Always love coming back to this hotel, our second home. The Staff are always amazing, great food and cocktails. My third stay in 6 months. Can't wait to come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay once again everything was perfect.

The whole stay was super memorable, all the staff were so helpful and always had a smile when they served us. My daughter was tired from the day of travel so she missed her breakfast. The hotel sent her breakfast to the room. I was touched by their service. I would like to share my respect and admiration for the service quality of the following staff. 1. Mr. Bagas 2. Mr. Dwi 3. Amazing experience. Staff are so friendly. Amenities are great — you have everything you need here. Gym, bar, massive pool, a solid breakfast and great restaurant menu. The rooms are clean and the hotel is well maintained. The hotel’s staff is what really makes the hotel what it is. They are so well trained, so genuine and friendly. Anything which you need, they are there for you to accommodate with a smile. Ivan, Dody, Ani and many many more. I just can’t think of their names but included in some of the photos :) We will definitely be back again. We really felt the positive vibe.

Was there 2 weeks ago absolutely loved it. Breakfast was great. The staff are full of smiles and what ever you needed they where on to it. Rooms were great comfy bed and pillows. Could not fault them at all. Will definitely come back. Pool was also great.

First time at The Stones and certainly won't be our last. Couldn't fault a thing with this hotel. The staff were so accomodating and friendly, nothing was too much of an ask from them. The food was delicious, as were the drinks at Happy hour 😋 A few hours were spent at the Pool Bar each night where we meet the most loveliest Bar Staff, who were happy to not only make the best drinks but welcomed you and took time to get to know you, and us them. We thoroughly enjoyed their company. Thanks for a wonderful vacation spent here and we will see you all in January 2023…

Wonderful place to stay. The staff are beautiful, the rooms are beautiful, with the bath on the balcony an added bonus. The pool is wonderful, and the breakfast is simply devine. Very central and close to beach. We can’t wait to come back here again.

What an amazing stay at the stones we had. The staff are fabulous and are always smiling and friendly. I really can’t fault this resort. It’s been around for a while now, so it’s a little outdated, but the pool, swim bar, breakfast one of the bests. 9 days was long enough to build rapport with the staff and I’m glad I did. Great work all and see you again soon.

All staffs are amazing friendly, attentive to the guest's needs. It shown that they are provided by professional training in delivering of service excellence to all guests. Feels like home away from home. The room which assigned was so spacious with private plunge pool which make me feel comfort to stay longer in my room, location of the hotel is just step away from Kuta beach and easily acces to Beach Walk.

A hidden gem at the Legian. Free access to the pool with only Rp. 150K and can be used as Food and Beverage credit. With the new health protocol applied by the hotel, so I don’t have to worry about this pandemic while enjoying swimming and relaxing by the pool and laying down on the sun-bed. The place well maintained and it has a spacious pool with a clear water and clean area. The Margarita Pizza was so delicious and you must try it! Dewi & Michael at The Stones Kitchen Restaurant were very attentive and friendly. Thank you very much. For sure this place is highly recommended and next time definitely I will come to try for stay experience.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. It's got great rooms that are spacious and clean. The location is right next to the beach so it's about a 3 minute walk from the lobby of the hotel. The breakfast is amazing and highly recommended with the price being very reasonable. It's a bit on the pricey side of course, but you get what you pay for. Professional, clean, and relaxing. My only complaint is that they will typically play loud music during the day at the pool which is kind of annoying.

One of the best hotel across kuta beach. Clean and spacious room. Also it have large size swimming pool. The staffs also very nice and helpful. Enjoyed my time here.

Spent a week at The Stones and it's a great hotel with wonderful staff that is always quick to greet you with a smile. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The balcony is a great place to chat and take in the view after a long day. There are a few small mini marts just outside the complex and plenty of places to try and explore. The breakfast buffet is delicious with plenty of choices. Little warungs line the alleys streets all around the location. The beach is across the street. Great place to stay if you plan to stay in Kuta.

I absolute love The Stones Hotel. My first trip to Bali was many years ago and I always consider this place home. The staff are always smiling and friendly and always remember my name. You must get a pool view on the higher floors to enjoy the soaking tub on the balcony. With the privacy screen, you have nothing to worry about. This place does play music from about 10:30am-9:30pm daily. That said, I’ve read recent complaints about the noise from the music. I personally enjoy the music and the music selection, and it also helps drown out some of the noise from some of the neighbors. The breakfast selection is amazing and there’s something for everyone on the menu. The prices have slightly risen since my last visit, but I suppose that is to be expected. If you are a Marriott rewards member, they will possibly upgrade you to a better room. It’s free to sign up. I’m not upgraded every time, but I do receive a suite from time to time. There are often Bali fire shows or events down by the pool almost every night. If you’re looking to spend your time alone in your room, this isn’t the place for you. That said, if you’re looking to meet people of all ages from all over the world, I’d highly recommend staying at least one night to get the true Stones Hotel experience. Don’t forget to ask about their homemade Chili Chocolate.

Stayed for 2 nights at the room with pool view. The entrace to the hotel is not attractive at all. Lots of empty shops. The lobby is big but so plain. The hotel need to be updated seriously. The furniture is old and the room is lack of maintenance but clean. The best thing this hotel posses is their staff. They are fantastic. Always smiling, polite and very helpful. Location is great. The pool is massive and they have live music in the afternoon till 5 pm. Breakfast is great. Plenty to choose from. Overall we enjoy our stayed.

