This is my second visit to delu villas, the 1st time wasnt the greatest experience, however the staff were lovely so we thought we would try again. Unfortunately we did… 1. The rooms are certainy a lot more tired than the photos it would be like using a 10 year old picture on a dating website — so a little fraudulent 2. There were live wire's exposed for the pond pump in the room this was attended to promptly by staff after my 9 year old discovered them 3. Toilet seats broken in our villa 4. Toilet cistern broken in our villa 5. Rented a villa so we can cook, had to request gas, pot, pan and knife all of which were pretty average and very poor condition, some cups and plates also chipped 6. Towels supplied were so old they tore when I tried to use to dry my feet, to yucky to use on the body. 7. Toilet kept backing up 8. Kitchen over run with ants — we ended up leaving food nr the pond as a decoy 9. The furniture/rooms smelt of smoke and the sofa's had the matching cigarette burns 10. Our private villa pool kept going green so the bottom was no longer visable every 2 days 11. The decking around our pool and pond loose and dangerous 12. The bed linen is changed every 3 days if lucky 13. Bedroom door wouldnt stay closed due to poor fitting, so would get woken up by mossies eating any part of flesh they could access. 14. The safe in the bedroom was locked shut, so I couldnt use it and not very well secured 15.

Very nice property. Private pool villa is not that great as shown in the pictures. Pool experience can be improved. The lights inside the swimming pool are switched off at around 11pm which is not ideal if you have private pool villa and you want to enjoy in water late night. I liked the breakfast very much.

Dari jalan utama Hotel ini kelihatan kecil tapi ternyata cukup besar dibagian dalamnya. Kami mendapat Kerobokan Room, kamar luas, lemari pakaian luas dengan pantry dan private bathroom. Pelayanannya ramah dan breakfastnya juga enak (makanan dibawa kedalam kamar sesuai jam yang sudah disepakati). Kekurangannya. Hotel ini tidak mempunyai restaurant, public pool nya kecil dan area parkir yang tidak begitu luas. Untuk yang bawa kendaraan sendiri seringkali susah parkir apalagi kalau hotel sedang ramai pengunjung.

Bad room. Very dull lighting. Noisy flooring. The side of the bed hurts. On the first day… a lil coffee spilled on my bed but the sheets were not changed untill day 3. Very limited breakfast. No bouquets.

This hotel is just okay for me. I stayed in a deluxe suite for one day. The room is bi level so it has plenty of space. The room is completely lit, the air in the room is not really that good, you can smell paint on the living room and most especially the bathroom. The towels are not really that clean in my opinion. The stairs leading to the bed is a bit wobbly so the noise that it creates sometimes its annoying. The bed itself is okay but I feel like that the bedsheet was not replaced because I see some dirt marks. In the morning the water and the electricity went off so I couldn’t shower and it was very very hot. The breakfast is just basic nothing special. I think this place is perfect for large family or a group friends. The public pool is dirty and you cant swim to it, its a shame because aesthetic is beautiful.

Got spacious room w/ higher roof level, good lighting & interior on the 3rd story. Disappointed with extra person policy (IDR 150k without any additional facility, and not being upfront about it). Also the towel is old and shower amenities could be improved.

This place is simply awful. Nothing like what is pictured. The room was very dark and it was super noisy outside. No communal spaces so not good for solo travellers. Felt very isolating. Nothing was anywhere near as new and fresh looking as portrayed and there were ants everywhere including the bathroom. Unfortunately I booked for 3 nights and due to their extremely strict no cancellation policy they would not help me at all in giving me some of my money back to stay somewhere else. Deeply disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay there.

Good sized three bedroom villa in a good location. Close to lots of good restaurants including Metis and Livingstone (best breakfast in Bali). Pool was good sized and rooms were spacious. The bathrooms are a bit dated and best to bring your own bath products including body wash and shampoo/conditioners. Staff are very helpful and for the price it’s worth it. Good access to Seminyak and Canggu destinations with taxi rides in low season taking 10-15mins.

Hospitality very clean good breakfast in bed.

Very nice villas. If you come to Bali make sure to stay here. Very courteous and friendly staff right from the manager to the security guy.

Pelayanan bagus tapi check out time sangat ketat ga boleh lewat jam 12 siang semenit pun.

Next to traditional market. Able to rent motorbike. Big room with mini kitchen.

Good place, complete with a small kitchen. Hot water, air con, and other must-have packages. I got a quite old room, with cracky wooden floor which somehow a bit slippery (did they mop it properly? Not sure). Due to their limitation, we can only breakfast in the room, at the reserved time. We need to reserve before others to match our schedule.

Close to Seminyak areas for shopping, beach & culinary. Comfy room with cooking wares inside.

The customer service and care shown for their customers is beyond exceptional, special mention to Astri, she has gone above and beyond in every regard. Definitely recommended this place if you're going to Bali in the near future.

I liked staying here for the reasonable price and good location, but the pool is really small and the bathroom had a weird smell.

Breakfast is delicious but serve in a small portion, Overall here is … Strategic Place & Affordable Price! the negative one. The floor is alitbit dusty & shower is broken but the engineer repair it asap ☺

Really bad experience, the service is very terrible, very slow service and we pay more money for something unacceptable, really bad service for an expensive hotel, not recommended.

Great staff and exceptional service Clean modern large room with nice small private courtyard. Option to have breakfast by the poolside rather than inside the room. Kings size bed with LCD television plus safety box.

Internet Wi-Fi really bad. Toilet so dirty. Didn't come clean room daily unless ask for it. Floor so dusty. Lighting in living hall and toilet so bad. Almost dark! breakfast really bad. Fresh orange not a fresh, it's cordial! Don't talk about coffee. Pancake doesn't taste as pancake. Broken window at room number 2. Stay at villa no 8. Omg! Not worth!

Need to pay more attention for the cleanliness and maintenance of the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom itself. So many dust even for expected arrival guest and some part even got damaged. After all, the staff are fabulous!
