Very friendly staff and always helpful and happy, we could organise bikes and car transport. Pools are great. Very convenient spot.
Very tired and shabby environment. Certainly, not what had been promoted. The one redeeming feature are the fantastic friendly staff.

These villas have so much potential. The facilities are nice and private pool was great. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
HOWEVER they advertise that breakfast is included. It has to be booked for a set time the day before so it feels like having an alarm for every day of your holiday. It is made in the main kitchen, brought to your room in a basket and poorly reheated on the stove top.
The villas have a problem with insects which we could accept but room service needs to be more prompt because our outdoor kitchen was always full of ants and I had to put our rubbish out everyday to try to prevent it. Theres mozzies galore which the coils do little to help with. And we got absolutely eaten alive by bed bugs. My poor 5 year old was so badly covered in them and scratched himself raw to bleeding the whole holiday. He cried at night and one night I had to take him for a swim at midnight in an attempt to soothe the horrific itching.
When confronted about the bed bugs the staff at first pretended not to know what they were. When they were showed via Google it was obvious they were already aware of the problem. They offered to change our sheets! No offer of a different villa or correct eradication and then offered to vacuum our mattress. The bed bugs absolutely ruined the holiday and we went home exhausted from little to no sleep each night. If we hadn't booked and paid in advance we would have left immediately!
