Rooms are congested They will provide you only two water bottles of 250ml per day per room complimentary. Our room shared by lots of mosquitos. Hotel staff are very slow to assist you. Bedsheets were not clean. They use to switch off your room AC from their reception area during mid night and in early morning. Bathroom fittings are not in good position, warm water can go suddenly during the bath. Buckets were dirty. Giving one star because their food taste is good otherwise I would give minus one. In total nothing is heritage in this hotel. Not more than a one star hotel. Not a worth for money.

Very nice hotel. Very near to Saibaba Mandir. Drop n pickup Service at Mandir. Staff was cooperative.

It has good location opposite to Sun n sand. It has good rooms, perfect for 2 members with good service and perhaps the best food served in Shirdi.

Hotel was good. Mr. Hitesh was very cooperative. Hotel management was no good. There was a breakfast included in the cost, but in the morning Waiter didn't turned hence I couldn't get the breakfast, as I had to leave by 9. They don't have a backup for cook.

Apart from ok ok food and stained tiles in bathroom. I would recommend this hotel for the price.

We stayed in this hotel during this month for two days with family. We took 3 rooms for our friends family also. Very nice hotel with good staff like Mr. Hidesh and Mr. Khan. They are very polite. Food we have not tasted there. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

Truly friendly staff and genuinely Pet friendly. Rooms are clean and functional. Food in the restaurant is good too. I would advice eating here rather than taking a chance with scores of mushrooming and sub standard eateries.

Excellent service. Near by temple. They also arranging free cabs to temple. Allowed to me checkin 2 hours before and checkout 2 hours later.

The hospitality provided by Mr Nitin at the reception was commendable. Me and my husband had our first Lohri after marriage and coincidentally we were in Shirdi then, Nitin helped us to such an extent that not only he arranged wood and fire but also participated in our small festivity. Additionally, we checked in to this hotel with our small pet dog and were skeptical on making other guests disturbed in the presence of his barking but Nitin helped us there as well. He arranged a seperate private space outside in the lawn for my family and food was served there and then. I would really love to stay at this place everytime I go to Shirdi. Keep up the good work. :)

Rude manager at Sujal Heritage, Shirdi spoiled everybody's happiness. Room was also not maintained well.

Nice hotel everything is fine nearby sai mandir. Parking available. Driver restroom available.

Clean and nice rooms. Temple is not very far (around 10 min walking). Staff is good we haven't used restaurant but it was clean by appearance.

I would highly recommend people to have a fantastic stay here… rooms are neat and clean. Food is awesome.

Worst manager mr. Nitin sharma … not recommended… he behaves as if he is doing favor by giving us rooms to stay… very rude behaviour…

The manager mr. Nitin sharma is very rude and unfriendly person I have ever encountered. He behaved very rudely with every guest in the hotel. He almost crashed two kids near the gate with his car, over an above he shouted at those kids. I dont know what gesture he was showing with his attitude. Worst person. He speakes harshely with the guests. I will never recommend this hotel to any one.

Very bad hotel. Creaking doors, Bad bathrooms, Ignorant staff, Wi-fi network always down. Even if you complain, the management ignores it and offers no compensation. In fact, they behave badly if asked for discounts. But pets allowed.

Never recommend to stay. Breakfast meals were included in Tariff but Sujjal is not providing breakfast and charged extra money without issuing proper bills (Kacha bill is with me). No courtesy. No cleaned (RO filtered) water provided. Only Pick and drop facility to Temple is good.

Value for money… Very good location… Inspite of being close to actual saibaba temple, is away from chaotic temple vicinity. Good food as well and nice ambience.