Although the rooms were nice and the pool was amazing. The dinner options were not that good. We waited on the roof restaurant for way too long. It took over 40 minutes to get our food. Try the local options since this hotel is centered in a fantastic location in town.

Great stay. Interiors and rooms has been kept very nicely, they are little unique than the ones I have visited so far… You can find a whole big balcony attached to the room with wooden flooring. And to add a distinctly some thrills… and nicely placed Oriental styled bath tub… Now its left for imagination on how and when to use it since every adjacent room balcony is facing each other. I loved the pool area with poolside bar. Overall, I loved my stay… it's more of a romantic place for stay.

I've been here once. I like this hotel, I got a popsicle when I checked in. We have to pass the security check first if we want to enter the building. The food was good, they serve Indonesian and western food. You can see the pool when you have breakfast here. You can go to the beach anytime because it's just right in front of the hotel.

Had a direct pool view hotel during my stay here recently. Really nothing to complain about. Room is nice, big and comfortable. Genuine king size bed instead of adjoining 2x singles. And a bath tub that is on the balcony that oversees the pool. I spent most of my time at the hotel pool instead of the beach. Lots of day bed around, there are also pavilions if your group is bigger and wanted more privacy. There’s pool side bar, service is prompt and the snacks and beverages are not expensive. Service is prompt too and the waiter is attentive to our needs. One occasion he saw that our pool towel is torn (while we didn’t care much about it) he insisted on changing. Pool is also welcoming for both adults and children. There’s a nearby kids pool. There are also large pillow floats all over the pool for patrons to laze on. Overall, a happy stay!

Fantastic hotel! The pool is awesome and the food delicious. The staff go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. Special mention to Wawan who is absolutely delightful! Would recommend to others and would come and stay again.

Check in was 3pm. I've requested early checkin however was refused. Fair enough. We came back in three hours and got given a twin bed room. I've requested for king. He said, because we did not book on their website, we are not a priority. Placed in a twin bed room, AND next to the bar down stairs which these doors are not sound proof. I know their music system is better than any system in this hotel! We are a couple and the first time ever have to sleep separately on SINGLE BEDS. Paid an extra $30 a night for a bath on the balcony. Did not receive that also. The walk to the elevators is about 5 minutes. One star justified.

Great grand view of the hotel when you enter. The moment your car enter in the lobby security team will screen and you will be screened like in airport. You will be recived by great staff. Amazing lobby, great swimming pools, wonderful rooms on top with super customer service. Complimentary continental breakfast with lot of choice.

Quick and all-encompassing service. Five star experience without the price. The breakfast is amazing and had different selections each day. The pool and chairs, (with waitstaff waiting for your call button), free & fresh fruit skewers, and swim up bar make it hard to leave the hotel. But if you do leave when it's rainy season, make sure you bring your own umbrella (They only had a stock of 10). The security is top notch with car and bag inspections, but nothing too intrusive. Outside of the breakfast buffet, I don't recommend eating at the hotel because it's pricey compared to the delicious food found just down the street.

I had an absolutely wonderful time at The Stones. I could not fault one thing about my stay. What makes this hotel so special are the team members. Management should be congratulated for superb team they have assembled. Every single person I had contact with was friendly, had an unbeatable customer service spirit and went out of their way to make sure I enjoyed my stay. Thanks to everyone at The Stones. I couldn't have had a more relaxing and enjoyable time.

Hands down the best hotel in the Legian area. This is my third time back at the hotel and the service is as excellent as it has always been. The staff are very friendly and pleasing, and I've always managed to get a complimentary room upgrade when I've stayed here (Thanks Mr. Reevo). The huge pool and pool bar is one of the main highlights of this hotel, and you could literally spend your entire day just relaxing here without noticing where time went by. Love Love Love this hotel, and would definitely stay here again in my future trips to Bali.

Excellent service, great atmosphere, everything new and tidy. Great location on the beach. But unfortunately a lot of rubbish on the beach. Well suited for surf beginners.

One of the best hotel's in Legian with a very cool pool. Confusing website though with room features. Some ground floor rooms have a spa on the balcony.

Amazing luxurious hotel on the Kuta stretch. Reasonably priced, great facilities, wide and spacious public areas and well-appointed suites. Friendly service, fresh vibes, great ambience.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff who were very warm and courteous and helpful in the little things, such as helping to get taxis (the hotel is deep in at the end of a fairly long driveway so this saves us about 200 m of walking) the pool looked a little dated though and lacks atmosphere.

Rooms on the 1st floor have a small private pool, those above apparently have a bathtub on the balcony. Clean room, great service. Buffet breakfast has a generous & varied spread. Hotel stay is redeemable with Marriott points.

Excellent hotel! Each room a has a balcony with an outdoor tub or its own outdoor small swimming pool. The pool is large and lounge chairs in the water too. The breakfast buffet was super delicious and features foods from the west and indonesia.

Very beautiful swimming pool. Close to the legian beach where you could see the marvelous sunset. I like the color of the logo of this hotel. The red is just the color of the sunset. But I didn't see the comb and the dryer in the bathroom. I don't know why. Maybe this is the imperfection.

Dedication is what makes this resort so spectacular, everything from the waiting staff to the friendly porters that consistently greet and say goodbye to you as you enter and leave the resort is what makes this place so special. The buffet breakfast is the ultimate way to start the day with everything from noodles to cinnamon dusted donuts is there for your taking. The rooms are clean and spacious and the pool wide and refreshing. I easily would stay recommend and stay here again in aheart beat. Well Done Marriott.
