Nice hotel we enjoyed to start off our Bali adventure. The free pickup at the airport was great so we didn’t have to stress about getting a taxi amongst all the pushy vendors right upon arrival. Hospitality and service were top notch. We had a room with private access to the pool which we enjoyed very much. The room itself was spacious, clean and luxurious, with great amenities and toiletries (just no conditioner, which was odd for a hotel of this caliber). The beach access was easy, via a charming little walkway. Breakfast was the best we had in any of our Bali stays, including a buffet of fruits, salads, pastries, and juices but also an a la carte menu of a variety of western and local hot dishes. The only downside during our stay was when we rented a scooter for the day. We understand the hotel rents them through another bike/scooter rental company in Canggu, but the scooter they gave us was not in great shape; broken speedometer and we later discovered broken headlights (which we realized when it started getting dark and we were not so close to home). After returning the bike and the keys to parking attendant at the hotel, we received several calls from the hotel the next day asking us to return the keys still. All in all still highly recommended.

The HAVEN is a lovely place to stay for a peace and blissful moment right next to the beach in Bali. Friendly + attentive service, great tasty food, and most importantly very clean and well managed/kept. I was surprised for the free upgrade that they provide upon checking-in. It was a very pleasant gesture by them; we got the Royal Ocean Suite. It was a great 3D2N stay.

Very comfortable and nice suites. We didn't know what to expect with our stay in Canggu but we we're pleasantly surprised. Haven't Suites has an excellent restaurant attached with very reasonable prices and tasty food and snacks. Easy beach access and areas to lay out and just catch some rays. Good breakfast buffet. Overall thoroughly enjoyed, we would stay again!

We stayed for 1 day and they upgrade our room from standard to family room which is good. The floor is dusty you can feel the dust on your feet. The scary part is my sister come to visit us and they ask for extra key and they just give it without checking/call to the room or ask permission from us. Please trained your staff to be more alert. When we come back for dinner the door was accidentally lock from inside. But the staff can handle the situation in a good manner, we can enter our room in around 15 min. Overall we like our stay in this hotel.

We stayed for 7 nights at this lovely hotel which we can only speak highly of. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful we have ever come across on our many travels and always greet you with the warmest smiles and kind words, nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel facilities are well planned with a good size pool, the restaurant serves delicious food and the rooms are large and very comfortable. The restaurant and hotel rooms are fully air conditioned which is a welcome relief in Bali. The position is in a quiet street which we were a little worried about on arrival but great cafes and restaurants are only a short walk away My only negative is the access to the beach but one of the Managers advised me they have contacted the Head Office of the hotel chain and have been told this will be addressed. But just remember, after all, you are in Bali so embrace all that is not perfect! We will definitely return with our friends and would highly recommend it for a quiet stay in Canggu.

Extraordinarily nice and competent staff. We felt at home from the beginning. There were no complaints! This is rare. We have, due to the high quality of the food, takes all meals in the hotel (On this occasion again thanks to the kitchen). We travel a lot and can accurately evaluate the performance.
Only the many garbage on the beach should be tackled more often — :)

I'm glad that I picked this property for my short getaway with my husband and children. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The staffs were helpful, very friendly and polite. The breakfast was excellent, fresh and tasty. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend this place to my friends.

Out of all the places we stayed in Bali, The Havens Suites provided the most incredible customer service, always so friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to look after us and our needs. The rooms themselves were so lovely, and the quality of the food within the restaurant was some of the best we have experienced. Considering price and location, this place is very god value for money. The only issue was lack of sunbeds around the pool. But other than that everything was incredible and we will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved this place. Customer service was fantastic, and every effort was made to meet your requests. Morning room service and nightly turn down was a treat. Stayed in a basic poolside room, with beautiful bathroom and daybed with sliding windows. The staff here are wonderful, and the hotel is a gem. It is a drive away from seminyak however, but plenty of food options nearby.

This is my first time to Bali and what made it that much better was staying at this hotel. It was simply amazing! The room, the food, the pool and to top it all off the friendliest most helpful staff I have ever experienced! I will definitely be back…

Wonderful hotel with good service and delicious cuisine. You can surf nearby, but the shore is close and you can head vpesok. There is a nearby Bichklab with rent boards.

We were disappointed. We booked the ocean view suite which is their best room. The room was great, spacious and grand with a beautiful bath to relax in. However for the price we paid we would expect free drinking water and not to have to pay extra for this. Not enough sun lounges by the pool for everyone. They need to put more seating next to the pool for guests that don't have a pool access room. The breakfast was brilliant though. May stay again but I would get a pool access room next time.

Fantastic hotel, we were upgraded to duplex room which was very spacious with 2 bathrooms. The view from the balcony was beautiful, we can see the pool and ocean. The restaurant serves good variety of local and western food. The staffs are all very well-mannered and friendly. We will come back here for sure!

Just fine. Quiet and luxurious. Away from everything, but near the beach of the Byeras, where the high waves. There is a nice cozy pool.

We loved everything about The Haven. From the lobby decor and view to the pool and gorgeous restaurant. Our room was perfect, a pool suite. We loved the size of the room and hotel. Can't wait to return!

