replenishing the supplies in the rooms daily and doing your laundry for a cheap rate if needed. The hotel is lovely and central to the shops and beach, very close to walk or scooter anywhere including all over seminyak, Legian or Kuta. The restaurant attached to the hotel has delicious food and the breakfasts included are such good value for money and there is a great menu selection in general and for room service. The room service is fantastic. The live music at the attached restaurant is unreal. The day spa on level 5 of the hotel gives the best massages I’ve ever had at a great price. The staff at the day spa are fantastic and well trained. They make you feel very spoilt and the treatments are luxurious.

We stay at home and the hotel is very good, the food is divine! peaceful hotel despite the location where it is located (kuta) I recommend :D ❤

The location is strategic, and the hotel itself is great. The staffs are very nice and friendly. The room is cozy, although it's quite small. The breakfast menu is good, but it still needs improvement. Overall, this hotel is good and convenient. It's a shame that we didn't get the welcome drink, which other people had. It's recommended for those who wants to stay with affordable price and in a standard room.

Very strategic location, friendly and helpful staff, got an Italian restaurant and massage center attached to the building, still affordable for the price and room is comfortable enough. Parking space is limited though.

Considering its a budget hotel we were very pleased. The rooms are clean and you get basic amenities. Good breakfast for extra 60k. Prices for double / twin room are around 350k at hotel. Nice decor and good location.

Superb place that deserves a 5 star if it was not as confusing, necessary to rest what is the first goal of a hotel.

Cheap hotel in good location. Rooms are fairly small. Bathroom not perfectly clean. But overall pretty good for the price. I would happily stay again.

The hotel is close to a pizza restaurant on a one way street. Staff was friendly upon arrival and gave complimentary ginger sugar drinks. Our room consisted of a two twin sized beds (unfortunately the queen bed was fully booked). There is a decent small toilet and shower. Amenities include toothbrush, shower gel, and shampoo. There is a small mini fridge with two complimentary Waters in the room. Decent everything with value. The hotel is really close to alot of independent small shops and a few restaurants. Location is probably 10 minutes away from the beach!

We stayed at Grandma's Plus Hotel Legian for only 1 night, before our flight back, and it was the perfect location, only 20 min to the airport by car, and also walking distance (20min) to Beachwalk Shopping Center (with several stores and restaurants, near the beach). The staff was great and helped us find a cab to the airport, as our flight was early in the morning (we leave the hotel at 4am! ). The hotel is clean and very comfortable. We did a massage at the hotel's spa and it was amazing! We had a great and relaxing last day in Bali. Definitely recommend the place and wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it better. Maybe next time.

Small room, but cozy enough. Stayed at the triplet room. Bathroom was clean, beds are comfort, pillows are great, and breakfast… yum!

Good location. Friendly staff. Clean and neat room. Air con works properly and quietly. Breakfast variation is limited but they allowed you to choose one menu from their cafe selection as an addition to the standard breakfast menu. Weird decor. Their parking vallet is very helpful. Considering their location in Legian, this is a substantial plus point.

Perfect hotel in Kuta, super central and quiet, clean and modern rooms.

Excellent hotel service, no swimming pool but I don't need it anyway :) The staff were very, very helpful and polite. Clean small room but very well equipped. Value for money. They provide bunch of toiletries and free water every day. Also vouchers for Rehat spa located next door so I decided to try on the last day of Bali. Good massage! Parking lot is just around the corner.

We had a great stay at Grandmas plus hotel. The breakfast was great! Lots of fresh fruit, and cute desserts. The rooms were small but comfortable. The Wi-Fi was good. We also got a massage at the spa downstairs which was so nice and discounted for staying at the hotel. My only complain it that the adds on the TV and the booklet both mention a pool which is at a different Grandmas Hotel. Overall I’d recommend this place.

The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable, but for 200 to a day I got a hyper small room, with hyper small windows. And the walls are so much cardboard that there was a feeling that the windows are just not closed. (although it is not). Annoyed every passing moped without a normal silencer. It's just impossible to sleep. Escaped to another place. And overall a good hotel.

