Love Amnaya and would definitely recommend to my friends. The room is nice, all the people are so nice. And we have got yummy and big breakfast as well as nice afternoon tea. Griya and a lot other ladies and gentlemen working here are all so nice. By the way, the hotel is quite near to Kuta beach and Discovery, which is so convenient for us to go surfing, jogging or shopping.

This new hotel is by far the best I've ever stayed at. I felt like a celebrity with all the free complementary drinks, cakes and out of this world service. The hotel is stunning with couches on pool areas, beautiful decor, a spa and the most gorgeous suites. Our junior suite had little welcome notes everywhere, and someone came to prepare our room for the evening with a little messege and handcrafted gifts. We watched TV from the bath tub and lounged around our room in our gowns they gave us. We ordered room service for dinner and it was delicious. You never wait long for anything you order or ask for. They treat each guest as if you were their highest regarded guest. The breakfast is incredible and was included. They have afternoon tea served with 5 small delicious balinese cakes that vary from day to day.
The food is so colourful and well presented and I found it refreshing and healthy as they use all their tropical assorted fruits and vegetables. The pool is amazing with deck chairs in the pool and beds to lay on. Stunning! They give you a cultural experience if you choose to participate in their daily activity. For example, learning balinese dance, yoga, canang sari creations, etc. I had such a beautiful experience making their offerings with the lovely Iluh at the Amnaya Hotel in Nusa Dua. I absolutely recommend anyone coming to Bali, come straight here and spend your holiday. Someone pinch me because this place is so dreamy.

What a lovely resort and such smiley beautiful staff. We loved our 4 nights here on our way home. Very good location yet nice and quiet. Appreciated the day beds on the patio of your room, the lovely notes from housekeeping. The 3pm afternoon was a much needed respite from a big day walking.
Very lovely and 150k resort voucher per day if you book direct. That was enough for cocktails, dinner for 2 and a couple of poolside Radlers.
Highly recommend.

Everything is wonderful, beautiful and clean, comfortable beds and pillows, fantastic breakfast and dinner menu is quality dinning experience. We will defiantly be coming back.

Absolutely fabulous staff. Wonderful rooms and beautiful views. There food was heaven. Used there little courtesy buggy quite frequently. Close to the mall and shops and other restaurants but still quiet spot for the resort. Would 100% recommend and 100% be back. Thank u again amnaya.

This hotel is superb staff are so thoughtful and very caring the staff in restaurant at breakfast are the best, my husband and I will be coming again the rooms are big and very clean well done to all staff xx.

Nice hotel, so close to the shops and beach, you would never know as its down an alleyway. Would definitely come here again.

I’ve being visiting Bali for over 20 years and this is right up there as one of the best. Great bed and pillows, excellent shower, breakfast is amazing as I hate buffet and the service is five star.

We are from Melbourne Australia, We've been here for 5 days so far and absolutely love this hotel/resort the rooms are so clean and well presented, the beds are huge and comfortable, amnaya is nicely hidden away from the busy Main Street through kuta, but a 5 minute walk to the discovery mall, and a 10 minute walk to the kuta beach, and a 20-25 minute walk to poppies lane 1 and 2 up the oTher end of kuta, nice and quiet and very relaxing and the staff are always so happy and so helpful, forever greeting you and making you feel welcome. We will definitely recommend this beautiful and prettt resort to our friends and family and may also be re visiting amnaya ✈️

The food at the restaurant is delicious. A high end experience for Indonesian food. The presentation is well done, and the taste is just as good. However, I feel lower end restaurants which have similar tadteare just as worth it.

