Beautiful cottages and great stay, but service needs improvement.
Stayed at Kasa Resort in Ziro, Arunachal Pradesh during the 3rd week of January. The cottage design is truly wonderful. The ground floor has a nice sitting area, and the upper floor includes a comfortable bed and attached toilet. The outdoor lawn and campfire setup create a lovely atmosphere, making it an excellent place for families and groups of friends to relax and have fun.
The natural surroundings and peaceful environment of Ziro add to the charm of the resort. It is a perfect concept stay for travelers looking for a cozy cottage experience.
However, we faced some service issues during our visit. There was no electricity for some time, the heater was not working properly, and food service was very limited. This may be due to the off-season, but these areas definitely need improvement for a better guest experience.
Overall, a beautiful resort with great potential. With improved service and facilities, it can become one of the best stays in Ziro. Would consider visiting again in peak season.
This place is running in its old Glory and is currently in a dilapidated state. Service was horrible, there was no power for 2 hours, no hot water and no manager to convey your issues! Morning they would serve only thing for breakfast as they are out of most items!

Disappointing experience with the operation of this great property. Lot of potential in this resort, they have done half the upgradation work but it lacks the dedication to operate a resort. Staff seemed low, maybe not too many guests or off season. But still they tried to help as much as they could. Visited in late January and had to checkout earlier to move to a different property. Management needs to improve along with minor infrastructure upgrades.