Simply put, the experience was luxurious and thoroughly enjoyable. The whole concept of the hotel was perfect for one expecting a vacation in a place like Bali — the design and lay-out, especially where we stayed at the second floor with your own veranda opening straight to the pool, and the day bed in the room makes for a paradise-like effect. The gentle quiet, modern setting mixed with Balinese ambiance results in a perfect balance. Breakfast was not boring at all with your own selection made to order. The Wednesday Satay Barbecue Night was deliciously reasonably priced! And the staff were exceptional in their roles and service. I would and will be recommending family and friends to stay at The Haven when they go to Bali.

Beautiful hotel, amazing location, great views from every room and very clean. This alone deserves a 5 star review, but the staff of the hotel is what really makes your stay unforgettable. Every single person went above and beyond and made sure we were always well taken care off. Thank you for an excellent experience.

Had a very enjoyable stay here. From the time we arrived we were treated like royalty! The staff are very polite and helpful. The premises are very clean. The restaurant food is lovely and well priced. The pool is huge and the sun lounger area with drinks service is amazing facing the sea. Beachfront location is amazing. We walked along the beach to Finns Beach club and the huts were you can lounge in the sun with drinkies and swim. Highly recommended and great value for money.

Excellent Hotel. The staff was very very friendly and helpful. The only thing I can point is that there is not a remote for the AC, it's not nice to have to wake up in the middle of the night because it's too cold or too hot.

Hotels are very nice! Services are excellence, all the staff greet us. The only thing that need to be improve is the quality of the food, we had a lunch and the taste wasn't as good as we are expecting.

Really nice rooms. Friendly staff. Good location if you like the canggu area which is now filled with cafes and restaurants. On our stay they even provided us with a cot for our baby. We had a pool access room which was really convenient.

Fantastic resort. Amazing rooms and bathroom very spacious. The staff were too young and needed more experience with costumer service there was a few things they couldnt help us with. Overall ill go back there.

A haven like hotel. Great place, great staff, amazing room, and food to die for. Made our Bali holiday an unforgettable experience. The suite we stayed in was one of a kind. Full sea view. Very private, comfortable, quiet, and luxurious. Cleaning could be better but no serious complaints. Hotel is almost a year old. However strangely the floor tiles in our ocean front suite looked very abused that we thought the hotel was at least 5 years old. Staff at the reception are extremely helpful. The restaurant team are all our friends. Breakfast can be had up to 5! What innovation. We always miss breakfast and this was just a useful treat. Tons of amazing food options. Two thumbs up!

The hotel is just marvelous. It's a must stay. You are getting the best budget hotel in Bali. My visit was just awesome. I stayed for 6 nights seven days. The staff is very kind to our needs. The beach is just 20m from the hotel.

We are happy to stay at the Haven due to its location where we can enjoy the less crowded beach. Truly a great place to retreat. We also find many great place to eat not very far from the hotel. We just missed a chance to riding bicycle. Hope to have a longer stay in the Haven suites Berawa.

Loved the overall experience. Sea view suite with private balcony. Huge room, huge bathroom. Regular toiletries and lots of other items like sewing kit and sea salt. Bathroom was very big. Very big and clean swimming pool. Breakfast menu is both buffet and ala-carte. You can order as much as you want. Different types of mix fresh fruit and vegetable juices. Lavish bakery items. Customize it if you are a vegetarian. Sea view pool side bathing beds available. Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Uber availability a little issue in this area because of local transport people but not a major problem. Hotel spa is also good. Offers 25% discount in morning hiurs. Overall it is an excellent hotel. Loved my stay.

Atmosphere superb. Food great. Only the road to the hotel too many motor cycles.

I stayed at the haven hotel for a 5 nights. It is the most beautiful hotel I've ever seen. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially receptionists were so kind. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel is quite good, a bit far from the main entertainment, but with bike no problem.

I'm so glad to have chosen this hotel for my relaxing vacation. Extremely friendly staffs make the environment very comfortable for all the guests from family to the solo traveler like me. Room was decorated beautifully, the bathroom was like a dream! Definitely love to come back.

Great hotel. Leaves no wishes open. Spacious, very tasteful rooms, great pool. Especially great service and great staff. Right in front of the hotel is the beautiful local beach Berawa beach.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This is marvelous hotel. Peaceful and beautiful. You wake up and hear ocean. Not crowded, very relaxing. This is the place where serenity meet. Sophisticated design of everything. Lovely restaurant with fantastic food from experienced chef. Breakfast is out of comments with the best cappuccino! Rooms are super spacious, very good housekeeping service. Staff is a key point. Everybody and each are helpful and so welcoming. Hotel located close to the beach for surfing. Few min by bike you can reach amazing restaurants in the town. A perfect hotel… the only bad thing, that the beach is very dirty.

Awesomeness! Newly opened Hotel (started in September 2016). We and my wife visited THE HAVEN on 1-2 Dec'16 and unexpectedly got free upgrade from standard room to berawa suite. The pool is great, the restaurant and bar is also great plus it has extended area with beach view. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is also building a bridge for direct access to the beach. Will definitely come back again.
