These people are scammers! We paid a deposit through booking a month before the trip. When registering, we were told that we would not accept this payment, we can return it back to the card (we haven’t paid anything to this day). As a result, they just drove us out into the street with my mother and husband. Sue with them! If you do not want to spoil the vacation you should not go there!
Absolutely disgusting! Dirty bedding, floors are filthy, doors broken to pool which is so dangerous for children, couch stained and stinks of urine, dirty dish cloths on the ink, not an inch of this villa is clean. Just had a shower and the entire bathroom flooded because the drain is that clogged. Only ONE photo advertised as a 3 bedroom villa is the 3 bedroom villa the rest are other villas. They won’t refund us even after all of this. My wedding is tomorrow and I have a photography team coming in the morning and this villa is rank! Manager conveniently not here for a week the number they have us for their manager is disconnected! Definitely not worth $175AUD a night! I will not recommend this company to ANYONE.
