The place is really good although the parking lot is small and also the place for breakfast but this place is a good place especially for those who are backpackers. The room service is also nice and there's a swimming pool. Although some doors needs repairing but other than that everything is nice.

The hotel is clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Hardly reachable by car as the road is very narrow. But hey, they have valet service to help you park the car. Breakfast is so so, but for the price we have paid, it is quite reasonable. Most important, walk distance to beach and shopping malls. Wohoo!

Good location, nice room, everything running well after I said some goods need to be repaired. Furthermore, I think I need cereals in my breakfast, but its okey. Overall its fantastic!

The place is near to Kuta beach. That is why I choose the hotel. The room is great, but unfortunately there is not hot water for drink. You have to go to lobby to have it. The breakfast is not like what I've imagine. But the service is great.

Nice locations, near Kuta Beach just need to walk 3 minutes. Parking ares small but the staff very helpful Foods are goods. Comfort and clean enough.

Splendid hotel! Specially for leadership of the GM and his team as responses promptly to customer's need. Nice environment, location and service overall.

I got room at first floor near the reception area and the pool. It was noisy to stay in this room. Inside room, I still can hear people talking outside. Even I heared the rain-drop. The room is not sound-proof at all. The Room is so small, I got my bathroom flooded at the first time I took a bath. However the room is set in a modern-way. I didn't like the background music played in the corridor, it sounds like disco music, its better if they can play softer music. The breakfast was terrible, the fried rice was plain and cold. Food variation was less. Slow to refill the empty food. Breakfast area is so small, so crowded. The service from the employees was excellent. Overall, I think it is fair on what you get with the money you pay here.

The room is clean, but less maintenance… They should do retouch for some furniture or repaint with bathroom… For Wifi connection is superb?! Breakfast time… The staffs are not friendly, they chit chat with others… While we cleaned our own table,,

It's a good hotel with a good location and services. Just little things I didn't really like it was the breakfast, but over all ok.

Clean and it has professional service. Also you will get breakfast here. But it is little bit difficult for parking.

Room was good but bathroom needs some improvement (hand shower, full enclosed shower etc. ). Breakfast was good. Wifi quality is very bad in room. Need severe improvement.

Cheap rate, good location for shop and dine. Rooms are not spacious but I love the "fave" pillow, hope it will be a souvenir someday! Hehe. Overall, I find it nice. (coz I love pink)

Their room service is pretty good and the price is cheap, but the location isnt very good as the view is bad and its secluded.

Suitable with the price, narrow parking space. There are some food stalls and laundry service in front of the hotel.

Stayed 5 nights here. Price is affordable and everything in the room works well. The staffs there, from security to cleaning service staffs, really live up the hotel's motto; they're so friendly and polite. I stayed at 6th floor, if you want to get good Wi-Fi, choose room #615; the router is in front of the room. Luckily I stayed there (: Most important, the location is very strategic, especially if you are using motorcycle as your ride. Overall, I love this hotel, and definitely will come back here someday. Reccomended!

We use it as our airport hotel evey time we are in Bali. Simple, central, clean, cheap, frindly. What a shame, the massage place right next door closed. Well, there are more…