Located on Jalan Kartika Plaza, this spa resort is within a 15-minute walk to Discovery Shopping Mall, Kuta Beach, and Kuta Square. I stayed at Amnaya for two nights in a pool access room which was perfect for me. It was very comfortable and private. My room felt like a 'villa inside a resort' as I even had my own gate and courtyard. I really love the interior design as it mixes modern luxury with natural ethnic elements. Don't miss the full-service body and beauty treatment…s at Bhava Spa. I highly recommend having one of their many spa choices. I tried the two-hour Tropical Fruit Tango, which was very nourishing. It starts with an avocado foot cleansing followed by a traditional Balinese massage. Then a refreshing facial with mango and a nice scrub finished off with a milk bath infused with citrus, mint and oranges. Don't forget to also try the Traditional Balinese Boreh body wrap, a traditional Balinese remedy, to generate warmth and prevent sickness using banana leaves. The Sukun restaurant had a great breakfast until 11am, also perfect for me as I am not a morning person. Love the afternoon tea with small bites of local cuisine. For dinner, I tried the chef's recommendation of Balinese traditional soup and the pork rijstafel. Delicious! All the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The hospitality of the resort and the staff were indeed the Amnaya’s best feature. Amnaya Resort Kuta gave me homey and cozy feelings.

Very good choice of breakfast The room is spacious I love their amenities the most especially the shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and hand soap All are with natural flavors In fact this is my second visit and they still impress me Would love to come back again.

Rooms are beautiful and uniquely set out. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Staff are friendly and very professional. We felt very safe here. Only down side was the rooms were not sound proof and you could here everything.

FACILITIES: The resort and its rooms has a sophisticated and well thought out design. The pool area is gorgeous and relaxing and the hot location of the resort makes it perfect to experience all the vibes that Kuta has to offer. We can not wait to go back — which we will be for sure! Brilliant staff who were happy to help in any way. Beautiful open plan room with huge bath and waterfall shower. Very handy location 10 minutes from airport, but not under flight path. Hotel is set away from the main road. Some noise from nearby waterpark for rooms towards the end of the corridors. Would highly recommend!

The best place ive ever stayed in! Too good a room! The Kuta Beach and Discovery Mall just a 2 minute walk! The staff are really friendly. Good food the breakfast they gave you is delicious! Ill definitely recommend to my friends and family! And stay at this hotel when in Bali!

A wonderful stay tarnished at the end by my choice to have dinner at the restaurant. The hotel is wonderful, fantastic rooms, friendly helpful staff. I had very much enjoyed my stay. Until the last night at dinner. After placing my order for 3 courses including seafood entree and mains, I was told there was no white wine left in stock. I then asked for a champagne… again told none in stock. A hotel with no white wine?! But then I was told I could buy a bottle as the only white wine and champagne in stock is normally sold in bottles only! The wines sold by glass was out of stock. How easily they could have solved the issue by someone simply making the correct decision to open a bottle and serve me a glass of wine. But with no manager on site, just young staff that could/would not make the obvious decision that could have saved my night. Left the hotel extremely disappointed. Such a pity.

Had an great experience and they have an excellent set of staff. They have an amazing kitchen too. Very convenient location. Money's worth!

Had a fabulous time at your beautiful hotel. We were a large family group gathering in Bali for a family reunion and nothing was too much trouble for your wonderful staff. Definitely deserve five stars, would give more I could. Worth the long journey from the UK.

Very nice Boutique Resort with a very convenient location. It is close to many top attractions that Kuta has to offer including Waterbom Bali which is just next to it, Discovery Shopping Mall, Beach Walk, The Party Zone (Jl. Legian) and Kuta beach are all within walking distances. A true nice place for those seeking some sort of laid back vibes or serene ambiances that now has became very rare to find in Kuta area. This place still have it.

Amazing and surprising experience for staying in Alaya Resort Kuta. Staff was friendly with a smile, welcome with nice drink and towel, leading us to the room personally and explain the room features. The room was clean, spacious, and new. Wifi was strong. Very thankful to their respective manners. Will come back to the same hotel if travel to Kuta again.

If there is 10 stars, I would probably give them that. The rooms are so nicely done with a chill out sofa bed on the balcony. The location is pretty convenient and the staff are wonderful!

Comfortable hotel. Just at the edge of the urban kuta area and takes 5-10 mins to walk.

Near to discovery mall so very easy acess to covinient facilities however it's located to the secondary block from main street so it's not easy to find hotel. Neverthess it's price is resonable and amanities quiet good compare to nusadua (nikko), tanjung benoa (mirage) resorts. I completely recommand this hotel if you stay kuta area.

I had an awesome stay here. Best location, best breakfast I've ever had in Bali, friendly staffs (they always greet you whenever they see you — day and night), and they have cozy rooms (modern and traditional blends together).