Nice hotel located near the beach. The rooms are small like the price. But the rooms are clean. If you travelling low budget but don't like a backpackers lodge, GrandMas Hotel is a very good option. A small room but your own bathroom with hot water and a toilet. Every day a clean towel and clean sheets. They provide a water ketel to make your own hot drinks. Every day a small bottle of mineral water. In the room is also a small fridge to keep your drinks and food cool. Every room has a little locker with a code to keep your jewelry, money and other important things safe if you leave the room. The people of the front desk are polite and helpful.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very accommodating but the room we were given was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. Definitely more a back packers hotel room and the bathroom was also very small. It appears to me that these were built to make a very small area look like a hotel room. There was no where to put our suit cases except on the floor which meant stepping over one and there was no wardrobe or drawers so you had to live out of your suit case. We lasted one night and moved on.

The hotel rooms are clean and tidy. The staffs are very polite and knowledgeable. The location is about 30 mins away near the airport and it is very convenient to go to other places from tourist attractions from there. Definitely value for money.

Such a funky hotel. Excellent service. Make sure you get your hotel breakfast too. It's delicious — tea/coffee, juice, main meal, fresh fruit and some traditional Indonesian condiments.

Cleanest, nicest hotel in Legian area. Awesome breakfast. Book with them at the desk, it's 60K IDR cheaper than if you book on agoda.

Great location in the Main Street of Legian. The Grandmas hotel is surprisingly quiet, the rooms are small but very well laid out with comfortable beds, good air conditioning, a clean and functional bathroom. It also has a small fridge and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was very good quality with several different selections to cater for most tastes. There is valet parking available for those with cars. You can also get some relaxing treatment in the spa on the premises and the massage I had was excellent. This will be my new hotel when staying in Legian, very good value for money.

For my first time in bali. It was a nice hotel, the rooms were decent and clean. They also have a spa and massage service.

Nice location if you want to go to the beach with cheap price. Small room but ok if you are in just for sleeping.

The room wasn't clean. The linens was dirty and there were a lot of ants in a bathroom. There were served with a bottle of still water with a metal bottelneck, but there wasn t any bottle-opener in the room. Not too much place for clothes. What is well, it's a location — very closed to the beach.

We stayed two nights at Grandmas Seminyak and enjoyed our stay. The day starts with an excellent breakfast in the onsite restaurant. The location is excellent, many stores around and a short walk to a very happening beach for sunset happy hour. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the themed mural on the wall. The hotel spa is highly rated and has great prices. I recommend a visit during your stay.

Average hotel. I feel it's a bit pricey and not good view. Breakfast is not a buffet, set options which are average. Currently the entrance is going through renovation so it's a bit noisy sometimes.

So close to the beach, nice room, and service.

Bathroom door is creaking and little cockroach in the hallway.

My wife and I enjoyed a ten day stay here, it was wonderful. Our room was great, it was nice and Quiet and nice and cheap. We would have liked a small fridge, but managed. Very close by are some of the best restaurants in Bali. We would recommend and will return again to Grandmas, Joe and Diane.

Nice budget hotel, u dont really need a luxury room rite? the environtment is formidable to stay.

I stayed at Grandmas from August 18 — 23, 2014. The rooms are absolutely NOT suitable to accommodate two adults. The room we were given had no windows at all, it felt like a prison ward. We then asked to please be appointed a room with windows which was luckily available although they mentioned that the "hotel" was fully booked. (They even asked us to stay longer if we wish to do so which of course would have Never considered). My friend booked it without consulting me first as I would have NEVER paid AU$41.00 for a "prison cell". A big mistake that was! I was even more disgusted when we needed an extra pillow each and were asked to pay Rp10.000 each (not refundable)! Breakfast was so so but I was mostly put off by the flies that were swarming around! All in all, my experience at Grandmas was the worst ever in comparison to all other places I have stayed at in Bali during the years and for much less! I managed to get hold of respectable hotels for $27 — $35! The only good thing there was the massage and pedicure I had! A clear rip off, Never Ever shall I even consider looking at Grandmas chain again! Good Luck to all others who are willing to spend their holidays in a "prison cell". Enjoy. :).

Great location, 3 minutes walking to the beach. Rooms are small but cosy and neat. The area is also quite relaxing.
