This place is absolutely incredible. Stunning buildings and pools, very very clean.
Nice and quiet especially as it’s located just off one of Seminyak’s busiest streets. The staff are so helpful, especially Ela who was just beautiful. Definitely coming back ♥️

Upon returning to this incredible villa 3 years after our first visit, it’s even more amazing than what we remember. I have stayed at many hotels around the world but have never come across one not only as beautiful, but with such thoughtful staff who go above and beyond to make your experience one in a lifetime. We’ve never experienced hospitality such as this where you can’t help but wake up with a smile. Not only is the facility amazing but the staff bring it to another level. I could not recommend this place enough, I can’t imagine a more perfect villa in Seminyak exists.

This is my Bali home. Get the waterfall room! So close to all the action and your experience starts with the airport pickup if you ordered it. If you are unable to make the stay (eg. Volcano stops flights) these guys have excellent credit options to be able to get your value at a different time.

Great service, very clean and very good location (close to shops and restaurants in seminiyak). I really loved Private pool in our villa. That was really amazing and very much a private space. The reception staff and all other staffs was so lovely and helpful. I will definitely stay in Equillibria next time for my holiday in Seminiyak, Bali.

The best place to stay in Bali. Service here is impeccable and I celebrated my birthday here three years in a row. Stay at the waterfall villa — it’s worth it! Food is brilliant — vegetarian options are plenty.

I cant say enough amazing things about this hotel. Though it's been around for 6/7 years. Their standards have never dropped. The rooms are always well kept. Very clean. The service is impeccable. Very friendly staff and shuttle drivers. The breakfast is really good. I would recommend the fried rice (nasi goreng) the bed is comfortable, the complimentary massage was really good too. I can't wait to go back for another stay!

My partner and I stayed in the Waterfall Villa for 7 nights, and we had the absolute best time! The split level villa was perfect size for a couple, very clean and luxurious. It was a perfect private little oasis to rest after sighting the chaotic streets of Seminyak! My partner surprised me with a candle lit dinner in our villa for my 30th birthday, and it was so memorable! Highly recommend that! The spa treatment was 10/10. The entire staff were amazing! So professional and helpful. Special shout out to our butler, Heri, who was absolutely perfect! We could not fault anything, and we’ll be back for sure. Highly recommend this place!

Five star service & accommodation. Located in the heart of Seminyak yet extremely private. Short stroll to all the shops, restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend.

Very nice. Staff/butlers very courteous. Food very tasty. The best thing is location. Right in the middle of semniyak shopping district. Everything is nearby. La Favela a wonderful night club is 1 min walking. I highly recommend equillibria.

I spent my honeymoon in Equilibria. I would say Its the best villa I have been to in Bali. The staffs there really take care of all your needs. They keep the place super clean. The pools are well maintained. They even have a personal Butler who is contactable 24/7. Alot of varieties for breakfast & the food is delicious. Alot of shipping areas are nearby. The food hall supermarket is about 15 mins walk away from the villa. Overall a convenient place to stay at.

This is the best place to stay in bali. Because of the beautiful villas inside and the kind nd helpful staff of this hotel… the stay becomes a very happy kind of stay… Whenever we used to leave our room for going on tour in bali… Every staff over there greeted us with a good morning or good evening and that too with a sweet smile which made us feel that we are between a bunch of sweethearts… We were there for our stay during honeymoon days… And when we entered in our villa for the first time… I was so amazed to see the beauty of the bedroom… It was decorated with flowers, candles and chocolates, which made me feel like I was in my dream room Other than all this… The quick room service nd the butler were a boon. The private pool on top is the best part of the villas… Where you can enjoy with your partner… ;) With all other amenities there… I loved the spa facility there. I completely enjoyed the 4 days stay there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going for a tour in bali… to enjoy the best of the service and to have the best memories… I wish to go there soon again. :)

Equilibria was incredible. Tucked behind a busy street in Seminyak it was like a dream come true. Immensely comfortable, modern, luxurious and private. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the included breakfast was superb.

Must experience the stay in this villas I have booked waterfall villa and I was there for honeymoon and they surprise us everyday with complementary gifts. Staff are helpful and kind I received spa for free. Breakfast included I recommend this place in Bali.

The best boutque hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is absolutely amazing I have three main employees, Ella, riski and Eddie and they were all incredible. The free breakfast is 24 hours so if you don't want the meal for breakfast you can take for lunch or dinner. Food amazing and really fresh. The room we had was incredible and so stunning. I have no complaints what so ever and could have picked a better hotel. The location is really centra my boyfriend and I could walk everywhere and felt safe in the area. Thank you equilibria.

This has to be one of the best boutique hotels I have ever experienced. Everything from the staff, service, food, spa, privacy, cleanliness, the list goes on… was perfect. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive. They often went above and beyond as well.
I can also very highly recommend the Candle-lit dinner in room by your pool… the candles, frangipanis, table set-up and food was truly wonderful.
The spa experiences are also wonderful.
I cannot praise this hotel and its staff enough. We have already started recommending it to everyone we know.

Love the design and atmosphere. Quiet and comfortable. With all the services you need inside.

Really cool space. Staff was super helpful, especially when my husband became ill. They shuttled us to a Dr and waited until we were ready to return. Only real complaints are that it was our least favorite breakfast from our trip and there really isn't much storage in the villas. We pack super light and there is very little shelving so I don't know what a person with actual luggage would have done. Also things like there are only two hooks in the bathroom. Felt like we were continuing to live out of our suitcase instead of really settle in. Also don't love the area of Seminyak. If we return we would likely avoid it altogether.

Probably the best ever I've been so far in terms of facilities, staff, food etc. A true 5 star not like some other places witch in reality do not deserve 3. Would definitely recommend for honeymooners as staff here will get extra mile to surprise you with something new (complimentary) every day. Upgrade to waterfall pool villa is a must and effectively good value for money. All power sockets in the villa are international so don't bother bringing adapters. There's quite few facilities free which even our travel agent was not aware off and they even offer free car drop off to your chosen destination as many times as you want. We going Dubai straight from here but already want to come back it'd truly amazing.

We have previously stayed at many hotels and villas around Bali, some costing close to USD1000 a night. Our stay at equilibria definitely ranked as one of the best in Bali. Everything from the villa to quality of the food to service has been top notched. The staff went out of their way to satisfy our requests which we truly appreciate. Well done!

Amana Villas is absolutely stunning, tranquil, and intimate. I could not recommend a more beautiful place to stay in Bali. Miss Arie and the Amana team were so accommodating… they even arranged our wedding in our villa. It was absolutely beautiful! We can't wait to go back!

Absolutely amazing Seminyak Villas Bali, AMANA Villas probably the only accommodation in Bali which has unique " waterfall " in front of your bed. Really authentic, comfort bamboo sheet, fillow, etc. (i cannot tell them all). Close to everything you need, great restaurant, night club, shopping places. Anything. The butler will help you to plan your day, just as what we need as traveller. Definitely reccomend this amazing villas.

Probably the best hotel that we have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. Amana Villas is a small boutique hotel in Seminyak, but the designs and services provided is just unparalleled. A must stay if you ever go to Bali. Will definitely be back.
